Chapter 29 Introduction

Hani does not listen to Abhiyasa who forbids her from shouting inside the house calling her mom and dad.

He could not help his longing for his parents who he had not seen for several weeks.

Suddenly there were footsteps from inside the house that were approaching towards Hani and Abhiyasa who were in the living room.

"Hani, who's this guy?" 

There was a middle-aged male voice that distracted Hani and Abhiyasa who were still standing in the living room.

They both turned to the source of the voice. Instantly Hani's lips curled upwards and he sprang into the middle-aged man's arms.

"Lord…!" hani hugged his papa body.

"Mom...!" hani exclaimed as she changed to embrace her desperate mother's body next to her papa.

"Hani, you just came home immediately to make a lot of the whole house. Where have you never seen Mom and Dad?" ask Papa Hani while gently rubbing her daughter's hair.

"The plan is that Mama and Papa will see you tomorrow if you don't come here today. It turns out that you first came here," said Mama Hani while smiling and pinching Hani's cheek.

Hani pursed her lips, pretending to be in pain from the pinch on her cheek from her mother.

"Kan Hani told me Mama and Papa. Hani is busy moving out. Mama and Papa also said to want to go there, see Hani's new house. Until now also not there," said Hani who pretended to be upset with both parents.

Mama and Papa Hani did not answer. They just laughed in response to his upset daughter.

The same thing Abhiyasa did to Mama Hani. It was clear that there were happy smiles from both of Hani's parents. They were both happy to see the courtesy that Abhiyasa had.

After that they chat while enjoying cake and tea in the living room.

Their chatter was so comfortable and so warm that Abhiyasa was no longer nervous dealing with them.

However, Hani's parents do not yet know about the differences in beliefs between Hani and Abhiyasa. They only warmly welcomed Abhiyasa as their daughter's boyfriend.

It's getting late afternoon. Hani takes Abhiyasa home with his bike in a pick-up car brought by Abhiyasa.

"Your bike is still very nice and well-groomed Honey. Do you always take care of her?" ask Abhiyasa while driving his car.

"My father took care of my bike when I wasn't home. Because Papa knows that the bike is the only thing I love in the house. Maybe Papa gave up his longing for me by taking care of my bike" Hani replied with a big smile at Abhiyasa.

Abhiyasa smiled at Hani's story. Now she is growing more convinced that Hani grew up in the middle of a warm family. And now she also became more convinced that Hani would be a good and warm wife and mother in their family later.

Abhiyasa's left hand held Hani's. He clasped her hand tightly as if afraid of losing her.

Hani stared at Abhiyasa who was driving the car while holding his hand. He felt love from his lover's hand.

Evening until night was spent by them by walking in the park crowded by teenagers in pairs.

The next day, the two of them were already preparing to cycle together. Abhiyasa really takes care of Hani. He did not let Hani escape from his reach.

No matter where Hani goes, she always accompanies him, like a bodyguard who is always ready to protect him.

They are now sitting in the city park. They are resting and enjoying the atmosphere of the week in the park.

"Honey, don't forget later in the afternoon we go to my parents' house, yes" Abhiyasa said after sipping a drink.

Hani turned to Abhiyasa. From his eyes was a deep worry. He was really afraid that the Abhiyasa family could not accept their relationship as Aulia had said.

Feeling that Hani was looking at him, Abhiyasa turned to Hani who was sitting next to him. He smiled and said,

"I know what you're thinking. And I hope you throw that thought away."

Hani agreed. He smiled to convince Abhiyasa if he had not thought about it anymore.

Suddenly a phone ringing from Abhiyasa's phone. He immediately took the phone out of his pocket. 

"Mother?" chirp Abhiyasa when seeing his mother's name on his phone screen as a caller.

Hani's face stiffened when she heard Abhiyasa mention her mother's name when she saw the name on her phone screen.

Yasa, hurry back home. Grandma's condition suddenly dropped. Grandma told you to quickly come to the house, Abhiyasa's mother's voice sounded panicked in her ears.

Abhiyasa instantly turned off his phone. She panics and pulls Hani's hand to go with her immediately.

Abhiyasa was panicking. Not even he greeted his mother when he picked up his phone, his mother had already said in a panicked voice to announce his grandmother's current condition.

Hani who does not know anything also felt panicked following Abhiyasa pedaling his bike very quickly, until Hani felt very tired following Abhiyasa who was far ahead of him.

"Abhi..wait!" hani shouted with all his strength that had been bored as if he was out of energy.

Abhiyasa seemed to forget that he was with Hani. His mind was only on his grandmother's condition. Until he did not hear the voice of Hani who was shouting calling him.
