"I have to leave immediately. There's someone I have to protect."

Reynald, who had just woken up, hurriedly got out of bed despite Stelli's mother and father banning him because his body was too weak.

"But you're still very weak" Stelli said.

"Betul, spend the night here for a while. Tomorrow you're just coming home" said Stelli's adoptive father. Stelli's adoptive father, who initially disliked Reynald because of the incident the other day, has now begun to open his heart after his wife explained who Reynald really is.

The two Stelli parents were still trying to hold Reynald in the room, while Stelli himself was just peeking behind the door, he did not dare to meet the man in person.

"Reynald," said Reynald, introducing himself as he extended his hand.

Slowly Stelli also reached out his hand, but not yet touched, the girl's hand was pulled back. Still afraid, he still hesitates because this is the first time Stelli has interacted directly with anyone other than her adoptive parents in years.

"It's okay if you're still scared." Reynald pulled his hand back. "I just wanted to say thank you for helping me."

"Yes, then I'll excuse you. Thanks again!" Not wanting to linger hypnotized because of the girl's face, Reynald left, although his feelings still wanted to stay there with the girl.

Natalie was getting ready to get back on her activities. She had already worn a little makeup polish to cover her pale face due to her dehydration.

"Where are you going?" Helena who intends to deliver milk and bread to Natalie's room instead found Natalie who was wearing neat clothes. Is not Natalie sick said Nicholas, then why he went to work.

"I want to work, Bi."

"Isn't Miss still sick?"

"Who said? .. I'm fine." Natalie then put some stuff in her bag. "I'm saturated, Bi , in the room. I need some fresh air."

The confused Helena just thought maybe she was healed. Then he put his milk and bread on the table.

Natalie's phone is ringing. Erick's name is on there.

"Okay, I'll be out soon" Natalie told someone behind the phone.

Apparently that morning Erick picked up Natalie.

In a hurry, Natalie immediately came out of her room, took her supplies from Helena, then rushed to meet Erick who was waiting for her in the car.

"Sorry waiting" Natalie said as she walked in and closed Erick's car door. He sat next to the steering chair. Erick is used to driving his own car without the help of a private driver.

"Okay, gpp."

A few seconds passed, Erick still did not turn on his car. The man was busy looking at Natalie's face, so Natalie who had just regained consciousness finally felt nervous.

"Why do you see me like that?"

"Ah, it's okay." Erick came out of his daydream. "You are so beautiful today."

Though Natalie thought her appearance today was very ambiguous, and it was because of post-illness. The aura on his face looked crumpled. But apparently not, in front of Erick he still looks perfect.

"Yes, don't daydream anymore! later you will get sick again," said Erick who woke Natalie from her daydream.

They finally split the road with Erick's car traveling at a below-average speed.

"I never thought Mama would do this to me." Nicholas has shed his tears. His heart was completely broken. He still could not believe what he saw in front of his eyes.

"You have to take responsibility for what you've done." Nicholas then pulled Kelly's hand by force. "Although you are my adoptive parents, you've been completely outrageous. You must accept the recompense for what you did."

"NO!!!" Kelly took her hand off Nicholas. "I don't want to go to jail" he said.

A few seconds later, something unexpected happened. Kelly grabbed a pair of scissors lying not far away on the table. And as soon as possible he locked Merry's neck while threatening to stab the woman if Nicholas dared to report all this to the authorities.

"Mama, what are you doing?" Nicholas squealed loudly. Kelly is out of bounds. In front of Nicholas' eyes, the woman revealed who he had been all this time.

"You don't want to lose this woman, do you?" Kelly smiled obliquely as she continued to lock Merry's neck which was now beginning to struggle to breathe.

"Huk, uhuk." Merry coughing.

"REMOVE MY MOTHER!!!"

Kelly once again smiled triumphantly. "It's not that easy, my son. You'll have to follow all my orders if you want me to let go of your mother."

The orders?

What order does Kelly mean, Nicholas asked in his heart.

"What do you want! say quickly!" Nicholas was already panicking when he saw Kelly firmly clutching Merry's neck.

"Change all the names of Jhonson Company shareholders into my name. Everybody!!! don't leave a single thing."

Nicholas opened his eyes wide. Apparently this is the reason Kelly did all this. Kelly wanted to get the Jhonson Company's fortune. But why should he hurt Merry, and use Nicholas as his bait. What does he mean?

Nicholas kept wondering.

Or maybe, Kelly himself raised Nicholas as his son was also because of the treasure. Nicholas' heart ached again, he did not expect that the sincere affection of a Kelly all this time was in fact just a hoax.

"Your time is not much Nicholas."

Kelly dashed Nicholas' daydream.

"I'll give you less than a week to take care of everything. And remember! don't let the police interfere in this matter. If not ...." Kelly's words stopped. He looked at the face of the woman he was giggling at. "You're gonna lose this crazy woman."

"I'll give you everything you want." Without a second thought, Nicholas answered the request.

No. More precisely he just wants Kelly to stop hurting her mother for a while until Nicholas finds the best solution to the case. How to save Mom and her in-laws without giving Kelly what she asked for.
