46. Obstetrician

Currently, Sadiyah was accompanying Rika control to the obstetrician. Sadiyah was holding Zahra, Rika's 2-year-old son in her lap. Zahra was a little fussy, so Sadiyah took her for a walk near the park.

While being engrossed in chatting with Zahra who was no longer fussy because invited to go for a walk, Sadiyah seemed to see a familiar face.

“It looks like Iyah has seen the woman, but where is yes.” Sadiyah tried to remember where she had seen the woman.

Not long after that there was a man holding his hand. Suddenly Sadiyah's heart was beating very fast. The man who was next to the woman and who was holding her hand was Kagendra, her husband.

“What is A Endra in this Mother and Child hospital?” Sadiyah wondered if her husband was with a woman and was in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.

Sadiyah felt her chest so tight, especially when she remembered that the woman who was holding hands with her husband was a woman loved by her husband.

Sadiyah immediately held Zahra who was playing in the park and immediately followed Kagendra and her lover who walked while holding hands, precisely Natasha who was holding her hand on the arm of Kagendra.

Sadiyah followed them from a safe distance so the two did not realize they were being followed by Sadiyah.

Sadiyah saw Kagendra and her lover enter the doctor's room. Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Sadiyah's mind was filled with various kinds of speculation regarding the existence of her husband and lover in this place.

“A Endra takes her boyfriend to the gynecologist. Is the woman pregnant? What is A Endra's baby. Why A Endra went that far. Iyah, the wife is not pregnant but the woman is already pregnant. How'this? Is A Endra going to ask for a divorce. A Endra is actually married to that woman. Or do they both have children without marriage?” suddenly Sadiyah felt a great pain in her head. His stomach was nauseous thinking about all the possibilities that could happen.

“Zahra, unfortunately Aunt. Zahra come with Aunt to the toilet. Don't fuss yes.” Zahra who did not understand what was happening with Sadiyah just looked at Sadiyah with her innocent gaze and nodded her mark confirming what Sadiyah was asking.

Sadiyah hurriedly searched the toilet. After finding him Sadiyah went straight in and sat Zahra on the side of the sink.

“Zahra wait here yes. Auntie goes in the toilet room first. Zahra don't be afraid. The door will not close.” Aunty after ensuring the safety and comfort of Zahra, Sadiyah immediately opened the toilet cubicle and spewed out the sour and bitter liquid from her stomach. After no more spewing, Sadiyah came out of the room and rinsed and washed her face with water from the sink.

“Nte...” Zahra called for Sadiyah. His face was as if he was about to cry.

“Tante is okay. Zahra don't cry.” Sadiyah immediately hugged Zahra and carried her to get out of the toilet.

When he returned to the waiting room, Sadiyah saw Rika was in control and was now in the pharmacy to make up for the prescription given by the doctor.

“It's done, Ka?” sadiyah asked Rika who was sitting in the waiting room of the pharmacy.

“Already, just wait for the vitamins.” says Rica.

Sadiyah sat beside Rika while holding Zahra.

“Zahra was playing with Aunt Iyah where?” ask Rika about her son.

“Tadi Zahra play with Aunt Iyah to the park, Bunda.” Sadiyah answered Rika's question with a typical child voice.

“Zahra happy to play with Aunt Iyah?” ask Rika again to her son.

Sadiyah smiled looking at Zahra's head nod.

Rika looked at Sadiyah's face and saw Sadiyah's pale face.

“Teteh why? Her face is pale?” ask Rika worried.

“Nothing, Ka. It was a little dizzy.” replied Sadiyah did not want to make Rika become anxious.

“Mumpung we're still in the hospital. Just check with your doctor.” bargain Rika.

“No need, Ka. It's just a little dizzy. There was no time for breakfast. Might catch wind.” Sadiyah gave a reason.

“Then, out of here we eat at a restaurant near here huh Teh. Coincidentally Mas Tegar restaurant near here, so we just go there yes Teh.” bargain Rika.

“OK deh.” Sadiyah braced herself to give a smile with a cheerful face. He did not want Rika to know that her feelings are not right now.

Without the spirit of Sadiyah prepared dinner for Kagendra. He was preparing ingredients to cook seafood fried kwetiaw, one of Kagendra's favorite foods.

Kagendra arrived home at 8 p.m.

“Why just got back A? busy at the office?” sadiyah asked as she kissed the back of her husband's hand and helped bring him a briefcase to keep in Kagendra's study.

“Ya.” replied Kagendra briefly.

Kagendra immediately went into the bedroom and immediately took a shower and changed clothes. After finishing Isya prayer, Kagendra came down to finish his work which he had not had time to finish because he had to take Natasha to the hospital.

Seeing Kagendra who went straight into the library as well as his study, Sadiyah called him to offer dinner.

“Aa dinner yet? If not, Iyah want masakin kwetiaw fried. Aa want??

“I've eaten.” replied Kagendra.

Sadiyah's left hand squeezed her pajamas, while her right hand pressed against her left chest* because it felt very tight and painful.

As much as she could hold back her tears, Sadiyah offered Kagendra a glass of chocolate.

“Aa want to make a glass of chocolate?”

“Please make us coffee.” pinta Kagendra.

“Good, A.” Sadiyah went to the kitchen to make Kagendra a cup of coffee. It did not feel like a falling tear was sliding past his cheek. He immediately wiped his tears with the back of his hand.

After you finish making a cup of coffee. Sadiyah drove him to the work room as well as the library.

“This A coffee.” Sadiyah placed her coffee beans on Kagendra's desk.

“Thank you.” said Kagendra.

“So busy, A? until his work is brought to the house.” asked Sadiyah.

“Ya.” Kagendra replied briefly while focusing on reading the reports that he did not have time to check this afternoon.

“Iyah says sleep first.” says Sadiyah.

“Ya.” Kagendra was still focused on his work without looking towards Sadiyah.

After Sadiyah closed the door, Kagendra raised his head and looked at the closed door.

“Sorry.” said Kagendra. He felt very sorry for lying to Sadiyah. But he was determined to immediately settle his affairs with Natasha. He will break his relationship with Natasha after Natasha recovers from her illness. Kagendra could not bear to leave Natasha sick.

Inside the room, Sadiyah lay sideways to the right. He covered his face with a pillow to hold his cry so as not to sound sedu sedu.

Sadiyah did not understand why she was so sensitive lately. Is it because now she already loves her husband so much that she feels so sad when she sees Kagendra along with other women.

In the past when Sadiyah caught Kagendra who was making out in his office room alone did not cause any effect on him. But now when he saw Kagendra hand in hand with another woman, Sadiyah's heart was like burning hot fire, her chest tight as if squeezed by a big rock.

For almost an hour, Sadiyah cried out all her pain through tears. Until finally he fell asleep with tears still seeping from his eyes.

At 12 pm, Kagendra just finished all her pending work this day. He went into the room and saw Sadiyah who was already sleeping with a pillow covering her face.

Then Kagendra took the pillow that covered Sadiyah's face and saw traces of the remaining tears that were still visible on Sadiyah's cheeks. Kagendra touched Sadiyah's face and wiped away her tears.

“I’m sorry. I hope you stay by my side until the end. Forgive me if my heart is still worried.” Kagendra looked at Sadiyah's face and then kissed her forehead. It is not enough just to kiss Sadiyah's forehead, Kagendra also kissed Sadiyah's lips.
