Legitimate Mother

Mikael first took her to Paud Dita's school. They come in together and interact with their teachers.

"Oh, this is Mama Dita" said one of the teachers. Dita nodded her head.

"Mother's pretty, right?" the boy's chirps are holding Ariana's leg.

"Hmmm and still very young. So have a child as beautiful as Dita," said the teacher holding Dita's chin. Mikael smiled, his hands hugging Ariana's waist as if to confirm if it was true.

"Yuk, now go to class," the teacher asked Dita.

"Mom's gonna pick me up, right?" ask Dita before you go to class. Ariana looked towards Mikael.

"Later we'll pick you up" Mikael said. Usually the nanny who will accompany Dita to school and wait until it is finished but now Dita learns to be left at school until school hours are finished. Just got picked up home.

"Yeah!"

"We go first, yes, fine at school if there are naughty hmmm just hit but don't make trouble first" Ariana whispered to Dita making the boy widen his eyes.

"What did you say?" mikael asked after seeing Dita get into school and they were in the car on the way to university.

"It's okay just a conversation between mother and child" replied Ariana. Mikael raised one of his eyebrows upwards.

"Okey, the conversation between mother and child. I'm glad you're starting to play your role as Mom" she said later.

"The woman needs reassurance, if you can give her, then she'll hold on tight to you. If you play him, you'll ruin his life." Ariana made Mikael smile wryly.

He rubbed Ariana's hair slowly and pulled her to kiss. "We don't know where life will take us. It used to be a mistake to waste you but I made it a lesson. Otherwise I won't get Dita. I don't expect you to love Dita with all your heart, you just accept and treat her well that's more than enough."

"I don't just accept it, you know I can't possibly upset a child because our relationship isn't certain and obvious."

"Is it clear now?" ask Mikael.

"Not yet, I'm not sure how my family would react to seeing me take you back."

Mikael took a long breath. "I'll see them next month and see mom again."

"I'm more afraid of losing a good woman like you" Mikael replied making Ariana's face blush.

For a moment they were silent.

"So why was Teacher Dita surprised to see me coming? Did Sheila never drive Dita or ...."

"Sheila was ashamed to acknowledge Dita as her son. I finally decided to use your name as the mother of Dita. Only then does Dita have a birth certificate because I used our marriage book." Ariana opened her mouth wide and closed it instantly.

Ariana pointed at Mikael and her hands swirled. Holding his own forehead.

"So legally Dita is my son?" ariana swallowed her Saliva hard.

"Yes" answered Mikael.

"When did Sheila leave Dita?" Ariana's curiosity about this matter is so high right now. He did not want to interfere in the man's internal affairs.

"A few months after Dita's birth, Sheila began to get busy with entertainment and you know what the world was like, going out early and coming home last night when Dita was not a year old Sheila completely abandoned her. At that time the soap opera being played by Sheila was on the rise and she did not want any rumors about her so she decided to leave Dita just like that."

"Is that so-called mother to her child?" ariana muttered half in disbelief but she saw the reality. His concern and pity for Dita made him feel guilty for not still closing himself to the presence of the child. Being innocent why should he do that? She had never even called herself a mother in front of Dita.

"I don't want to draw out your sympathy by vilifying other women but that's what happens."

"So from childhood Dita has less affection Mother?" Ariana looked at Mikael.

"It can be said that way. Dita and I have each other because we don't have anyone until you come and help me rediscover my family" Mikael said.

"In other words you're approaching me because you just want to be close to your family?" ariana asked in a disappointed tone. Mikael who heard Ariana's question then stopped his vehicle suddenly. So that the car behind him hit the rear bamper of the car.
