37. Shopping Together

Sadiyah and Kagendra had been in a supermarket not too far away from where they lived. Sadiyah was picking fresh vegetables while Kagendra was pushing a grocery cart next to Sadiyah.

This is one of the moments that Sadiyah hopes to present in the middle of a household that initially was not based on loving each other. The moment where the wife chooses the items to be purchased with the husband who carries their shopping cart with his wife to shop.

Sadiyah hopes that moments like this are often present in her household. He berTO’a hopefully his household becomes a household that is sadinah mawaddah warohmah.

“Have finished shopping?” rengut Kagendra was upset that the goods in his shopping trolley had been up in the mountains but there was no sign of Sadiyah to end his shopping activities.

“You guys shop for other needs A.  Mumpung accompanied by Aa shopping, so someone helped bring her shopping bags.” said Sadiyah relaxed.

“Basic women.” grunts Kagendra.

“All who comes shopping.” hiss Sadiyah while passing from the toiletries aisle.

They arrived in front of the cashier with their groceries piled up on a large shopping trolley.

“Aa payin ya” pinta Sadiyah to Kagendra.

“Enak. I've been giving you money monthly, uh weekly. Is the weekly allowance over?” ask Kagendra.

“Basic stingy.” muttered Sadiyah slowly while removing her debit card.

After Sadiyah finished clearing the transaction, Kagendra saw three large crackles before her.

“How to bring these three large crackles. Parking is also far away. You have the heart to tell me to bring three kresek super big?” kagendra.

“Put the crackle in his trolley keep pushing his trolley until the parking lot. Push it near our car. Just moved the crackle to the trunk of the car.” Sadiyah gave detailed instructions as if Kagendra did not know how to push the trolley to the parking lot.

“No need to insinuate like that. This is my first time shopping this much.” sumpul Kagendra upset.

“Who insinuates? I just tell you how. Why get angry. Who also said he wanted to go shopping.” said Sadiyah while passing from the front of Kagendra who was still dumbfounded.

Kagendra pushed his trolley to the parking lot and moved the three super-large bags into the trunk of his car. Sadiyah smiled happily looking at the moment that was happening before her eyes. His chest felt tight because his heart was beating abnormally. It seems like he is falling more and more into the charm of a Kagendra.

“We had lunch first.” Kagendra said when he started running his car.

“Loh said he wanted to eat my cooking. Why are we eating lunch now?” ask Sadiyah in wonder.

“What time do you think it is?”

Sadiyah looked at the watch on her right wrist. And was surprised to see a short needle pointing almost to the number one.

“Astaghfirulloh. That means we're spending nearly two hours more. Not feeling ih.”

“You who do not feel. If I feel very sore and upset ngekorin you shopping.” said Kagendra a little upset.

“Hehehe..maaf A.” Sadiyah giggled at the look on her husband's upset face.

“If I wait for you to cook. Can-can my ulcer relapse.” Kagendra is still in upset mode.

“Iya..iya sorry Aa.” regret Sadiyah.

“We want to eat where?” ask Sadiyah

Kagendra turns his car into a Sundanese restaurant.

“Here only.” sahut Kagendra.

“Okaaaay...” Excite Sadiyah.

“So excited you want to eat at a restaurant. Happy to be free from the necessity of cooking.” asked Kagendra.

“Aa tau aja.” sahut Sadiyah who accidentally said with a potent tone of voice.

Kagendra looked at Sadiyah's face adorned with a smile, it seemed that Kagendra had contracted the virus of happiness from Sadiyah so that both corners of her lips lifted up to form a smile.

After arriving at the basement of their apartment building, Sadiyah immediately went down and picked up a large crackle containing snacks. While he allowed the rest of the two other large crackles to be brought by Kagendra.

“Aa bring those two crackles yes. I brought this one.” Sadiyah said as she passed leaving Kagendra. He smelled his smile.

Kagendra carries two other crackles that are heavy enough to contain ingredients for cooking and other items.

Arriving at their unit, Kagendra immediately kept the two large crackers on the bar table. He felt his hands like he wanted to dislodge so heavy the crackle he had to carry from the parking basement to his unit on the fifth floor.

Kagendra threw her body on the couch.

“Do not ask. Noisy.” sahut Kagendra ketus.

“They are fine even angry.” Sadiyah said again while holding a glass of cold syrup water.

“Already know the weight, still ask.” Kagendra took a glass of syrup from Sadiyah's hand and immediately finished it to the toilet.

“Ih play out only. I made Aa.” Goda Sadiyah.

Kagendra immediately raised her sharp gaze.

“Home, A.” Sadiyah giggled withholding laughter as she took the empty glass from Kagendra's hand.

“You again?” ask Sadiyah.

“Gak.” sahut Kagendra ketus.

“That's just angry. Rascals don't have a sense of humor. Dibecandain so angry.” nagging Sadiyah with a low voice.

“Sin if a wife swears at her husband.” Kagendra quipped.

“Who cursed Aa Iaaang...eh.” Sadiyah immediately covered her mouth with her hands. His face turned red.

Kagendra's face was adorned with a smile because he heard Sadiyah calling him dear. Dada* his left was throbbing a little.

“Sadiyah.” Kagendra called his wife.

“What, A?” sahut Sadiyah from the kitchen.

“Sini first.” pinta Kagendra with a voice that has not shouted anymore as usual.

Sadiyah wiped her wet hand with a rag and walked towards the living room following Kagendra's call.

“Sit here.” Kagendra's orders.

Sadiyah sat on the sofa beside Kagendra.

“Tomorrow we start to settle things to move to home.”

“Eh, instead of two more days we move it.” asked Sadiyah astonished.

“I said two days it was yesterday, so that means tomorrow we move.” explained Kagendra.

Sadiyah fell silent while thinking about Kagendra's words.

“Yes too yes. Hehehe.” Sadiyah realized her stupidity.

Kagendra smiled to see the look on Sadiyah's face that had just realized her mistake. According to Kagendra Sadiyah's face like that looks funny and cute.

Kagendra turned her face away from realizing that her lips were raised to form a smile. He still had the prestige of showing his happy face in front of Sadiyah.

“We only bring clothes, right?” ask Sadiyah.

“Ya.” replied Kagendra briefly.

Sadiyah immediately stood up and entered their room to take care of their clothes and put them in a suitcase.

Kagendra followed Sadiyah walking towards their room.

“Just take care of your clothes. My clothes let my secretary take care of it tomorrow.” said Kagendra while laying his body on the mattress.

“Siap, A.” Sadiyah replied.

After an hour, clean up all the stuff in the room. Sadiyah was stunned in front of the suitcase that was still open with a pile of clothes while her clothes in the closet were still a few pieces.

“A, it seems like my clothes do not fit put everything in a suitcase. Though this is already 2 suitcases full.” With a tired face, Sadiyah stood in front of her closet.

“Ya no need directly everything is brought. Later we can go back again.” replied Kagendra casually whose gaze on his phone did not switch.

“Some cake from earlier if some do not need at once.” Sadiyah was annoyed by Kagendra's casual reply.

Kagendra who heard Sadiyah's annoyance revealed her smile. Making Sadiyah upset might have become her hobby by now. He was happy to see Sadiyah's annoyed face that looked cute in her eyes.
