A smile continued to expand on Tae Sang's lips that morning. His face was getting brighter shining as bright as the sun out there. Contrary to a woman who also sat down to eat with him at the dining table in the suite room.

" Mommy, you're sick (still sick)?" Ask plain Micah.

" Mommy's just tired, baby." Tae Sang replied. Emy glared at Tae Sang restraining emotions.

" Dear, I know your eyes are beautiful..."

Emy's eyes are getting round. The eyes of the twins pum widened and the mouth gaping.

" Daddy! That's mommy Micah!"

" That's mommy Micko too!"

The twins immediately ran and entered on the sidelines of Tae Sang's chair and next to Emy and hugged Emy possessively.

" Daddy! No no no!" Micah looked up at his daddy, raised his index finger wiggled him to the left right and eyes squinted. Emy smiled with satisfaction at him.

Tae Sang sighed. He has to give up this time. Before the twins were really angry and prevented him from being with the mommy.

" A, baby. Are you done yet? " Tanya Tae Sang finished breakfast.

" Alright, come!"

Emy nodded and let the big, warm hand hold her small hand.

" Kids! We're going to Grandpa Evan's house now, okay?" Tae Sang holds Micko while Micah holds Emy in his arms.

Byun Hyuk looked happily at his Young Master's little family.

" Young Master, may you continue to be happy." Mumbled smile. Happy tears are dripping. Before long, he had already returned to his duties, ordering his subordinates to carry his suitcase and all of Mr. Young's belongings to be taken directly to the Kimtae Group's private plane.

Arriving at Hannah's apartment, Emy's cheer makes everyone smile. Evan, Luther and Tae Sang looked at him happily.

" Tae Sang, how's Helena?" Evan asked breaking the silence.

" He's got his karma, uncle." Tae Sang replied.

" you mean?"

The flashback

" Oh, Kalev. Coming in!" Emy lets the handsome doctor into her ward. While Tae Sang, he still arranges all of Emy's and the twins' belongings in a bag

" Emy, can I ask you a favor?" Kalev asked with a serious face.

" Hmm, if I could.hahaha.."

" I want your consul about my patient." Kalev.

" Hmm, okay. Medical record?"

Kalev immediately handed me the patient's sadistic record to Emy. He opened every medical data written there and walked to the sofa.

" Hm... Is this one guy?" Ask Emy. Kalev nodded.

" This is when he checked up here. This is when he suddenly fainted a day later and this is when he came to his senses yesterday, "said Kalev

Kalev saw Tae Sang. Tae Sang is suspicious. " It's when he's in a coma, right?" Kalev nodded.

" Same with me in a coma. Yes, he was hypnotized. But, wait. This one, the result he had yesterday when he came to his senses? Something is wrong with his brain activity. Can you take him for an MRI one more time? I want to make sure again." Emy Pinta.

" All right!" Kalev immediately left and prepared his patient for a repeat MRI.

" Dear, don't be too tired. You're still healed." Tae Sang.

" No, he's just a consul. Not surgery..." Emy smiled. Tae Sang's heart was pinched hearing the word surgery. Until now, he has not been able to tell the woman's doctor, if he can no longer be a surgeon.

" Emy! It's ready." Kalev. Emy nodded and followed Kalev.

" Wait here." Tell Emy to Tae Sang when the man walks in to follow her. With a heavy heart Tae Sang obeyed his queen.

At the MRI room, the patient was already inside the capsule.

" Hm... Scan the hippocampus (the part of the brain that processes memory storage)."

" Continue!" Emy's orders.

" Okay, thank you!"

Kalev approached Emy as she began to analyze the results.

" Kalev, he has Alzheimer's (a brain disease that results in a decline in memory, thinking and speech skills, as well as a gradual change in behavior)! " Say Emy a moment later. Kalev.

" Oh, God. I think he had encephalopathy (a disease that disrupts the function or structure of the brain). " Kalev.

" You better tell his family soon. Damage to his brain cells is very fast. Give him rivastigmine and ritalin separately." Advice Emy.

" all right. Thank you, yeah."

Emy nodded and stepped out. There he meets Tae Sang who is waiting for him.

" Dear, is it over?" Welcome Tae Sang.

" You're here?" Ask Emy.

" I need a minute with Kalev. Outside are my children and assistants. Go there first, huh?"

Emy nodded and walked away. At the same time Kalev came out of the radiology room.

" Kalev! " Call Tae Sang. " What was that... About Eva?" Investigate Tae Sang without saying stale. Kalev nodded.

" He's got his sentence, Tae Sang. He's got Alzheimer's and his life time is only about 1 year away." Answer Kalev.

" Serious then?"

Kalev nodded. " Yes, Emy herself analyzed it. It can't be cured. There's no cure. The drugs that exist only help him to just live life." Kalev.

" All right, thank you."

Tae Sang walked away. It is really inexhaustible the fate of the woman who has ever been present in her life.

Fate always has its way, whether it ends in laughter or tears.
