. Reno looks more silent today.

"Ren... Are you okay? I noticed, you've been looking more and more like Alvi. It's cold."

"I.." couldn't go on, his cell phone ringing. He wondered why Syifa had called him.

"What's wrong?" Ask Reno.

"Why don't you tell me the truth?" The question was asked without any further ado.

"What do you mean?" Reno was astonished.

"Why did you tell Aldi that-"

"If I said that we were just pretending, he'd think that we'd been playing with his feelings."

"I don't understand your purpose Ren."

"You don't worry. My goal has been achieved. My only goal is to reunite you."

"But why?"

"That's it. You yourself already know with Aldi's true feelings for you. So what's the matter for, right?"

"Yes.you're right." Syifa disconnected her phone call and Reno re-engaged her face while putting the phone on the table.

"You like Syifa?" Tanya Bagas grabbed the coffee in front of her.

"Bagas.." growled Reno.

"really right? I'm just asking if you like it or not. Didn't ask why you were close to her?" Reno turned her face rough without answering what Bagas was asking.

"Mama? I-i..."

"Syifa accompanied my aunt.because mom and dad came home first." Reply Aldi who just arrived and brought some food and drinks.

"How's your brother?" Ask mama Syifa.

"It's getting worse." Aldi lowered his head and tried to smile despite the force. At least that makes him look strong.

Noah and several other doctors came out of the room.

"Aldi. If not immediately in surgery, then your brother...." Noah hung his words.

"Did you agree?" Ask Aldi who has resigned to the situation. Even in her heart, she wanted her brother to change his mind and survive.

"Unfortunately not." Lirih Noah's.

"Doctor Noah..." Noah nodded as the other doctor patted him on the shoulder and left with several nurses.

"I want to ask you again as his family. Do you agree with Amel on the operation?"

"Let me ask again. And I'll make it her last question, whatever the answer is this time I'll take it."

"alright please. But don't bully him." Noah's words gave way to Aldi.

"You think I'm crazy?" Tanya Aldi opened the door.

"Sister. In the operation! I beg! I'm not ready if there's no brother." Again Aldi could not hold back his tears in front of his helpless brother. And again Amel shook his head and tried to smile.

"Sister's death is near. You can feel it." Answer Amel.

"Did you leave me?"

"Sister didn't leave you. It's just that big brother came home first, and big brother must be waiting for you. But don't hurry to catch up with brother. You have to make your mom and dad happy first."

"Stop talking brother. I don't want to hear it." Aldi sobbing getting louder.

"Since when have you been a crybaby?"

"Who do you think I'm like this for?"

"I want to meet Alvi and Avril." Aldi did not respond and continued to bow beside Amel.

"Already...why are you crying like that? I'm so embarrassed to have a whiny sister like you." Said Amel patting Aldi's head slowly.

"I'm more embarrassed to have a stubborn sister like you."

. In the afternoon, Alvi pulls over her car at the hospital with Avril.

"You want to see Amel's brother?" Avril asked before Alvi got out of the car.

"The aldi asked." Avril frowned at the answer.

. The two walked down the corridor, and stopped right in front of the lowered Aldi. Aldi looked up at Avril who was staring at him.

Aldi looked down again not wanting to show his pitiful face.

Alvi who returned to cold mode immediately entered the room by pulling Avril's hand. Avril was surprised to find Amel's condition very severe.

"Avil.." - As Amel realized Avril's existence.

"Sister." Avril grabbed Amel's cold hand.

"How are you?" Ask Amel.

"Sister..."

"Don't put on a face like that. I'm fine."

"Noah.." said Alvi as if knowing that Noah would be there now.

"What?"

"Do something to make it heal." Firmly Alvi without turning his eyes away from Amel.

"Sorry." That's all that came out of Noah's mouth.

"What does that mean, huh?" Alvi grabbed Noah's coat collar violently.

"He's the one I don't want to handle." Noah was no less emotional.

"Huh?"

Aldi followed and grabbed Amel's hand as if he had no regard for their existence.

"What do you want to say?" Ask Aldi straight to the point. Avril turned her head and looked at Amel.

"Avil.I'm sorry I've loved your fiancee for so long. And almost took it from you. But believe! Alvi loves you very much." Amel smiled.

"Alvy.thank you for letting me love you in peace. And I hope that when I leave, you won't cry. But there's no way you're gonna cry for me either." Amel laughed a little.

"Aldi.. Don't cry in front of Avril."

"I told you not to talk anymore." Aldi closed his eyes with clenched hands.

Alvi then approached Aldi, and pushed him slightly back.

"I want to see your marriage to Avril. But unfortunately I can't." Amel again threw a smile.

"I never told you to love me, but did I ever tell you to leave me? You're my precious friend Amel, you're the one who's trying to be there for me. That's why I keep my distance from you. I don't want if we make more friends, we'll fight and not be friends anymore. Why don't you understand Amel?" Amel gasped to see tears coming out of Alvi's eyelids.

"You're crying for me?" Amel's eyes are now a little sparkling.

"Which friend wouldn't cry seeing his friend's condition like this? You think I'm happy? You're really stubborn. When you should know you have the deadly disease, you're asking to be cured. Not even want to get engaged to me. You're a real fool." Decih Alvi could not resist the swift tears that came out.

Avril and the others, thought those words sounded cruel. But for Amel, it's a sense of concern that only some people realize.

'Cup' Alvi gently kissed Amel's closed forehead.

"If you want to leave me, go to another country. Not to another world." Said Alvi stroking Amel's hair and then came back to Avril who was smiling towards him beside Noah.

"Don't misunderstand." He shrieked while hugging Avril and was responded to by a nod by Avril.

Amel smiled and no longer opened his eyes.

All was suddenly lethargic when the ECG screen displayed a straight line with an ear-piercing sound.

Aldi sat down with a blank look. Noah was busy turning over all the tools installed in Amel's body, fearing if there were errors and damage to the tool.

"you guys get out first." With heavy steps, the three came out and Noah seemed not to know what to do after calling the other medical team to follow there.

Before long, several medical teams ran into the room.

"It's all because of you. If only you hadn't been present in Alvi's life, maybe my daughter wouldn't have ended up like this." Adam said as if piercing the heart of Avril who is now crying in the arms of Alvi.

"Dad! Why do you blame Avil?" Aldi couldn't help but yell.

Aldi hugged my mother with tears growing.

Syifa and her new family were surprised by the scene in front of her.

And more surprised to see the doctors came out with Amel who was lifeless.

The cry of Syifa broke out and approached Amel's body. Remember every time the meeting is considered fun, although not as often as before. Amel thought of him as his own brother.

Aldi grabbed Syifa who looked even sadder.

"Aldi. Amel's brother." he said as Aldi tightly embraced him. Aldi can't say anything. Let alone strengthening others, strengthening himself, Aldi needs comfort from others.

Mama Dewi approached Avril and hugged her.

"Don't leave mom." That word sounds more painful now. Remembering Avril who lost her mother, and now the Goddess who lost her daughter.

"You want to be Mama's son?" Lirih Maya later.

. At the funeral, all family members and relatives attended, including the Damian family.

Damian was still bowing by touching Amel's tombstone.

"Sister.." shrewdly Demira grabbed Damian's shoulder. Damian just turned his head slowly and looked his helpless face.

"Let's go home." Demira again persuades Damian who ignores her.

Alvi turned her head and looked at Avril like giving a code that Avril should persuade Damian. Avril slowly approached Damian and grabbed the shoulder next to her.

"Come brother." Avril.

"You know how big brother feels?" Avril just looked down.

"Wasn't Mama Lidya gone, you couldn't go home either, could you?" Avril fell silent as she recalled those dark moments.

"I was there at the time. Persuade you, accompany you, and at that time I only knew that you were too much when dissolved in sadness. And now I experience it. So, don't force me to get out of here." Avril trembled at Damian's words. Damian himself felt that Avril suddenly went down because of his words. Instantly he realized, that Avril was trying to be strong by strengthening herself. Damian grabbed Avril and Demira's hands on his shoulders.

And the two sisters hugged Damian sobbing.

"Can I cry?" Damian asked who was responded to by nod by his two younger siblings. And at that very moment, Damian sobbed in tears beside the final resting of the girl he had long loved.

Mama Dewi turned her face away, and did not want to show her sadness in front of others. Adam patted the Goddess's back slowly.

"I'm with you." And at that moment, Maya's cries broke again.

"My daughter.." - Goddess.

. When all had left the funeral, Avril was still there and stared fixedly at the tombstone named the girl he had considered her brother.

"I still feel guilty." Avril turned her head to Alvi who was standing beside her.

"Nobody's guilty here. Everything is destined, to regret it will mean nothing." Avril moves on and precedes Alvi.

"Since when have you been wise?" Alvi was stunned to hear the question. Was he really unwise all this time?

Alvi just smiled in response, seeing Avril smiling for now alone made Alvi's heart relieved.

But there seemed to be something more to lose than him, namely Demira who was incessantly crying even though Noah had tried to comfort and calm her.

How not, in this city, or abroad though, Amel always took the time to accompany Demira when her family was busy.

Amel seems to be his older sister, and that is also the reason why Damian likes Amel.

However painful for Damian, Amel stubbornly loves Alvi until the end of his life. It turns out that it is true, the word that Amel said to Alvi first, is now proven. And Alvi once asserted that if humans only think about feelings, it will not have an end.

But now, even his feelings for Avril did not know where the end was. Even to death, the feeling will remain and lead each other to be reunited.

"I will always be waiting for you. Here, and in the world after" the word made Alvi frown. Why did all the words Amel spoke suddenly come back. Though Alvi considers it unimportant and just an ordinary expression of feelings. But after the departure of Amel, the word seemed to be a thing that means true love.
