Chapter 43

"Shut up, lu. It's none of your business, I hope you get away from this place or away from me" Pinta Laras.

Barrels start out emotionally with the unabashed attitude of Flowers at all.

The arrival of flowers makes the atmosphere become runyam. The warm chat that happened between Laras and Nick we just sank.

"Ih, Barrel. I mean, yes, I'm out of here" said Bunga.

Bunga also invited his friends out of the cafe, those who planned to want to eat at the cafe finally chose another place.

Laras let out a long sigh, and he walked over to the table where Nick was.

"Ma-sorry," said Laras.

Right now Laras' heart is pounding so fast because he's afraid Nick thinks he's been lying to him.

"Sit down" Nick said with a very serious face.

Laras gets tense when he sees Nick's face.

"Do I have to be honest with him?" mumbles Barrel in the heart.

Baras is starting to worry.

"Maybe I better be honest, whatever happens after this I resigned," murmured Laras again.

"Pardon me," cried Laras again, bowing his head.

"Mhm," muttered Nick.

"I'm sorry, I'm not Wilona. I'm not your friend in the Maya world" said Laras honestly.

Nick scrunched his forehead. He looked more and more confused.

"What does that mean?" ask Nick.

"I'm sorry, I'm not actually the girl you've been calling on social media. I was just told by a friend to replace her to see you that day" Laras told the truth.

Eventually Laras starts telling Nick the truth. Laras chooses to be honest and tell everything to the man who has started to fill his heart.

Laras thinks it's better for him to be honest than to be in a relationship over a lie.

"I'm sorry, if you're angry with what I did. I can accept the consequences that I have to accept with what has happened" said Laras.

A waiter came to bring the food they ordered at a time of tension between the two.

"This girl dares to be honest and speak for what she is. I have to be honest with him too. After that I will express my feelings to her. Better to start a relationship with honesty." Nick spoke in his heart.

"Mhm, huh? Are you done talking?" ask Nick in his cuckoo style after the waiter puts the food they ordered on the table.

Nick looked at Laras, the girl could not interpret the gaze Nick had put on her.

Laras nodded his head, then lowered his head.

"Ehem, actually our current position is the same, we are both substitute figures," said Nick honestly.

Laras lifted his head, he looked at Nick, he could not believe what Nick had said. His eyes were on Nick.

He asked for an explanation of what had happened.

Not waiting long Nick immediately explained and told what had really happened between him and his master.

Same with Laras, Nick tells everything without anyone covering it up.

Finally the character of the substitute who was in him was revealed already, no more lies that happened between the two of them.

"What is your real name then?" ask Nick curiously.

"I'm Laras, I'm a student at Scholar High School" Laras replied.

"Who is your real name?" Laras is also curious about the identity of the handsome man who is now starting to enter his heart.

"My name, Nick. I'm not a student anymore, I'm an employee at a company" Nick replied honestly.

"Mhm," murmured Laras.

Laras becomes awkward with Nick when he hears Nick is an employee. That means their age is far away.

Nick wanted to express the feeling he had in his heart.

Barrel looked at Nick. He felt something strange about the gaze of the man who was now in front of him.

"What's wrong?" ask Laras curiously.

"Now we know each other. There are no more lies between us, do you want to be my lover?" frankly Nick said.

Nick does not want to lose the opportunity to approach Laras, for some reason he feels comfortable with the girl who is still sitting in High School.

He felt fit with the personality of the fitful Laras, and behaved as he was.

Laras was silent for a long time hearing Nick's words, he could not believe an established man was expressing love to him.

"Do you want to?" ask Nick again impatiently.

"Hmm, should I answer it right now?" ask Laras.

Laras felt not ready to answer Nick's question right then and there, he wanted to think carefully about the problem of his closeness with the established man in front of him.

"If you're not ready to answer, I'll give you time to think" Nick said.

"Alright, please give me some time to think" said Laras.

"OK, fine. Yeah, we eat, yuk. Later the cold hunt is not good anymore," asked Nick.

Nick tried to behave as usual, immediately the awkward atmosphere between them disappeared and warmed up as usual.

Seeing Laras' attitude, Nick is increasingly convinced to make the girl as his lover and hopes that Laras can be his life companion later.

They also enjoy the food on the table greedily while chatting casually.

So excited they chatted, they forgot the time that they had 3 hours in the cafe.

The clock on Nick's wrist is already showing at 14:15.

"Eh, it's past 2 p.m. Let's get out of here, yuk," Nick asked.

Laras also nodded. Nick called the waiter to ask for their bill.

They stand up and step out of the cafe after Nick pays their food bills.

"Where are you going?" ask Nick to Laras.

"Huh?" Confused what to answer.

"Well, how are we going to the mall?" ask Nick.

"Mhm, I can." Laras agrees with Nick's invitation.

Nick opens the car door for Laras, he treats Laras like a princess.

"Thank you" said Laras.

She was flattered by the treatment of the handsome man who had just expressed his feelings for her.

The heart of Laras is now flowery, he did not expect to be interested in an established and mature man. Which age they are adrift quite far.

Nick closed the car door and stepped around the car and entered the car through the steering door.

He drove his car away from the cafe to the biggest mall in Jakarta.

When they arrive at the mall, Nick invites Laras into a jewelry store. He wanted to buy Laras a necklace as an expression of his feelings.

"Why did we come here?" ask Laras wonder.

"What do you think we're going to the jewelry store?" ask Nick back.

"Mhm," muttered Laras reluctantly into the jewelry store.

"Which one do you like?" ask Nick frankly.

Baras scrunched his forehead, then he pulled Nick's arm out of the jewelry store.
