Hugged Me

Hugged Me
Chapter 47

"So, he's the winner?"

The sky that was originally watching the Sun playing with the orphanage children immediately turned to the side, staring at the mother. A few seconds later the sky looked back at the Sun and then reviewed a thin and sweet smile.

"Where do you think Mother?" ask the sky while looking at the face of the mother.

"Looks like a good girl," Mother Risma told Sky.

"Does Mother still remember my story? A girl hugged me when she saw that my whole body was covered with wounds from being beaten by my father, she also gave me a sun keychain. The girl is the Sun, Mother."

The memory of Heaven is like being drawn on the events of ten years ago. At that time the Sky was crying in fear, he had just escaped from the rampage of his stepfather who beat the Sky as an outlet from the defeat of gambling.

A little girl approached him. He hugged and calmed the Sky until the Sky felt a comfortable warmth. The girl also gave the sun-shaped keychain to the Sky.

'This keychain was a gift from my grandmother. It means a lot to me. Now I'm giving this to you so you don't feel lonely anymore.'

The sky remembers everything. Even the words that the Sun said at that time were still always ringing in his brain. The sky will never forget the kindness of the girl.

"You mean the girl's the Sun?" ask Mother Risma.

Sky nodded. "Yes, Mother," he said then saw the sun that was still fun playing with children.

"The universe has met me with him in the adult version even though he doesn't remember me" Sky said.

"It's okay, gradually he will remember you," said Mother Risma.

"Lady Sky, let's play with us."

Albiru ran to the sky and pulled the hand of Heaven to play with him. This made the conversation between Heaven and Mother Risma ended.

"Mother, I want to go there first," said the Sky which was immediately replied by a nod by Mother Risma.

The Sky Hand was still being pulled by Albiru. Two different men of that generation walked towards the park.

The sky and the sun play ball with children with joy and cheerfulness. Even the Sun felt the burden that always stifled his chest instantly disappear replaced with a happy laugh.

The Sun watches the sky with affection. He was fascinated by the Sky's ability to melt the hearts of every orphanage child around him. It is clear how much they love the Sky and how the Sky loves them.

When the game ended, the children circled the Sky and Sun, extending their hands to give the game a gift. His gaze was full of love and a twinkle that radiated with warmth as he felt a touch of happiness really touch his heart.

The sky and the Sun were embraced by several children, and one little child with sparkling eyes ran up to the two of them. "Thank you, Brother Sky and Sister Sun, for the fun game! We're so happy to be playing with Brother."

"Together, Honey. Brother is also happy to play with you," said Matahari while showing his sweetest smile.

"The kids played it. It's time for you to take a shower." Mother Risma called the children to take a shower immediately because the day had begun to afternoon.

The children ran to the village leaving the Sky and Sun in the park.

The sky let out a long sigh then sat on the green expanse of grass. Seeing this the Sun sat beside the sky.

"Thank you, you already want to play with the children of the orphanage," said Sky.

The sun looked up at the sky until their eyes were locked.

"I love playing with them" said Matahari. "You come here a lot, huh, Lang?" tanyanya.

Sky nodded. He turned his gaze towards the front with a blank look at the memories of the past.

"I've lived here before" Sky said in a heavy tone. He let out a long sigh feeling the tightness in his chest. How his past was not as pleasant as other children.

The sun fell silent with a sad look at the face of Heaven from the side. He realized that he did not know much about his girlfriend's life.

"Your parents?"

"I lived with my mom at first. But ever since she got married again, her husband won't accept me." The sky looked at the Sun, pausing for a moment the story.

"Mama married a jerk. He is a drunk and loves to play games. Every day I would be the target of his frustration when he lost a game. For that mom put me in this orphanage," said Sky again.

The sun fell silent, their gazes locked for a few seconds. The Sun's heart was filled with the sadness that Heaven was trying to cover from everyone. Then without saying anything, the girl pulled Sky into her arms.

A warm and soothing hug. It still felt the same as ten years ago felt by the Heavens.

"I don't know how many wounds you're trying to cover, but from now on you can share them with me. You can tell me anything and I will be a good listener to you" said the Sun as he rubbed the back of the Sky.

The Heaven Reflex returned the embrace of the Sun and sunk her face on the girl's shoulder.

"Promise, you won't leave me?" sky Mummings.

The sun stretched out his embrace. The eyes of Heaven looked deep as if trying to dive into the thoughts of Heaven.

"I can't promise, but I will always be there for you" said the Sun.
