After breakfast interspersed with wordless drama. The little family went to the hospital. Once there they both did not know what to do because the little boy was forbidden to go in there.
"You go first, and I do" said Mikael.
"Aren't you the one who wants to see your mother?"
"If I go in first they won't believe me, if you first they'll know if I come with you."
They stared at Dita who was playing with flowers in the hospital courtyard.
"We should have brought the nanny" Mikael said.
"It's not time to be damned, we have to go through it together to get it all done quickly and well."
Mikael breathed.
"Okey, I'll go in first. You wait here." Ariana was about to walk first but her hand was held by Mikael. Ariana looked at that hand and Mikael hurriedly let go.
"sorry. Let me go in first. If you meet them, I'll be like a coward hiding behind your body" Mikael said.
"You must stand like a valiant knight for the trial." Ariana gave Mikael her heart. The man smiled and rubbed Ariana's hair.
"Thank you" he said, walking away before Ariana interrupted as usual.
"Professor," called Ariana as the man was seen walking away from the hospital. Mikael turned his body.
"Eager," he said smiling. Mikael nodded his head. Ariana breathed a heavy sigh.
"Why are we here, Mom?" ask Dita.
"To see your Grandpa Grandma, honey, they don't let kids in."
"Why can't it?"
"Because inside a lot of bad germs that will attack the body."
"Then I will turn into a hero against monsters" said Dita. Dita's innocent answer made Ariana laugh.
"You're pretty much your father's little daughter, honey," replied Ariana.
While inside the hospital, Mikael headed to his mother's room after getting directions from the nearest officer. His steps came to a halt when he saw his father standing leaning against the door with a face that looked tired and sad.
Mikael clenched his hands and ventured forward.
"Forgot your parents and do everything like nothing happened. If he's angry listen and don't deny, whatever it is. Apologize and everything will improve" Ariana said in the car.
Mikael's eyes turned to look at his father. The man threw his face to the side while straightening his body.
"Well," call Mikael slowly.
"What are you here for? To add trouble for me, or to wait for your mother's death?"
Mikael just fell silent and lowered his head.
"Where is Ariana, saying you brought her here?"
"He's out with Dita, my son!"
"The son of your affair you brought here? Do you want to make your mother die if you find out?"
"Dad, I'm sorry for all my mistakes. But don't blame my son. He didn't want to be in this situation either. Please," Mikael said in a shaky voice.
Mr. Sofyan then headed towards the stainless chair, sitting there with a limp body. He was silent .
Although the answer was 'yes' Mikael did not dare to say it.
"Go, you're not our son anymore, so why do you remember us. Don't lie to everyone to be said to be a filial son to his parents."
Hearing his father's words made Mikael's heart hit hard, his breathing became congested instantly. His eyes turned red and he blinked his eyes quickly only for the clear circle to burst out.
With a gontai move Mikael approached his father and clasped to hold one of the middle-aged man's hands. Kissing the back of his hand.
"Dad, just saying sorry might not be able to bring back the shame and hurt I gave you. But I really regret it. Time cannot be played back but I want to fix everything well. Give me a chance to be a dutiful son to you guys" Mikael said.
Sofyan looked up.
"Come, Son. Me and everyone can't be so easy to forgive you. Let alone believing you've returned to Ariana so easily. I'm an old man, it's not easy for you to lie."
"Look me in the eye and tell me that you have good intentions for Ariana and will live your married life forever. I will never leave him."
Netra Mikael grew instantaneously. He swallowed his Saliva hard. He promised something he couldn't do. Not because he didn't want to but because Ariana wouldn't take it easy. She already has a husband she loves.
"You can't go if you just want to play around. The oath is not just to be said but to be done. You married her and left her so easily. I don't want that to happen again." Sofyan was about to pull his hand but Mikael held it tightly.
"I promise I will have a good marriage and will never leave her again." She promised this because if Ariana asked for a divorce she couldn't be blamed.
"One more, love him. But if you're not ready then you better back off. I don't want you lying a second time."
It was hard to say but when he looked up to look at his father's sad netra finally the word was spoken as well. "I'll love him."
Sofyan held both of her son's jaws and stared. "This time I'm trying to trust you, then don't disappoint me again."
Mikael clenched tightly his mouth and nodded his head.
"We'll meet Ariana and your son."
They then returned to the hospital. Looking for the existence of Ariana and Dita, but both are no longer there. They then to the back of the hospital there was a wide garden.
Netra Mikael caught Ariana laughing with Dita. They're playing soap balloons.
"That's them, Dad," Mikael proudly pointed towards Ariana and Dita.
Mr. Sofyan narrowed his eyes looking at the two. She did not expect that Ariana would accept a child from her husband with another woman. He then stepped closer.
"Ariana," call Mr. Sofyan.
"Dad," Ariana called Sofyan and kissed the back of her hand.
"How are you," asked Sofyan, not caring about the boy who was holding his father's leg.
"Okay Dad, I have one more year of college and I can find a job" Ariana said excitedly.
"Why look for a job, let Mikael who is looking for money for you, he can finance your life with his income," said Sofyan.
Ariana looked at Mikael and smiled wryly but her eyes seemed to not understand. "Of course he can meet the needs of my life in the future."
"Come here" said Ariana, pulling Dita's small hand closer. Dita refuses to let go of her grip from Mikael's feet.
Ariana then carried Dita. He knew if Sofyan's response to Dita would definitely be the same as the rest of the family but it was fine to try to make the impossible possible.
"It's beautiful to give your grandfather a sweet greeting" Ariana said. "Assalamualaikum, Grandpa."
"Assalamualaikum Ka .. kek," said Dita hesitantly looking at the middle-aged man who was very similar to his father.
