. "Sa-honey.." - Noah glanced at Demira with cold sweat that began to flow at her temple.

"Dear dear. Eat it baby." Demira passed away turning her face violently and closed the door a little hard.

"Doctor's girlfriend?" Ask the nurse.

"D-yes." Answer Noah stiff.

"Ahahaha next time if you want to check me first look at the situation. If there's Demira, you shouldn't have brought a female nurse." Alvi unceasingly laughed mockingly at Noah. The nurse was so fascinated by Alvi's face that the level of good looks increased many times when laughing. Her eyes did not blink looking at Alvi. "You're really confident. But unfortunately, tomorrow you're still being treated here." Noah laughed back at Alvi's taunts.

"Doctor.please focus." The nurse's words made Noah stop laughing.

. Outside, Avril stroked Demira's back gently.

"Dem. calm yourself down. Inside there's Alvi too." Avril continued to calm Demira down.

"Avil. He's so close to Noah." Demira said still emotion.

"Yes close to Dem. They are partners." Cetus Reno chimed. Avril patted her forehead and closed her eyes while taking a deep breath. Reno just made the mood worse.

"You're too jealous of Dem." Aldi's words made Demira smile cynically.

"Too jealous? Do I have to say once again what lists of events you made when Avil was approached by the head of the osis, then by popular seniors at school, and by apprentice teachers, even by Baren. "Avil... don't you think Alvi would be tempted by that nurse?" Bagas suddenly disperse the reverie of Avril. Avril grew wide and got up from her seat and opened the door violently.

"Review you're Alvi." Avril said with annoyance. But immediately Avril fell silent with a face flushed with embarrassment. Why he was eating Bagas. "Ma-sorry.." said Avril who closed the door again.

Avril covered her face by cursing herself. Bagas stifled laughter for successfully judging Avril.

"You why Avil?" Demira asked who was still astonished.

"Bagas.." furious Avril who walked over to Bagas.

"Eh... what? Why are you mad at me?" Bagas walked backwards trying to avoid Avril. Avril was really embarrassed, thinking that Alvi was tempted by the nurse. But instead he saw Alvi who turned her face to the window as if he did not care about the whereabouts of Noah and the nurse nearby.

Amidst Avril and Bagas' romp, Noah comes out and is followed by the nurse behind him. Demira turned her face in another direction casually and pretended as if she had not seen Noah.

"You can find Alvi back." Noah said after telling the nurse to go back to the doctor's office.

"Yes, doctor." Answer everything in unison except Demira.

They re-enter Alvi's room but not Demira's. Noah who knew how Demira behaved when jealous, then sat beside Demira who was still turning her face to the other side.

"Hey.look at me." Noah said he wanted to confront Demira, but Demira refused to face Noah.

"Honey.." call Noah softly.

"You still angry? I'm sorry, but this is the schedule."

"What to do with that beautiful nurse?"

"Who should you be with? Nurse here is pretty." Noah closed his mouth with his hand after uttering the word.

"That's right, you've always had a charm on all the nurses here." Demira turned to Noah half-shouting.

"Don't be loud. It's a hospital. Not your house."

"That's it. If you're not serious with me, you better tell me now." Demira turned her face back. But his gaze was now turning lethargic.

"That's it. If you don't believe my feelings, from now on I'll stop being a doctor. I'll be a builder only. Let my coworkers be all men." Demira turned around and looked silly at Noah.

"It's not like that either." Demira sighed heavily.

"Then what was it like?"

"Yes. It'sit's okay. You just go back to work." Demira threw her smile even though Noah knew Demira was not smiling right now.

"All right, forgive me." Noah walked away from Demira.

"I'm sorry I don't understand how you feel. I'm sorry I'm not the one you love completely. From the beginning we just let each other feel." Noah muttered increasingly hesitant to step up. Noah turned around and still saw Demira who was sitting by turning her face to another direction like that.

"But in fact I really love you now. I can't get away from you, I don't even want you to go now. How do I prevent you from returning to London? I can't catch up with you because of my responsibilities here." Noah again walked up to Demira and stood right in front of Demira.

"Don't go. Please don't go. Maybe that word is what's on my mind now Dem. But I can't prevent you from returning to London today. I want to be by your side at all times. I love you Demira. I don't care about your family's blessing, which I obviously don't want to part with you." Noah hugged Demira with his eyes closed.

"Noah.." said Demira.

"Stay here first. Until I'm really ready you leave."

"Noah. I'm having a hard time breathing." Demira hits Noah's shoulder harder and harder until Noah takes off his arms.

"Noah I..." Demira did not continue her words. "It doesn't matter." Then he threw his smile back.

"Tell me. Don't keep going like this. Because not everyone understands what you're hiding by gesturing or by being silent. I don't understand Dem. Just tell me what you want to say."

"I also don't want to go Noah.." broke out Demira's tears that turned first to embrace Noah.

"I don't want to be away from you, from Avil, from everything. I'm happy here." His words were again interrupted by his sobs.

"Already.. finish your college first. After that you can decide to stay here or stay abroad." Noah said calmly.

"Who are you? Dare to rule Demira's life?" Demira withdrew from Noah's embrace when she heard the owner of the voice sounding so cold. Demira turned her head and looked at the face of the older brother who was looking at her sharply.

"Why do you always show up all of a sudden? Are you a human or a ghost?"

"What do you think I am?" Damian asked, drawing his face closer to Demira.

"Your face is scary shit." Demira pushed Damian's face hard.

"Did anyone visit Alvi?" Ask Damian again.

"Much." Answer Demira.

"Huh many?" Damian frowned not understanding.

"His children are visiting." Timpal Noah pointed at the door with a glint of his eyes.

"Kids? When did Avril give birth?" Damian asked innocently with an incredulous face. Damian opened the door and was surprised because there were many children who visited Alvi at this time. Damian stared sillyly at every troublemaker's face in the room. Moreover, Avril was sitting in bed with Alvi.

"Truly troublemaking kids." Cetus Damian's. Avril looked frightened and ran towards Bagas.

"Why?" Bagas asked in astonishment as Avril suddenly ran behind him.

"Hey sister... Why are you so afraid to see me? Am I like a ghost?" Damian walked up to Avril.

"So much scarier than a ghost." Avril squeezed even more behind Bagas.

"You talk like that many times. You don't understand my feelings?" Hearing that question Avril just shuddered amusedly and then ran again avoiding Damian who continued to chase after him. Reno swiftly blocked Damian's path and let Avril take cover behind Aldi. His hand unconsciously held onto Aldi's shoulder with his head slightly leaning. Aldi turned his head slowly at Avril with a nervous feeling.

"Why my heart still can't control when with Avil. No-no. I can't let my feelings for Avil return. I should be able to lose his name. I don't want to hurt Syifa anymore. After all, now Avril is happy with Alvi. If I go back to loving her, it'll be a waste." Aldi muttered, his face restrained so as not to be misbehaved and nervous.

Alvi realizes Aldi's discomfort is being close to Avril. Alvi just stared flatly at Avril who looked no longer awkward with Aldi. But what they do not know, now Avril is holding back from showing her increasingly unreasonable feelings. His heart beat hard until Aldi himself realized that Avril was just as nervous.

Slowly Avril distanced herself from Aldi and turned to Alvi who did not change her facial expression.

Alvi's forehead was wrinkled as it held a throbbing in some of his wounds. Avril walked over to Alvi and grabbed her bandaged hand.

"It hurts?" Ask Avril who doesn't pay attention to Damian.

"Sister.you ignored me." Shouted Damian who approached him.

"Dami... are you going to stay here?" Alvi's question ignored Avril's question. Damian fell silent and only sighed for a moment.

"The company in London already has om Hendar who regulates. So why are you back there?" Alvi slightly showed her desperate face.

"Sorry Al. This afternoon, Demi and I are going back to London. My job here is done." Say Damian flatly.

"But Aldi needs you Dam..." Damian frowned then turned to Aldi behind him. Aldi just fell silent not to answer, even he did not understand the intent of Alvi.

"Aldi?" Damian looked back at Alvi.

"I need you, Dami, you're the only family I have. You guys leave me here alone? Have you ever thought of accompanying me, any one of you. I want to be like everyone else who lives with his family. I appreciate om and aunt who have to go out of the country because it is the part that om Hendar received there. But should you and Demi leave me too?" "Have Dam. Leave me alone. I'm used to living alone. Sorry for hoping for nothing. Give my regards to om and aunt." Alvi then lay down and closed her eyes. All became awkward until Bagas invited Reno and the others to entertain Alvi.

"You guys just get out. I want to sleep." Said Alvi stopping the steps of Bagas who was about to approach him.

"Al.." said Avril. Alvi opened her eyes then looked at Avril who looked worried to her.

"Don't you want me to heal?" Tanya Alvi who responded to the nod by Avril.

"Noah says I have to rest a lot to get well quickly. So I hope you understand." Alvi then threw a smile at Avril.

"But...."

"Avril. Go home. I must be worried about you, and Galih must be scolding me if you stay here too long."

"I want to be here." Said Avril in a soft tone.

"Ren.. Please take Avril home. You don't mind, do you?" Alvi asked, looking at Reno.

"Oh... okay.. Are you sure it's okay if we leave? Ray's still working, right?" Tanya Reno who hesitates leaves Alvi alone. Damian didn't know what to say anymore, because even talking would be useless. Alvi must be mad at him.

One by one Avril's friends left the room, leaving only Avril and Reno.

"Come on Avil." take Reno in doubt.

"I want to be here in a minute, Ren." Avril's words made Reno understand and was forced to leave Avril who was still silent in her place.

"Why are you so stubborn? I told you to go home. You're not following?"

"Did you also leave when I was in an accident? Didn't you keep me company even though you're busy. You picked me up when I got out of the hospital, said that dad told you to. And I also know you asked me to pick me up, right?"

"So?" Alvi's plain question made Avril sigh in annoyance.

"So don't tell me to go home. I want to accompany you here." Whine Avril with a little hard. Avril clasped Alvi's hand and placed her forehead.

"Don't tell me to go. I want to be with you." Avril said concluding a smile on Alvi's face.
