Chapter 7 Ready twenty-four hours

Abhiyasa still teases Hani. He felt Hani's expression when annoyed was very funny and his babbling and nagging made Abhiyasa even more anxious to him.

Like at the moment. He deliberately made Hani shocked at his invitation.

"We are dating," said Abhiyasa as if without burden.

Hani spouts his drink right on the face of Abhiyasa who is in front of him. She is shocked to hear the words of Abhiyasa who invites her to date.

Abhiyasa is shocked by the surprise attack Hani gives him. She was speechless, as her face was soaked with a cold sweet drink coming out of Hani's mouth.

Hani immediately took a tissue and rubbed very carefully on Abhiyasa's face.

His hands were very soft and careful. Even he felt very guilty towards Abhiyasa who was sprayed by him.

"Sorry" Abiyasa said, wiping Abhiyasa's face with a tissue.

Abhiyasa held back her smile because again she teased Hani who was feeling guilty about her.

"You have so much for me Honey" said Abhiyasa again teasing Hani.

Did I not hear wrong? Did he really call me Honey? Am I the only one who heard wrong? Hani wondered in her heart.

A red tinge was suddenly seen on Hani's face. As powerful as he was, he covered up his shame because of the words from Abhiyasa.

"Why Honey, are you ashamed of me?" ask Abhiyasa again who intends to tease Hani.

"No" said Hani nervously.

Abhiyasa chuckled to see the girl in front of him was nervous because she was ashamed of him. And he was completely satisfied to tease Hani at this moment.

Hani placed the tissue on Abhiyasa's hand and said,

"You better go ahead yourself."

Abhiyasa smiled and pretended to be sad about it. Even she did not wipe her face using the tissue that Hani had given her. He placed the tissue on the table pretending to be upset that Hani was not paying attention to.

Hani tries to ignore Abhiyasa. He ate his order fried rice as if not bothered by anything.

Abhiyasa still watched Hani intensely. He placed both his hands on his chin and looked at Hani who was eating voraciously.

For a while Abhiyasa noticed the girl in front of him. Too bad Hani still ignored him and considered him as if he was not in front of him.

Why is he like this? Why would he do this to me? I beg you not to look at me like that, Hani said in her heart while chewing her food.

Feeling ignored by Hani, Abhiyasa throws annoyance. After that he ate his food by putting on his upset face.

Why is the atmosphere so awkward? All this because of that irresponsible remark of Abhiyasa, Hani grumbled in his heart.

Hani put his spoon and fork across on his plate. Then he drank his drink.

"Abhi, it looks like we can only be friends. There are so many differences that will hinder our relationship later" said Hani while looking seriously at Abhiyasa.

Abhiyasa stopped his meal which was already his last feed. 

"I knew it was Hani. That's why I didn't expect so much. I'm afraid I'm expecting something too uncertain" Abhiyasa said after swallowing his food.

Instantly Hani's heart felt pierced. His heart felt pain hearing Abhiyasa's words that sounded sad at the time of saying it.

Abhiyasa smiled looking at Hani who was looking at him with a guilty feeling. Then he said,

"Forgot my words, Hani. Let's just say I was joking. Let's just say I'm flirting with you."

How can I take it as a casual joke? You really messed with my feelings Abhi.

Abhiyasa and Hani stared at each other as if they were diving into their feelings. In his heart Abhiyasa said,

I really like you, Hani, but I realize that's not going to happen. And I'm sorry I teased you by asking you out.

"Ehemmm... Now where are we going?" ask Abhiyasa to divert their conversation.

"I want to go home, Abhi. I haven't done all my stuff. I couldn't sleep well seeing that all my stuff was still in the box" Hani replied with a chuckle.

Abhiyasa smiled and nodded his head while saying,

"alright. We better just go home now."

They both got out of their seats and left after Hani paid for their food.

Abhiyasa snatched the car keys from Hani's hand as they walked towards the car. 

"I'm a real man who doesn't let a woman drive his car while I'm a man sitting next to her" Abhiyasa said, showing the keys to the car in his hand.

Hani chuckles at the words of Abhiyasa who is a satire from him when he left earlier. They got into the car and switched seats.

Now Abhiyasa is sitting behind the wheel, while Hani is sitting next to him as a passenger.

The trip this time was different from when I left. No music accompanied them this time. But they replaced it with small talk about their lives.

The two of them asked each other about their lives. So that now they can know about the personality, life and family of each.

They are not dating, but by getting to know each other's lives this makes them closer and more familiar.

Arriving at their home, Abhiyasa parked Hani's car right in his house.

"Do you need my help, my new neighbor?" ask Abhiyasa in his poetical style.

Hani chuckles at the question Abhiyasa is asking her. After that he said,

"No need. You better go home and rest. I don't want you asking for more difficult rewards later."

Abhiyasa laughed at Hani's reply.

"How do you know? Though I will ask you for a kiss in return," Abhiyasa said in between his laughter.

Hani closed his lips and said,

"Basic pervert."

After saying that, Hani immediately ran inside her house and closed the door very hard.

Abhiyasa laughed at Hani's behavior that he managed to seduce. However Abhiyasa teases Hani, he only speaks. He would not have done that when he had not married the woman he would have kissed.

"Dani! Call me if you need my help! I'll be ready twenty-four hours to help you! Remember, my house is right next to yours!" exclaiming Abhiyasa from behind the door of Hani's house.

After saying that, Abhiyasa got into his pick up car and drove it towards the place where he borrowed it.

After a while, Abhiyasa returned to using his sports motorbike. Before he got off his bike, he noticed Hani's house right next to him. 

The door of the house is still closed with lights that light up inside and outside the house.

"Is he asleep?" muttered Abhiyasa with a faint smile looking at Hani's house.

"Abhi…! Help me!"
