24. Mall

Days pass....

Ayu and Adi's home life went well. Ayu herself has started socializing with the neighbors near her home. He began to often visit each other and just chat with the mothers in the housing complex.

Meanwhile, Adi's first wife, Sarah, is trying to find a way for Adi to go home and improve their relationship.

Today, Sarah asks Adi to meet her to discuss their son's birthday party. The two met at a restaurant inside a mall.

Sarah and her only son Farel, have been waiting for Adi since.

After waiting for half an hour, Adi finally came. Still in her work clothes.

"Please know that we've both been waiting for Mas for a long time." Sarah said when she saw Adi coming.

Adi sat down in front of Sarah and drank the mineral water in front of Sarah.

"What are you, Mas? Once you have a mistress, you don't care about me and Farel. Is that actor more important than your son?" Reply Sarah.

"Start again." Mumbles Adi. "Now what do you want? Do you want me to take care of all Farel's birthday? Am I the one who has to prepare everything? Balloons, decorations, food, invitations, shows, do you want me to get ready?" Said Adi with a look of annoyance.

"Keep what?" Adi's getting upset. "For all this time, you will always leave everything to the services of competent people. Why are you suddenly asking me to meet and discuss all this?"

"B.....!" Sarah's cry made the people inside the restaurant stare at them.

The two fell silent after seeing the people starting to whisper staring at them.

"Sad...." Adi was mocking Sarah.

Sarah tried to hold back her emotions.

"Do you think I believe all that you say?" Adi looked at Sarah cynically. "Now tell me, where is Farel? Are you really waiting for me here? Or maybe, as usual, you left Farel's business to his Nanny. And you yourself sitting in this restaurant chatting with your socialite friends, talking about unimportant matters." Adi continued.

Sarah's face was shocked.

'How did Mas Adi know?' thought Sarah.

Adi did arrive late, but he had already sent someone to monitor Sarah and Farel's whereabouts at the mall where they had agreed to meet. And sure enough as Adi suspected, Sarah did come to the mall and wait inside the restaurant. But, he did not pay any attention to Farel who invited him to go to the playground to wait for Adi's arrival.

Sarah chooses to chat with her friends inside the restaurant when the child invites her.

"Shut up....!" Sarah shouted at Farel, as the boy took her to the children's play area. "You go with Nanny. Mama wants to wait for your Papa at the restaurant. Already, don't be spoiled. Just play, mom's busy." Sarah yelled while pushing Farel.

All of the scenes were clearly seen and heard by Adi's men and immediately reported them to Adi. That is why Adi chose to come late because in addition to his work that is still piling up, he is also lazy because he knows Sarah's behavior is still unchanged.

"Mas, I can explain everything." Said Sarah.

"Here Sarah is, I think you can change. Huh, but it turns out everything remains the same." Adi said standing up.

"Where are you going, man?" Sarah stood up.

"Nothing are we talking about anymore, are we? I'm going home. As always, you take care of everything. The nominal just send it to me." Adi walked out of the restaurant.
