Doctor Agustina gave a brief explanation, but it was enough to make the Sun silent. Hadi's father, who he considered a hero in his life, suffered from heart disease that has reached a severe stage. Doctors said Hadi needed a heart transplant as soon as possible if he wanted to have a better life expectancy.
The sun was glued to the spot, trying to absorb all the information it provided. He closed his eyes, trying to gather strength within him.
The sun looked at Hadi who was lying weakly on the hospital bed. The man looked fragile between a series of medical tubes attached to his body.
Although the relationship between him and Hadi is not harmonious like a child and father in general, it does not necessarily make the Sun hate Hadi. However, one of the wish lists that wants the Sun to meet is to be able to feel the warm embrace of his father.
The sun was looking for answers in his mind, trying to remember whatever Hadi had said about his health. But, none of them had ever realized the existence of a serious illness that loomed Hadi's life.
The sun sobbed out, hoping that time would stop and let them live happily. The Sun's heart was filled with a great fear and a deep fear of loss.
Doctor Agustina entered the room with a serious face. “Sorry to interrupt, Sun. But I have other news I need to tell you.”
“What else is it, Doctor?” ask the Sun with increasing tension.
“After our in-depth examination, we found that Hadi also had kidney failure. This could have been caused by the use of drugs in a long period of time,” explained Doctor Agustina in a calm voice.
"What, Doc? So my husband has kidney failure?" repeated Indira who was very surprised to hear the news.
Indira knew her husband had a heart attack but she did not expect Hadi to have kidney failure. Instantly, Indira's tears broke through her defenses soaking her face. She was really scared of losing her husband.
"Oh my God, what else is this ordeal?" lirih Indira sobbing. She approached Hadi and looked at her husband's weak face.
On the other hand the Sun is still in shock over the news he heard from the doctor regarding the health of his papa. The sky that was still accompanying the Sun instantly embraced the girl's shoulders, trying to channel strength to her.
"The sun, I'm here for you. I know you're not okay. But, you are not alone in going through all this," Sky said in a soft voice.
The sun looked at the Silent Sky then he hugged it tightly. The sun drowned his face on the chest of the Sky field and cried in his arms.
"I'm afraid, Sky. I'm afraid of losing Papa" she cried.
The sky looked at the Sun with deep concern. A longing enveloped his heart, as he knew how difficult the current state of the Sun was.
"All will be well. I'm sure your papa will be healed" Sky said as he gently rubbed the Sun's back.
The moon saw it all. He was in deep desolation and hatred for the Sun. For for the Moon, all the trouble that befell his father was because of the Sun.
Because the Sun had told Hadi about the Moon's pregnancy to make his papa angry and lead to heart disease relapse.
Unable to bear it, the Moon forcibly pulled the Sun to the point of making the girl shocked. Likewise with the Sky that still hugs the Sun at that time. Not wanting anything bad to happen to the Sun, the Sky followed the Moon dragging the Sun out of Hadi's ward.
"Our content, brother? Satisfied to make Papa sick like that?" bent Moon.
Next to the brow of the Sun rising, his eyes were sharply staring at the Moon.
"Sisters tell you if I'm pregnant, papa shock until his heart disease relapses" said Moon.
The sun smiled tilted. "That's what you know. Papa's cause of pain is you, not me. Because of this lo act that has made the family embarrassed, use a pregnant event outside of marriage all," he said without a filter.
The sky was shocked to hear the words of the Sun just now. He then immediately looked at the Moon with a strange look to make the Moon feel immediately embarrassed.
The Moon's hands clenched tightly together with a sharp gaze toward the Sun. For whatever reason, the Moon hates the Sun.
"From being busy blaming others, mending lo introspection," said the Sun again in a cynical tone.
Without waiting for the authorization from the Moon, the Sun intends to return to see his papa. But his intention was stifled when suddenly Doctor Kevin called him.
"Sun, can you come with me for a minute? There are important things I want to talk to you about" said the Doctor.
The sun was silent for a moment. In the confusion the girl nodded her head and went with Doctor Kevin to the doctor's office. The sky chose to wait for the Sun.
"Sit down, Sun," said Kevin, showing him the chair in front of him. "I have something to tell you. I'm sure this will shock you, but I believe that you should know this."
The sun scrunched its forehead, its face reflecting fear and anxiety. "What's up, Doc?" ask the trembling sun.
Doctor Kevin took a deep breath before continuing, "I have spoken to the doctor who examined your papa. He told her that the drug he found in your father's system was not the usual drug given in this hospital. The drug comes from the outside, and that's what causes kidney failure."
The sun was silent, his eyes were teary. He couldn't believe what he just heard. "What does that mean, Doc? Has anyone tried to poison my papa?"
Doctor Kevin nodded slowly. "I can't confirm it, but it looks like that's what's going on. I'll do everything I can to find out who did this and stop him."
The sun was crying, tears were falling freely on his cheeks. Sadness and anger fused in his facial expression. "Why is anyone so bad, Doc? Why are they doing this to papa?"
Doctor Kevin grabbed the Sun's hand gently. He could feel the pain and loss that the girl in front of him was feeling. "I don't have a definitive answer to your question, Sun. But I promise, I will find the person responsible for this. You deserve justice and peace."
The sun wiped his tears with his palm, trying to ease his cries. He then looked at Doctor Kevin with a sincere look. "Thank you, Doc. I trust you all."
Doctor Kevin smiled at her. "You don't need to thank me, Sun. This is my job as a doctor and as your friend. I promise to be there for you, always."
"Oh yeah, one more. You must take care of your health too, Sun. Don't forget next week your schedule is checked. You have to come" said Dr. Kevin.
