25. Al - Wakirah

"Alright to abbreviate the event, then I as a representative of the family, want to set a thank you because the Father and Mother have been willing to present in the framework of walimatul bina, or a new home salvation belonging to my sister, he said, that's Ustadz Ubaydillah."

"In the book of Almausu’al Alfiqhiyah alkuwaitiyah mentioned that the new home settlement is called walimatul bina'. Imam Shafii refers to him as al-Wakirah. Although the recommendation to hold a new home salvation is not as strong as the marriage proposal, but most scholars argue that it is recommended or mustahabbah.  As a form of perfecting that gratitude, we are encouraged to hold walimah, invite neighbors, relatives, to eat. It is often referred to as Al-Wakirah. Some scholars strongly advocate this, among them Al-Imam As-Syafii. He said of Al-Wakirah:

"Among the forms of walimah is Al-Wakirah. I don't give you the leeway to leave it." (Al-Mausu'ah Al-Fiqhiyah Al-Kuwaitiyah, 8/207).

"Remember when your Lord says, "If you are grateful, We will surely add (mercifully) to you, and if you deny (my mercy), then indeed My punishment will be painful." (QS. Pans: 7)

"All right, Mothers, let's start. So let us first recite the Holy Verses in this walimatul bina.

(Then start reading istigfar and

reciting Shalawat over the Prophet, reciting the Holy Qur'an, such as reciting Surah Al-Falaq, An-Naas 100 times. Surah Yasin's. Surah Al-Waqi’ah & Ar-Rahman to Invite the Sustenance, then Surah Al-Baqarah: 5 First Verses and 3 Last Verses, These verses are believed to be from all the deeds of the demons that come, then the Ayat Kursi so that prayer occupies the new house more fully, the series of Kalam Allah was completed solemnly).

After some time and the series of recitation of the holy verses of the Qur'an is completed. Afnan continued the prayer and he again gave enlightenment, "Alhamdulillah we have recited the Holy Verses of the Qur'an, so solemnly, may the blessings be abundant for all of us" said Afnan.

This reading is found in the word of God in the letter of Al-Kahfi,

وَلَوْلَا إِذْ دَخَلْتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلْتَ مَا شَاء اللَّهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ إِن تُرَنِ أَنَا أَقَلَّ مِنكَ مَالاً وَوَلَداً

"Why do you not say when you enter your garden "maasyaallaah, laa quwwata illaa billaah (that by Allah's will all this is manifest, no strength except with God's help). If you think I'm less than you in terms of wealth and ancestry." (QS. Al-enance: 39).

"Be happy with the neighbors when we occupy a new house, because they are the people who can help us the first when we experience a disaster. The primacy is in contact with the neighbors around, stated in the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Abi Hurairah.

"For Allah has not believed, for Allah has not believed, for Allah has not believed. He asked the Apostle: "Who, O Messenger? He said: "People whose neighbors don't feel safe because of their interference." (Hf. Ahmad, A l-Bukhari) Afnan said. Then he continued his enlightenment.

"Don't make your houses like cemeteries. Verily Satan will flee from a house recited in it the letter of Al Baqarah." (CHR. Muslim)

"Say: He is Allah, the Most Exalted. Allah is the Lord of all things. He had no children nor was he begotten nor was there any one equal to Him."(((QS Al Ikhlas)

"Maybe some of them chant the Adhan in every corner of the room, but some scholars say this can be said heresy."

"The Imam of Shafi'i said, the heresy is divided in two. Heresy is easy (praised) and heresy Madzmumah (reprehensible). If it is in accordance with the sunnah, then heresy is easy, but if it is contrary to the sunnah, then it is heresy madzmummah." 

"Mentioned by Abu Nua'im with its meaning from the path of the history of Ibrahim bin al-Junaidi from Imam Shafi'i, mentioned the criteria for the division of the heresy of mahmasyah and madzmumah.

"Attributable matter, contrary to the Qur'an, or sunnah, or Atsar, or Ijma, then it is heresy dhalalah (heretical heresy)."

"The contrived matter, of goodness, does not contradict the Qur'an, Sunnah, Atsar and Ijma, hence the Heresy of Ghair Madzemumah (heres no reproach)."

"While, the criteria for the division of bi'dah according to al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani mentions twice with two different terms, First heresy hasanah, heresy musaqbahah, heresy mubah. Based on his research, if the heresy belongs to a matter that is considered good according to Islamic law, then it is called heresy hasanah. If it belongs to something that is considered bad according to Islamic law then it is called heresy mustaqbah (Bid'ah bad)."

"If it does not belong to these two groups then it includes the mubah," he said.

"Second, heresy hasanah, heresy dhalalah, heresy Mubah. If the deed is in accordance with the Sunnah, then it is the heresy of hasanah. If it is contrary to the sunnah, then it is heresy and that is what is meant."

"Therefore the heresy is condemned. If it does not conform to the sunnah and does not contradict the sunnah, then the original law is mubah."

"The basis of the division of heresy according to Imam an-Nawawi is the hadith which says all things made up are heresies and every heresy is heretical."

"These traditions are general. Specialized by another hadith that reads.  "Who makes a good tradition in Islam gets his reward."

"And what is meant by heresy in the first hadeeth is the thing that is made inane and the thing made up despicable. While the heresy itself is divided into five, namely obligatory heresy, heresy mandub, heresy haram, heresy makruh and heresy mubah."

"There is a saying, all heresies are heretics." Whatdoes thatmean? Imam an-Nawawi replied, The Prophet's Word SAW, "all heretics are heretics," This sentence is general, but specific. So the meaning is," in general heresy is heretical.

"Bid'ah divided into five: Opinion of Imam al-Izz bin Abdissalam: 

"Bid'ah is divided into obligatory, haram, dub (advice) makruh and mubah."

"The way to find out, the heresy is weighed by the rules of the Islamic Shari'a."

"If the heresy is entered in a mandatory state, then it is a mandatory heresy.

If it goes in a haram state, then it is an illegal heresy. 

If it goes in the mandub state then it's the heresy of the mandub. If you enter in a state of makruh then that is heresy makruh. If it enters in a mubah state, then it's a mubah heresy."

"Example obligatory heresy: first, busy studying the science of Nahwu (Gramatical Arabic) to understand the Qur'an and the word of the Prophet. It is obligatory, because to keep the Sharia it is obligatory."

"Shariat cannot be kept except by knowing Arabic. If something is not perfect because of him, then he also becomes mandatory. The second example is memorizing gharib (foreign words) in the Quran and Sunnah."

"Fathers, If the persecution of the house can be classified into heresy, then because this is included in the class of well-meaning, which means worship glorifying God. So including Mubah. because it carries out its Adhan between the pillars of the building, in contrast to the Adhan in calling for prayer was done because there is a mandatory law" said Afnan.

"Then we must always maintain the cleanliness of the house, Islam is a clean and holy religion. That's why we have to keep clean. "Then all will not go to heaven except the saints." (SR Al-Baihaqi).

"Usahakan not Displaying Shirk, Islam strongly forbids all forms of shirk and classifies it into a major sin."

"Shirk is the belief in other than Allah, including the great sin in Islam which is strictly forbidden as Allah's word SWT follows :

"Allah's allegiance is a great injustice." (QS Luqman: 13).

"These shirk can manifest a variety of things both small and big."

"In everyday life at home, shirk can also appear in the form of home display items such as statues or animate images. The Rasulullah SAW

he said, "Angels will not enter a house in which there is a statue." (Bukhari and Muslim)."

"More Worship to Decorate a New Home."

"Color your home by increasing prayer and reading the Qur’an," (HR Al Baihaqi). The practice of worship can be in the form of Shlat and also multiply the reading of the Qur’an."

"Afwnan Ustadz, interject for a moment," cut off one of the invited guests from the local Residents.

"On the same occasion, the angel of grace avoids a house filled with music. From Umm Salamah radhiallahu ‘anha, Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

"Angels will not be with a company where there are bells." (Sr : Thabrani)

"We have understood, there is a contradictory attitude between the angel of grace and the devil of opposition. When one of them dodges, that's when the other replaces. Make our home like the gardens of the angel of grace, not a comfortable resting place for the devil" Afnan said again.

The guests listened carefully.

"Well the prayer of moving house, one of which is:

...أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ...

Latent: A’uudzu bi kalimaatillahit taamaati min syarri maa khalaq.

Meaning: "I take refuge in the perfect sentence of God from whatever ugliness He creates,” (HR. Imam Muslim's).

"There is also another housewarming prayer narrated by Abu Daud.

...اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلَجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا...

Latent: "Allahumma innii as-aluka khairal mawlaji wa khairal makhraji bismillahi wa lajnaa wa bismillahi kharajnaa wa ‘alaallahi rabbanaa tawakkalnaa."

Meaning: "O Allah, I ask Thee for the good of the house which I have entered and the good of the house which I have left. With the name of Allah I enter and by the name of Allah I go out and to Allah, our Lord, we rely." (CHR. Abu Dawood).

"It seems so, a little enlightenment from me, I apologize profusely, if there is a mistake! Because I am just an ordinary man who does not escape from khilaf and wrong, because the truth comes only from Allah SWT.

سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَـٰهَ

إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ، وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْكَ

Latent: Subhaanakallaahumma wa bihamdika, Asyhadu Al-laa ilaaha Illa anta, astaghfiruka, wa atuubu ilaik.

Meaning: Glory be to You, O God, I praise You. I testify that there is no god but You, I ask forgiveness and repent to You.

"Whoever reads this prayer before he stands up from his seat, all the mistakes during the assembly are forgiven. (SR: At-Tirmidhi).
