" Be calm, doctor Petrov. We're all here to keep them a secret." A senior doctor assured Kalev. Kalev stared at the heavy voice, dr. Garrick Weber's. Rs Director. Charite.

" dr. Weber!" Kalev wiped his tears, staring in disbelief at the old man in front of him.

dr. Garrick Weber, the director of the infamous RS.Charite, is willing to help Kalev. He made Kalev bend tightly to the doctor and thanked him many times.

Kalev's hug came off, when he heard the baby's cry. His eyes sparkled, he approached the pediatrician who handled the baby Emy.

" The baby is a man and healthy. Congratulations dr.Petrov." The doctor said the child. Kalev kept smiling happily. Her tears did not stop flowing.

Kalev turned his head quickly towards the operating table. Emy's second child has been born. Kalev continues to follow the doctors and nurses who care for baby Emy. He forgot his purpose here.

" Doctor Petrov! it's all hard to be ready." Kalev was startled by the sound behind him. He looked at Emy who was still lying down and nodded. Positioning himself in Emy's head, Kalev immediately asked his assistant to prepare.

Emy's twin babies are all male. Their handsome and puffed-up faces, made everyone smile in an uneasy manner.

" You guys are so lucky, your mama's so strong. Growing up well, baby." said a nurse.

" kids... Pray for your mom, baby." said a male doctor.

" Pity them yes, but thankfully they are okay. May God continue to help them..." Said a middle-aged midwife.

Everyone nodded and looked sadly at the two babies.

Tae Yang immediately walked towards the receptionist. He asked for information Emy's room was treated.

" Miss Emy Sie, now in the operating room, sir." Answer receptionist. Tae Sang immediately ran over and looked at the operating room's signboard. No matter the man he hit, Tae Sang runs in search of an operating room.

" dr. Petrovs! there's a man coming looking for Miss Emy Sie." Report a nurse. Kalev immediately stopped his hand.

" Do you know what his name is?" ask Kalev. The nurse just nodded.

' What is Kim Tae Sang? baby Emy's father?' Inner Kalev.

" Please don't tell her that Emy gave birth to twins. Please." lirih Kalev.

" Good doctor!"

Tae Sang keeps waiting in the operating room. His mind could not calm down. His appearance is no longer straight.

" Young Master, you should take a shower and rest first. I'll stay here for you." persuaded Byun Hyuk.

" No, I won't leave him." Tae Sang replied quickly and shook his head.

38 Hours Later

" Eventually..." Kalev and some of the surgical crew laid themselves on the floor, exhausted.

After taking a short rest, Kalev exited the operating room. Strengthening his heart saw the man who had made the only woman he loved, suffer.

Tae Sang, who saw a doctor coming out of the operating room, immediately approached.

" Doctor..doctor..how...varaya..where is Emy, doc?" Tae Sang's wet eyes and parched face, made Kalev's heart waver slightly.

Doubt, disbelief arose in his heart, to open the white cloth, which covered the man's face. He stretched out his big hand and opened the cloth slowly. His eyes were wide, mouth gaping, there was no word he could get out. His heart feels tight.

" No.no no no no Emy... Emy-a... Emyyy..aaaa..." Tangispun. Cuddling Emy's cold body. " aaa.... Emy...Emyyy.forgive me, maaaaffff..aaaa..." Kalev was full of seeing that. Byun Hyuk also cried and covered his hands in his mouth.

" Miss...Miss Sie.huhuhu..."

" Why..what's up? tell me there's ap..." A woman stopped when she asked, when she saw a pale face not far from where she was standing, in the arms of boss Kimtae.

" Shan.chagiya...No no...Emyyyy..aaaa.no, don't go, please don't go. It's me, it's Hannah...Emyy..aaa..." Hannah screams after pushing Tae Sang's body and hugging Emy's limp, stopping the roar of footsteps that had been chasing her.

Their steps felt heavy, watching the scene in front of them. Tae Sang who was crying and sitting on the floor with a blank look, Hannah who was hugging someone while crying and Tae Sang's assistant who was sitting limp in the waiting chair.

" Hannah... You got it wrong, right? aye,..Honey..." Hannah doesn't care about Evan calling her.

Evan and Luther immediately ran and approached the gurney where Emy was laid.

Evan snatches Emy from Hannah's arms. The tears are unstoppable again.

" waaaa... Emyyyy.anakuuu..waaaa..." Evan hugged Emy's thin body tightly.

Luther sat on the floor with Dr. Lee.

" I'm sorry, we have to take care of Miss Emy's body immediately. According to his last request." Kalev arrived. But Evan wouldn't let it. Kalev became anxious, cold sweat coming out on his forehead and back.

" I'm sorry, sir.I have to take him immediately." force Kalev again. But again Evan did not listen to him.

Doctor Lee who saw Kalev's face, seemed to understand the man's intentions.

" Evan, let him go. There is still another procedure before we can bring him HOME" said Dr. Lee emphasizing the word Pulang while looking at Kalev who was also looking back at him.

Heavy hearted Evan took off his babtis son. The nurse immediately approached and pushed the gurney, and Kalev followed her from behind. Lee looked at Kalev and knitted his brows.

" You! you caused all this!" Shouted Evan and approached Tae Sang who was still sitting on the floor.

Bugs bugs..

Byun Hyuk tried to break up. But Tae Sang like resigned to every blow Evan. Hannah, Luther and Dr. Lee, no one is trying to stop the veteran SEAL (U. S. Navy elite) from winning the Chairman of the Kimtae Group.

Evan stops his punch and throws his tired body to the floor. He was crying like a child. Hannah and Luther leaned their bodies against the wall of the sick house. Silent.

Dr.Lee is silent to meet Kalev. He stopped Kalev's steps as he exited the staff room.

" I know you're hiding something! tell me what you're hiding from us!" dr.lee sentak. Kalev just kept quiet and didn't respond.

' I won't let Emy suffer again.' Inner Kalev.

" Say!" Snapped dr. Lee again.

" You who?" ask Kalev calmly.

" I'm Dr. Lee Kyong. I'm Emy's sister!"

Kalev nodded. He looked at Dr. Lee and smiled faintly.

" Come with me!" Kalev turned his body and stepped quickly, entering the doors and hallways, they arrived at a nursery.

" They are Emy's twins. Emy asked me to keep their whereabouts a secret from someone named Kim Tae Sang." Kalev.
