New Workplace

Monday, 2000

I promised Koko at the first oplet terminal. Then Koko will pick me up on the bike because the office is not far from the terminal. We also immediately headed to the AC and Electronic Shop that Koko meant.

A quarter of an hour's drive, we reached our destination. We walked into the store after asking if the Boss was in his room, it turned out to be there. We went up to the 2nd floor of the Shophouse which is the Accounting room and my new boss.

When I got to the top, Koko pushed the transparent door in front of us and let me in. There were 3 girls in the room, 1 man in the next room separated by a partition and at the end of the room, there were 1 more room in which I saw a middle-aged man, maybe it's the boss. Sure enough, after a brief pleasantry with the girls, we also excused to go to the boss. I sat quietly in the front seat of the Boss' desk. Koko immediately introduced me as a friend who promised to work in place of the part of Receivables who would resign.

We talked quite casually but seriously, then the Boss told me the salary I would get during the 3-month training period, after that if I can work well then my salary will be automatically raised in the 4th month.

I also agree.

And worked right then and there.

Ani the name of the part of Receivables that I will be waiting for began to teach me the daily tasks that I must pay attention to. Besides taking care of Receivables in the morning, I also took care of stock of AC spare-parts and a refrigerator stored in a special warehouse beside the room of the man next to me who was only separated by a bulkhead.

A week I was taught, Ani was quite patient. When I asked him why he stopped, he just smiled and said he was bored. Looking for a new atmosphere. Understandably too. Because I have experienced something like this too. If it has stagnated, it is better to rest toh😄

New monday.

I am excited to start the day. Go to work with a happy heart. Today Ani has completely stopped working, automatically I will start all by myself.

And sure enough, right at 9 Opong went up to the office and I also explained anyone and the purpose of the bill today. Then after understanding Opong left.

I also continued my task of Input Taking goods at Warehouse Spare-part overnight. Because if it's noon, usually the technician is on the way up to take Spare-part to install AC or refrigerator repair. Because the store is open at 10, the morning order will usually start at 11 after the driver and technician pick up the equipment.

So I had enough time to put all the data into the computer.

Ah.titles are finally. At exactly 11 o'clock I heard the technician's shoes climbing up the stairs to our room. I also prepared to issue Proof of Collection of Goods, then they handed out a Work Warrant from AC Showroom and requested the necessary Spare-part. I then copied the request and gave back their SPK, walked to the warehouse, and showed them the items they had to carry. After that the technician signs the Spare-part Retrieval Proof, then they leave for the installation destination.

And so on, there are 3 teams that take turns going up to install AC or Refrigerator half daily. And if the 3rd team has departed, it's time for Day Break.

I rushed down and headed to the cafeteria next to our shop.

Busy but happy. Because I can do my job for half a day.
