"Allahuakbar, Allahuakbar ..."
The voice of the Adhan was so clearly heard in Arita's ears. Still with an uncollected consciousness, his forehead creased from feeling confused. But after that, the woman began to open her eyes as soon as she remembered her move.
"The dawn turned out to be," muttered the woman who was now starting to rise from her sleeping position. With a blanket that still covered half of her body, Arita sat down with a cross-legged position. His eyes narrowed, trying to stare at the clock near the closet.
His gaze turned to the side, where his little angel was still sound asleep. The peaceful face of the little one, had made it unbearable to wake the Baron from his sleep. However, he did not want the son not to carry out his duties, as a Muslim.
Arita had not yet awakened him, the boy began to squirm from his original position. The woman just silently watched, how adorable the behavior of her only son.
"Mother, why is the scene so loud? As usual," asked the boy in a hoarse-sounding voice. Still with his eyes closed, the boy faced to the side where his mother was.
"Baron don't want to wake up, son? It is time for dawn" asked the woman by gently rubbing the thick mane of the baby. As usual, only a spoiled whimper came out from the little lips of the big-nosed boy.
As if thinking hard, the two thick eyebrows belonging to the boy seemed to furrow. Silent for a while, making the sound of the Adhan more clearly visible. In the end, the boy opened his eyes wide and rose from his sleeping position.
"Loh ...our house is different anyway, Mom?" wonder the little one by scratching his temple because it feels confused. His disheveled hair, made Arita feel anxious to see him. Coupled with the face of his son's pillow, Arita brought Baron's body into his lap.
That innocent look seemed to demand an answer from him. Inevitably, Arita began to cleared her throat before giving an explanation to her son.
"Before, Baron had never heard of such a loud adhan. But, why now it feels like our house is close to the mosque. Did the mosque move to the side of the house, ma'am?"
"It wasn't the mosque that moved, honey. But ... The baron who moved house," he said with a soft gaze of round neutrality in front of him.
"Is the house close to the mosque, ma'am?" ask the little guy with eyebrows still fused. The little fingers again scratched the small temple, as if they were still digesting everything they had just seen this morning.
Seeing the nod of his head from his mother, made the Baron then sparkle happy. Unexpectedly, the boy immediately got out of Arita's lap and got off the bed. As if impatient, the tiny fingers tightly hold the index finger of the mother.
"Take the Baron to the bathroom, ma'am. Do not forget to prepare the scabbard as well" said the boy who looks very enthusiastic.
Without waiting any longer, the woman escorted the son to the bathroom next to the kitchen. After rolling up the sleeves and pants under the pajamas that the Baron wore, the woman gave the place to her son to go in holiness.
As for him, he headed back towards the room and opened a suitcase containing the clothes of the son. After picking up a plain black glove, the woman immediately approached the boy who had finished his wudhunya.
"The prayer is, right?" Arita crouched right in front of the son, then thrust a cloth that the Baron used to wear when praying.
"Already dong," Baron answered the mother's question with a thumbs up. Aided by his mother, the adorable boy put a glove to cover his pyjamas.
"Yeah, I'm taking you to the mosque ..."
