After he finished giving the letter to the doctor, his breathing again tightened and he returned unconscious.

"ARA!!! Please, don't leave me. Don't leave Karen and Lauren. Wake up please. Forgive me" Shouted Eren while hugging the body of Kaira who had become a statue.

"ARA!!!!" Eren's cry ended with regret from him

"Mama, why would you leave Lauren with Karen? How will we be later? Hix hyxes hyx"

The whole room was filled with cries, including Rangga and Vishnu. However, Vishnu could not approach him.
