It means: "Wherever you are, death will find you, even if you are in a high and strong fortress. If they get good, they say, "This is from Allah's side," and if they are hit by a bad thing, they say, "This is from you (Muhammad)." Say, "Everything (comes) from the side of God." So why do those people (the hypocrites) barely understand (at least) talk?"

Including all the calamities and disasters that occur on the face of this earth which is an example of Mubram's destiny. Like, earthquakes, droughts, erupting mountains, and others. Allah SWT said in Surat Al Hadid verse 22,

مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ نَبْرَأَهَا ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
