Hugged Me

Hugged Me
Chapter 2

Unlike yesterday afternoon, the weather was so clear this morning. Warm sunlight through the window of the Sun's room.

The time has shown at 6:30 but the Sun still dwells in his room even though he is ready to go to school. The girl checked her phone many times, but there was not a single notification of incoming messages from Venus.

[Today Brother Venus picked me up right?]

The Sun types in a series of words in a chat room and sends them to Venus. This isn't the first message the Sun sent this morning to Venus, but neither has received a reply.

After five minutes, Matahari again saw his phone coinciding with the sound of the incoming message notification. He hurriedly opened the message and read it. However, instantly the look of his face turned sad.

[I can't pick you up right now.]

Taking a deep breath, the Sun felt disappointed. Again and again Venus could not pick her up. This time I don't know what else his girlfriend will tell him.

Not wanting to be late to school, Matahari took his bag and walked out of the room, down one by one stairs and passed through the middle room to get out of his house.

Arrive at school. The steps of the Sun came to a halt when he saw someone he knew walking hand in hand with a woman. Venus seemed to smile on the sidelines of her chat with the woman.

The heart of the Sun rippled with pain. She felt betrayed by Venus. Unexpectedly this time the Sun will witness a sight that he really does not want.

Then, the Sun again remembers the message sent by Venus.

“Why should I see all this now?” his murmur softly held the pain in his heart.

The sun took a deep breath trying to neutralize his feelings then got down from the car after saying thanks to his driver. The girl ran to chase after Venus who still looked familiar chatting with female students.

“Sister Venus!”

The young man who was called by his name immediately turned his head towards the source of the voice. Venus was shocked to see the sudden arrival of the Sun. He immediately pulled the hand of the girl beside him backwards as if afraid that the Sun would hurt the girl.

“Ya?” Venus behaves like she did nothing wrong.

“Whose are you with?”

Venus was silent for a moment. He looked towards the girl hiding behind him.

“Oh, this is familiar. Her name is Moon,” Venus said casually.

The two eyebrows of the Sun frowned at the girl Venus had just introduced to her. She looked at the girl from top to bottom until her gaze ended on the bedge stamped on her uniform. Apparently the girl named Moon was one level younger than him.

The moon is extending its hand towards the Sun. However, instead of accepting, the Sun was staring at him sharply.

“Seconds said there were no other women. Keep this what?” ask Sun.

“She's my mama's friend's son. Incidentally we are in the same direction, so together,” clear Venus without feeling the slightest guilt.

Venus took the hand of the Sun and linked her fingers with the girl. “This Sun, Lan. He's my girlfriend,” he told the Moon.

Hearing that, the Sun melted a little when it saw the sweet smile on the lips of Venus to him.

“Greetings Kak Matahari,” says Moon.

Even so, the Sun still feels reluctant to respond to the Moon. What else when they remember so mesraanya earlier, the Sun still can not forgive him.

Feeling no response, the Moon pulled back her hand.

“Ya already, then I first yes, Kak.” The girl said goodbye. He smiled widely and then rushed away from there afterwards.

“You don't want to go to class?” ask Venus.

The sun did not answer. He was still glued, swept away in his own mind. Then when she turned around, she found Venus had already walked away from her. Inevitably the Sun also immediately ran after him.

No conversation accompanied the steps of the Sun and Venus to her class. The atmosphere was colder than yesterday afternoon as if there was an invisible wall between them.

“Sister Venus last night to where? Why don't you pick up my phone? Chat is also not reciprocated,” asked the Sun to melt the atmosphere.

“Sleep.”

The sun took a long breath. Silent in daydreams while staring at the face of Venus from the side.

“I ketapean out of basketball practice. So sleep faster,” clear Venus later.

He realized that the Sun was watching him earlier, which is why he explained to the girl the reason she ignored the messages and also the phone from the Sun.

“Kak,”

“So sure there are no other women?” ask the Sun seriously.

Venus looked at the Sun, the next second she turned her face the other way.

“It's still too early, Sunny. I don't want to fuss because things are not clear like this,” said Venus ketus.

“I seriously asked, Brother. Not looking for a storm,” said Matahari.

“How many times have I told you there is no. Yes, rather than a storm early in the morning mending now you go to class. Soon the bell in also sounds.”

The sun opened his mouth. He was really upset over Venus' recent attitude towards him. There is no clarity. The sun just wants honesty. And if it can still be saved, the Sun wants to mend its relationship with Venus so it can be what it used to be.

The Sun's silence makes Venus feel a little guilty. She knew the girl was feeling hurt with her cold demeanor lately. Still, Venus is reluctant to apologize and fix everything.

“I go to class first,” say goodbye Venus later.

Venus turned around and walked away from the Sun still standing in front of her class regardless of the girl's current feelings.

“Kak,” is shrinking the Sun but Venus is no longer turning towards it. The young man continued to walk further and further away and disappeared from his sight.

The sun stared at the white painted ceiling in the UKS room. Today she felt dizzy and had a headache, so decided to stay in the school health room instead of studying with her classmates.

“The sun can also stop shining if he is tired,” the Sun murmurs.

The girl took a long breath. His mind was glaring considering the many things that had happened in his life. After that he closed his eyes, trying to calm his chaotic feelings lately.

“The sun can't stop shining.”

There was a male voice from behind the curtain that blocked between the bed occupied by the Sun and other beds.

Despite the shock of the Sun just stared at the curtain partition which became a separator next to him. Instead of revealing the curtain and seeing the person behind it, the Sun asked again, “Why can't you? The sun also has a limit of fatigue.”

“Yes. But if the Sun stops shining then this world is destroyed.”

“Let's just. That's much better. Maybe,” says Matahari. His voice sounded soft at the end.

“There is more ruin than life in this world when the Sun stops shining.”

“What?”

“My heart.”

“Eh?” Sun choked. It did not stop his surprise that he heard the man laughing.

“Part of questions lo weird.”

The sun is still. Then suddenly the man opened the curtain until he could see the figure who had been talking to him.

“Langit.”

A sweet smile was engraved on the lips of the young man called Heaven in front of the Sun. The girl really did not expect that she had been talking to her own classmates.

“Gue wonder, why you still do not memorize my voice when we have almost two years as classmates,” said Sky.

The sun grimaced while scratching its non-itchy temple. Then the girl got up and sat facing the sky.

“Lo what is here?” ask Sun.

“Lo itself why is it here?” Instead of answering, Heaven asked the Sun.

“Gue not feeling well,” says Matahari.

Unexpectedly, Heaven stepped closer to the Sun then extended his hand towards the forehead of the Sun and one more hand touched his own forehead.

“Sama.”
