Qia sat on a bench in the garden. His gaze was straight forward as if trying to see his future that looked bleak. Not wanting to be like that, he confirmed his determination inwardly that he would be healed and soon achieve his now-delayed dream. He assured his heart that his life would be happy even if he did not have to be with Keynand.

Satisfied to see what was in front of him. Now his gaze was turned to the two rings embedded in his finger. The ring given by Keynand as a sign of the man's seriousness to him. A root ring encircling her ring finger and a very beautiful diamond ring encircling her little finger.

"Abang Keynand, this ring does not succeed in binding our hearts in a halal relationship. It's time I let go as I did with Brother and the other woman. To be honest, I can tell anyone that the love I have for you is easy to ignore, but in reality I have deceived everyone and the worst of myself."

Qia monologued in silence as she stared at the sparkling ring on her finger.

Some of the Santriwati rushed to Qia's body which was already lying on the ground.

Someone came closer when he heard the sound of falling objects and screeches of the Santriwati. Someone swiftly grabbed the body and took it to the health center in Pesantren.

"Doctor, please help this girl faint" said the man with obvious anxiety. He immediately laid Qia's body on the cage available there.

After laying down Qia's body, the person came out giving the Doctor time to check on her condition.

"Do you know who he is?" Ask someone to some of the Santriwati who went with him.

"Sorry Ustadz we don't know him. Looks like Santriwati's sister was new here," replied one of Santri who represented his friends.

The person called Ustadz nodded in understanding. He then thanked the Santriwati who accompanied the girl who was not known at all by them.

The door opened then displayed a Female Doctor from the direction within the chamber.

"Qia is okay, she's just exhausted" the Doctor explained.

"Thank you Doctor. Oh yeah does the doctor know that girl?"

The young man was surprised, he did not expect the girl he had just helped to have a very severe illness.

"Does the doctor have any family contacts? Ask for help in contact," said the young man asked for help to the Female Doctor who was still loyal to accompany him.

"Good Ustadz."

The doctor contacted Umi Ika to inform her family of Qia's condition. Umi Ika sounded anxious because she did not expect Qia's body to be very weak. During the Rukyah, Qia never became unconscious. He only drooped weakly by remaining lying down for a while to restore his strength.

What happened to the girl until she fainted? The question came to light while talking to the doctor.

"Don't worry strong girl Qia. He must have made it through all of this" said the Doctor calming the anxious-looking Youth in front of him.

"It looks like Ustadz is very worried about Qia's situation. Don't tell me there's something going on in Ustadz's heart when he meets Qia for the first time, right?" The Doctor continued to guess the meaning of the restlessness shown by the Youth in front of him.

He shook his head to refute the Doctor's supposition. The young man knew that Qia already had someone to preach to him, so how could he possibly have any interest in the girl. She remembered who Qia really was and she knew the Man who became her Prospective Husband.

"Are you Ustadz? But tell the truth never lie to others," said the Doctor made the Young man surprised and confused by the direction of the Woman Doctor before him. The young man then responded to those words with a friendly smile.

As they were engrossed in chatting, there was the sound of footsteps approaching. Thereupon came the sound of greeting being answered simultaneously by the Doctor and the Young Man.

"Doctor how is my sister?" ask Rizqy.

"Alhamdulillah Qia is okay just tired," replied the Doctor accompanied with a friendly smile.

"Thank God, I went around looking for Qia so I realized I had left home too long. I am very worried, because only this time Qia has gone far enough since he was sick," said Habibah who looks very worried about the state of Qia.

The two of them then asked for permission to visit Qia who was still lying weakly inside. While the Doctor said goodbye to continue his duties with the Youth who helped Qia.

The Doctor introduced the young man to Rizqy and Habibah as the man who saved their younger brother.

Rizqy and Habibah enter Qia's ward. They saw that Qia had opened her eyes.

"Qia what's going on? Why did he faint? Kak Bibah should accompany you for a walk instead of leaving you alone, forgive Kak Bibah," said Habibah sadly. There was a sense of anxiety and regret seen in those two beautiful eyes.

"Sir, Qia is fine. Just too eager to heal so do not realize the condition of the body has not really fit."

Qia was very happy both her sisters were very attentive to her safety. But on the other hand, he felt like a useless sister because it always made his two brothers worry about him. He really sucks and he doesn't like the way things are. There was a strong determination within the girl to be free from these evil shackles immediately.

Qia looked at her brother anxiously then shook her head in disbelief. He knew his brother was very busy, so he might help him immediately.
