Asyhadu al laa ilaaha illa-Llahu wahdahu laa syariika lah, wa asyhadu anna muhammadan ‘abduhu warosulu
"I testify that there is no God but Allah, no ally to him, and I testify that the Prophet Muhammad is his servant and Messenger."
Continue to recite the Prayer when touching the water of ablution,
الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ الْمَاءَ طَهُورًا
Alhamdulillahi alladzi ja’ala al-maa'a thohuuron
"All praise be to Allah who has made holy and purifying water."
'The above prayer is intended as our gratitude to God who has made water as our sanctifying tool as well as the source of life.'

In the hadith above Rasullulah Saw, wudhu with a raging wudhunya so that sins out of the skin to the fingernails.
The following manner of ablution is quoted from the book Al-Lu'lu' wal Marjan by Muhammad Fuad Abdul Baqi:
Afnan leads Afkha to recite the Intentions of Wudhu,
نَوَيْتُ الْوُضُوْءَ لِرَفْعِ الْحَدَثِ اْلاَصْغَرِ فَرْضًا ِللهِ تَعَالَى
Latin: Nawaitul wudhuu-a liraf'll hadatsil ashghari fardhal lilaahi ta'aalaa
It means :"I intend to ablaze the small hadast of fardu because of Allah."

اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْ يَدِيْ مِنْ مَعَاصِيْكَ كُلِّهَا
Latin: Allahumma ihfadh yadi min ma'ashika kullaha
Means:"O Allah, keep both my hands from all wrongdoing."
Continue to gargle. Gargling 3 times, prayer :
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِنِي مِنْحَوْضِ نَبِيِّكَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَأْسًا لَا أَظْمَأُبَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا
Latin:Allahumma a'inni 'ala dzikrika wa syukrika, Allahumma asqini min haudli nabiyika shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam ka'san la adzma'a ba'dahu Abadan
Means: "O Allah, help me (to always) remember and thank You. O Allah give me a drink from the well of the Kautsar of the Prophet Muhammad, which is so refreshing that I do not feel thirsty forever."
Then Clean the Nose Hole three times. At the time of inhaling water, then take it out by pressing the nose, in the heart pray, pray,
اللَّهُمَّ أَرِحْنِي رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَحْرِمْنِيْ رَائِحَةَنِعَمِكَ وَجَنَّاتِك
Latin: Allahumma Arihni Raaihatal. Allahumma la tahrimni rahata ni'amika wa jannatika

اللَّهُمَّ لَا تُعْطِنِيْ كِتَابِيْ بِشِمَالِيْ وَلَا مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِيْ
Arabic-Latin pronunciation: Allahumma laa tu'thini bi syimaali, wa laa min waraa'i dzahri
It means: "O Allah, do not give my book of charity (later in the Hereafter) to my left hand, nor shall it be given from behind my back."
Continue to rub the head. Swiping part of the head 3 times, and Praying,
اللَّهُمَّ حَرِّمْ شَعْرِيْ وَبَشَرِيْ عَلَى النَّارِ وَأَظِلَّنِيْ تَحْتَعَرْشِكَ يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إلَّا ظِلُّك
Latin: Allahumma harrim sya'ri wa basyari 'ala an-nari wa adzilni throne 'arsyika yauma la dzilla illa dzilluka.
It means: "O Allah, forbid my hair and skin from the touch of hellfire, and seek Me under Your Throne (Your Throne). on a day when there is no shade except the shade of You."
Then rub the ear. rub her slowly and painstakingly rub the front and back of the earlobe with up and down, using the index finger and thumb. Swabbing both ears either simultaneously or alternately is allowed as long as it starts with the right ear, three times, and prays,
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَأَحْسَنَهُ
Latin: Allahumma ij'alni minalladzina yastami'unal qaula fayattabi'una ahsanahu.
It means:"O Allah, make me one who is able to hear words and is able to follow what is good from them."
Next wash the feet. Wash both feet up to above the eyes, and done 3 times, starting from the right first.
Right foot prayer, right foot,
اللهم اجْعَلْهُ سَعْيًا مَشْكُوْرًا وَذَنْبًا مَغْفُوْرًا وَعَمَلًامُتَقَبَّلًا. اللَّهُمَّ ثَبِّتْ قَدَمِيْ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ يَوْمَ تَزِلُّ فِيْهِالْأَقْدَامُ
Arabic-Latin pronunciation: Allahumma ij'alhu sa'yan masykuran wa dzamban maghfuran wa 'mutaqabbalan divination. Allahumma tsabbit qadami 'ala shirathi yauma tazila fihi al - aqdam.
It means:"O Allah, make it (as far as I am) a grateful effort, as the cause of forgiveness of sin and as an acceptable charity. O Allah, lay my feet upon crossing the shirathal mustaqim bridge, in the day when many feet are slipping."
Left foot prayer :
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ قَدَمِيْ عَنِ الصِّرَاطِ يَوْمَتَنْزِلُ فِيْهِ أَقْدَامُ الْمُنَافِقِيْنَ
Arabic-Latin pronunciation: "Allahumma inni a'udzu bika an tanzila qadami 'anish-shirathi yauma tanzilu fihi aqdamul munafiqin."
It means: "O Allah, I take refuge in You, from slipping over the bridge of the shirathal mustaqim, later in the day when many hypocrites' feet slip."
Last reciting Prayer finished ablution,
اَشْهَدُاَنْ لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَاشَرِيْكَ لَهُ. وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًاعَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ. اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِىْ مِنَاالتَّوَّابِيْنَ، وَجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِيْنَ،
وَجْعَلْنِىْ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
Latin: "Asyhadu allaa ilaaha illallah wahdahu laa syariikalahu. Wa asyhadu anna Muhammadan’abduhu wa rasuuluhu Allahumma-j alnii minattawwabinna waj alnii minal mutathohiirina waj alnii min 'ibadatishalihin."
Meaning: "I testify there is no God but an one God, no ally to Him. And I testify that the prophet Muhammad is His servant and messenger. O Allah make me a man of repentance, and make me a holy man, and make me from among Your righteous servants."
Ket: That is the good ordinance of ablution and prayer. It is allowed to give priority to the right limb, and is done in an orderly and regular manner. If you only memorize with the current Wudhu Prayer, Bismillah, recite the Wudhu Prayer and after Wudhu as long as the clothing of his Wudhu according to the Sunnah is valid. But there is no harm in learning better, spirit. Wallahu a'lam canwab).
