Hugged Me

Hugged Me
Chapter 62

“Papa,” a soft voice spoken from the lips of the Sun with eyes still closed.

The girl tried her hardest to open her eyes, fighting the pain that made her head feel so heavy.

“Papa ..”

Slowly the Sun opened its eyes, adjusting its vision to light. He looked around the room which was no stranger to him. And, the smell of the aroma of various kinds of medicines that were smelled justifies his guess.

“Available?”

The sun turned toward the source of the sound. “Dok, why am I here?” ask Dr. Kevin.

The sun scrunched his forehead, suddenly he remembered his papa. “Where is Papa? Where's papa now?” tanyanya.

Doter Kevin smiled then rubbed the top of the Sun head gently. “You suddenly fainted yesterday, that's why you're here now,” he explained.

“Faints?” the sun is like unbelief. “How could I possibly faint? I'm the same Papa. Papa wakes up and he hits me, Doc,” said Matahari.

The net was sparkling, a glimmer of happiness was clearly visible in it. How not, after a long time finally the Sun felt the warmth of Hadi's embrace. The sun felt the smell of the middle-aged man's body which was none other than his own papa was comfortable and soothing.

The embrace felt so real that the Sun wanted to deny that it was all a dream.

“Papa you are already awake, but what you told me just—” Doctor Kevin shook his head.

It then made the smile on the lips of the girl fade away. He looked down at his two palms that still felt the warmth of Hadi's grip that felt like real.

“So everything is just a dream,” the Sun.

Then a slanted smile was engraved on his lips. The girl's eyes seemed to be teary-eyed withstanding the puddle of clear liquid that impatiently wanted to break through her defenses.

The sun breathed a rough breath. “Clearly just a dream. In reality, Papa couldn't possibly want to hug me.”

“Sun.”

The girl who owned the name immediately looked towards the person who called out to her.

“You definitely didn't take the medicine properly huh?” ask Dr. Kevin.

“Sorry, Doc,” Sunshine.

Yes, the Sun has not taken medicine properly lately because it has been very tired of swallowing the bitter pills. At first it was fine, the Sun did not feel any pain. But lately his head back often hurts.

Doctor Kevin took a deep breath. One hand outstretched slowly clutching the Sun's shoulders.

“Do not repeat. You want to heal, right?”

The sun nodded its head. “My disease is getting worse, Doc?” he looked at the doctor. “Lately my head hurts a lot. Sometimes accompanied by nausea, sometimes also nosebleeds.”

“You have to have chemo, or we have surgery as soon as possible,” Doctor Kevin replied. “Come come with me abroad to undergo treatment there,” he said again.

The sun took a long breath. It costs a lot to be able to undergo treatment what else to do surgery abroad, Matahari does not have that much money of course.

“Later Yes, Doc,” says Matahari. “Oh yes, the Doctor said my papa was awake. I want to see it now,” said Matahari again trying to shift the topic of conversation.

The sun came down from his bed and rushed out of his room to meet Hadi who he said had awakened some time ago.

The girl commented a smile when she reached Hadi's room. Not far from where he stood he saw his father was eating in a bribe by Indira.

“Pa ..”.

The sun walked closer to the bed that had been occupied by Hadi. “Where have you been? Old people are sick even engrossed in wandering continuously,” said Hadi.

“The sun doesn't wander off, Pa. The sun here is always waiting for Papa,” replied the Sun.

The Sun was glad to know that his father was awake. He hopes that everything in his dream comes true, Hadi is sweet to him and also wants to embrace him.

But what he saw and heard now is still the same Hadi as before. Hadi who never welcomed his arrival with warmth and affection.

“How are you doing Papa now?” ask Sun.

“As you can see, I'm fine,” replied Hadi coldly.

“Pa—“

Not yet had the Sun say something to Hadi, but his intention was stifled because the middle-aged man again said something that was very cornering him.

The Sun's forehead frowned deeply while staring at Hadi and Indira alternately. “What Papa means? Why did Papa beat me up?”

“Ya, it is here that you are guilty, Matahari,” Indira said. “Gio met you and asked for approval to manage the company temporarily, but you ignored it instead. Though Gio has explained everything to you if the problem in the company is very serious.”

Indira took a long breath. “Not entirely your fault, anyway. I was also wrong for letting Gio meet you directly without involving me,” Indira said in the pause for a few seconds.

The woman looked at her husband with sadness and turned to the sun. “I'm sorry, Mas. I'm too focused on your recovery to the point that it's not the same company problem that is also very important,” said.

“This is not your fault, Indira,” replied Hadi with his voice that still sounded weak because his condition was not really healthy.

Hadi looked at the Sun with his flat highlight. “I know you do not understand about business and company, but at least you can discuss with Indira. But you raised your ego more than you saved the company, and now look at your negligence. The company almost went bankrupt because of you.”

The sun squinted its eyes at Hadi with a difficult highlight to interpret.

“I'm selfish?” The sun smiled tilted. He's obviously very disappointed now. “Do you know the reason why I didn't sign the letter Om Gio gave me? That's because I don't want to be rash, Pah.”

The sun took a deep breath before he resumed his words. “I found out first the problem point. I asked someone for help investigating the company, and did Papa know the information I got?”

“Origin Papa tau aja, Om Gio actually—“

“Gio, comein!”

The Sun's words were cut off when Hadi suddenly invited the person he wanted to talk to into the room.

“How are you doing now?” ask Gio to Hadi.

“It's much better,” replied Hadi. “What are you doing here? Is there a problem in the company?” tanyanya.

Gio smiled at Hadi. Then he turned his head towards the Sun until their gaze was locked for a few seconds as the next second Gio looked back at the girl's father.

“Oh, no. Just calm down, don't mind too much. Company problems I can handle,” said Gio calmly.

“Thank God. I believe in you, Gio,” Hadi said.

Gio took a step back and smiled. Without Hadi realizing it, Gio looked at Indira with his sneaky highlight then smiled faintly.

“Pa, Papa can't trust Om Gio. He's a sneaky, Pa. Om Gio has bad intentions with Papa.” The sun is trying to tell Hadi about Gio's cunning. Unfortunately, Hadi did not believe him.

“Sun!” Hadi coughed while holding his chest that hurt.

Indira quickly calmed him down and gave him a drink so that the pain that Hadi felt subsided.

“Jaga talks, Sun. You are not polite to parents,” scolds Hadi.

“Gio, please forgive Sun,” Hadi told Gio.

“It's okay, Hadi. I see, the Sun is like this because it wants to protect you and the company.” Gio smiled at the Sun. “He is still too small to understand the business world, so it's only natural that the Sun misunderstands me.”

“I didn't misunderstand ya, Om. I have proof,” said the Sun kekeh.

Next to Gio's eyebrows, he looked at the Sun's face seriously. Then he smiled again, his attitude still remained calm as if nothing happened.

“Sun enough! Papa is disappointed in you. Better now you get out of here!”

The sun was disappointed when Hadi just drove him away. He let out a rough sigh, looking one by one at the people who were there with a cynical look, then he left feeling annoyed.

The sun again sighed violently after coming out of Hadi's nursery. Her net saw several sisters running around, looking anxiously past her. Matahari thought there might be patients whose condition worsened. That's why the medics were panicking.

“Sun.” Gio's call broke the sun's daydream. The girl looked towards the source of the voice.

The middle-aged man with a neat look walked towards the Sun with a single sweet smile etched on his lips. Instead of being fascinated, the Sun even rolled his eyes lazily.

“Can we talk to you for a minute?” ask Gio.

“What are you talking about, Om? We are talking here,” said the Sun lazily.

The middle-aged man chuckled softly at the attitude of the Sun. “Om just want to remind you.”

The sun scrunched up his forehead staring at Gio seriously.

“Do not try to interfere in my affairs if you do not want bad things to happen to you and your papa!” gio firmly with great emphasis.

“Why, Om? Om scared ya, his cunning plan Om unloading?” The smiling sun looked at Gio fearlessly.
