"Huh? What does it mean that time is already a mistake?!"

Hans was really shocked when he heard the true story of his boss. And he also did not deny it, because indeed when they ta'aruf, he was so fascinated to see Yumna's eyes. Especially when he was given the chance to see his face. He immediately said he agreed to marry her.

"Yes right! From the beginning it was all Hans' fault. Therefore, we should correct the mistake!" ardiyan's reply sounded resolute, and with a serious look at Hans.

"Sorry Sir! I don't seem interested anymore! Because I don't want to deal with that called marriage anymore!" hans said, just like Ardiyan, he also expressed his words firmly as well. Which means, he really has no interest in marrying again.

"Not interested? Do you realize what you said Hans? What does that mean that as long as you follow me to study at Bang Fahmi's lodge, there is no science in your brain?" asked Ardiyan, with a sharp look. He looked upset, because in fact he always took his assistant, hoping that he would become a better human being. And understand the science of religion, although not yet perfect, but he will follow his Shari'a.

"Sorry Sir!" hans replied, lowering his face.

"Haiis..seems like I should provoke Lo's memory first huh? But well then, I will remind you again," said Ardiyan resigned.

"Hans? Marriage is always a question. Is marriage obligatory or is it Sunnah? But you know what? What if the Qur'an is a command from Allah? Now in the Qur'an of An-Nur verse 32, God commands His servant to marry as He says in His word.

Allah Taโ€™ala says:

โ€œAnd marry those who are alone among you, and those who are worthy (married) of your men and your women's servants. If they are poor, God will enable them with His gift. And Allah is All-Wide (His Gift), All-Knowerโ€ (QS. For Nur: 32).

In this verse there is an order to marry. But the scholars differ on whether marriage is mandatory or sunnah into 3 opinions:

Opinion first

Madzhab zhahiri argued that the law of marriage is obligatory, and the unmarried person is sinful. They are in line with the above verse, which uses the command line โ‡ โ‡ โ‡ (and marry ) and the commandment indicates the law of obligation.

They also say that getting married is a way to keep yourself from being haram. And the rule says:

โ€œimperfect obligation except with something, then something is legal obligatoryโ€

Second opinion

Shafiโ€™i Madzhab argues that the law of marriage is mubah, and the unmarried person is innocent. Imam Asy Syafiโ€™i said that marriage is a means of channeling orgasm and achieving orgasmic delicacy (which is halal), so the law changes as well as eating and drinking.

Third opinion

Opinions jumhur ulama, namely madzhab Maliki, Hanafi and Hambali argue that the law of marriage is mustahab (sunnah) and not until mandatory.

However, marriage law becomes mandatory if a person has been able to build a household, both physically, mentally and financially. In addition, marriage can help a person avoid adultery that is prohibited in Islam.

Meanwhile, the law of marriage for women was mandatory according to Ibn Arafat. It is said to be mandatory if a woman is not able to make a living for herself and the only way, namely by marriage," explained Ardiyan at length give understanding to Hans, who is not a woman, which has been silent since. Heard the words of Ardiyan.

"Hans, if you follow the law, you must marry. Wh why? Because in terms of physical, age, mental, and financial. For that you can't be kinkering anymore Hans. So marry Inayah, Hans," continued Ardiyan, as he held Hans' hand on the table at the time.

"Give me the reason Sir! Why should I marry her?" hans asked, sounding soft. Actually it is very saturated with the discussion of soul mate. But he did not have the courage to fight his boss. Because no matter how the boss, ever meritorious in his family. So he seemed to have no other choice, except to obey the wishes of his boss.

"The reason is because he's Hans' orphan. Plus, he's the guy that's closed. My wife always thinks about it. And the scary reason for me was, I was told to marry her, when she was twenty-five years old not yet married. Guekan bini? She's willing to share a husband so unfortunately she's the same girl!" obviously Ardiyan, who was his last sentence, he narrowed the smile that looked sad Dimata Hans.

"Well then I'll marry her sir?" hans replied, without wanting to think again. Making Ardiyan's face instantly turn happy.

"Thank you Hans, you saved my life!" said Ardiyan, as he got up and spontaneously also Hans got up, making Ardiyan by hugging his Assistant.

"Together Sir!" reply Hans looks resigned when in the embrace of the Boss.

"Okay then we'll decide the day and the date! And you don't have to think about anything. Because I'll get everything ready, okay!" said Ardiyan again, who did look so happy he heard Hans' willingness to marry Inayah, his former santriwati Anisah. Now he had become an Ustadzah in the boarding house of An-Nur, belonging to Anisah's parents.

"Alright Sir, I will follow as you wish!" hans replied while smiling at his power.

"Good! Then let's go home!" ardiyan said, then he went from there and was followed by Hans from behind.

"Oh my God, may this decision not be wrong! And may he really be the soul mate entrusted to me!" inner Hans.
