65. Sadiyah's decision

“Neng, are you sure about all this?” ask Darmawan to make sure.

“Already very sure, Mang.”

Darmawan nodded his head.

Rostita hugged Sadiyah tightly.

On the way to the village of Cibeber, Sadiyah's phone rang and she saw Kagendra's name calling on the screen.

“Daddy again rest, A. Still feeling weak."

“Iya, A. bye.” Sadiyah disconnected the phone before Kagendra could answer even though Kagendra had said I love you but Sadiyah was in a hurry to hang up her phone.

“Goodbye A. Forgive me if Aa goes home, Iyah is no longer there. Iyah can no longer make cooking for Aa.” Sadiyah again shed her tears even though it was not as hard as yesterday.

The next day, Kagendra could not contact Sadiyah at all.  Countless how many texts were sent as well as missed calls. All text messages still have one tick which means Sadiyah's phone is not active yet.

Right now, Kagendra is still thinking positively. He thought maybe Sadiyah's phone was running out of power and he forgot to charge it. Or the internet quota is up. But at home they install wifi, it is not possible if Sadiyah runs out of quota. He forgot to pay his wifi bill.

Kagendra immediately checked the wifi bill at his home. After checking it turns out the bill has been paid.

The next day, Kagendra checked his phone and still saw the message sent to Sadiyah unread. He tried to make a call to Sadiyah's phone but still his phone was not active.

Kagendra immediately contacted his men in charge of supervising his wife.

“Fai, you are still watching over my wife right?”

“Still, Boss. The boss's wife has been in the house and has not been out since the boss left for Thailand. It's just that a few days ago there was a visit to the home of Bos.” explained Faiq, Kagendra's men who were ordered to watch over Sadiyah for her safety during Kagendra's overseas.

Actually, Kagendra had stopped ordering Faiq to watch over Sadiyah. But Kagendra ordered Faiq back to watch over Sadiyah for his wife's safety while she was in Thailand.

“Who visited my home?”

“A mother, looks like her family is the wife of the Boss. I send you the photos I took.”

Faiq sent a photo of Mak Isah and Mang Aep visiting their home.

Kagendra saw Mak Isah in the photo sent by Faiq and was relieved that someone accompanied his wife while she was abroad.

“That's Mak Isah, who helped out at my wife's family home. How many days Mak Isah stay at my house?”

“Only one night, Boss.”

“Thank you for the info, Fai.”

Today, Kagendra's last day is in Thailand. Later in the afternoon he will take a flight back to Indonesia.
