. Avril looked up and looked at Galih.

"Is Alvi really sick?" Avril asked annoyed.

"Didn't you care about her anymore?" Instantly his heart stopped beating looking at Galih who was so cold.

"Then? Why do you care about him?"

"he's my business partner. I can't just let it go." Answer Galih still in a cold tone.

Avril turned her face away.

"And you? The girl he loved, didn't even know she was helpless. But, you might be at ease because Alvi will soon be dead."

Avril looked increasingly upset. Avril moved and walked out. Then stop by the door.

"I don't know Alvi's house." Sluggishly.

Galih took a deep breath, and walked up to him.

"I'll take you. You want to meet for the last time, don't you?" Avril simply turned her face away. Then Galih pulled Avril's hand into the car.

On the way, Galih glanced at Avril who was leaning on the windshield of the car. Seen Avril so anxious after knowing the news Alvi.

"Did he believe my words? Believe it or not, but this way managed to get Avril back on Alvi." Gumam Galih who focuses on driving.

. Galih pulled his car over at Alvi's yard. Galih immediately went down and invited Avril to come in.

Avril felt nervous as she entered Alvi's house. Every servant who met him bowed his head politely.

Galih opens the door to Alvi's room and tells Avril to come in and see firsthand how Alvi is doing.

"I'll wait for you downstairs." Galih said passed back to the living room.

Avril walked slowly over to Alvi who was lying with an infusion attached to her hand.

His face was completely pale. Avril sat next to Alvi's bed.

"Alvi.." she says. How surprised when Avril heard his name continues to mutter Alvi nonstop.

"Alvi. Its me. Avril" Avril said in a panic. However Alvi did not open her eyes, and continued muttering calling Avril.

"Alvi I'm here." said Avril and grabbed Alvi's hand.

Avril grew increasingly panicked and switched to sitting on the edge of the mattress beside Alvi.

"I'm sorry Alvi. You took care of me when I was in the hospital, but now you're like this I don't know." Avril sobbed again and hugged Alvi.

"Don't go. My mother left me. I don't want to lose my loved ones again. And I'll accept your proposal if you wake up." Avril sat back down and looked at Alvi who was still closing her eyes.

A middle-aged woman was standing by the door that opened. Noah patted Bu Rumi's shoulder.

"Why mom?" Bu Rumi simply shook his head and smiled then looked back at Avril who was still unaware of her presence.

Avril continued to cry holding Alvi's hand.

Noah walked over to Avril. Bu Rumi was still standing on the spot and had no intention of approaching them.

"Avril.." call Noah. Avril turned her head and slightly frowned.

"You're Noah?"

"Yes. Its me. Don't you recognize me?" Noah asked in wonder. Avril glanced at the clothes Noah was wearing.

"Are you surprised that I only wear t-shirts?" Avril nodded in response.

"Yes.. Because this does not include working hours, not wearing any snelli is okay." Her speech.

Avril then lowered her head to grab Noah's hand.

"Whatever it takes, please heal Alvi." Avril said on her sobs. Noah looked at Avril.

"Do you love her?" Avril looked up and remembered her brother saying that this could be the last time Avril saw Alvi's face.

Noah sat down in front of Avril and let go of Avril's grasp.

"I won't forgive you if you go Alvi." Avril hugged tighter and tighter. Alvi just smiled, but because of her heavy eyes, Alvi again closed her eyes. Noticing Alvi who was speechless, Avril took off a hug and patted Alvi on the cheek.

"Alvy? Are you asleep?" But Alvi is getting weaker.

"Alvy. Don't scare me. I've accepted you. You should have lived, Alvi.." Why didn't Avril stop crying this time.

Alvi patted Avril's head without opening her eyes.

"I'm alive, baby..." Avril patted Alvi's chest making Alvi open one of her eyes.

Avril walked down the stairs while conversing with Rumi's mother.

Avril stared at the end of the mattress staring at the two.

Alvi glared then looked at Avril.

"Food is ready, sir." Dina looked polite.

"All right." Alvi moved and pulled Avril's hand.

"Ehhhh what are you doing?" Ask Avril. But Alvi ignored the question.

"You didn't bring me? I'm hungry too." Noah follows Alvi who does not let go of Avril's hand.

"Don't interrupt. I'd like to eat alone with Avril." Alvi said past Dina who was still lowered. Noah glanced at Dina who was staring blankly, but still walked after Alvi.

. Arriving at the dining table, Avril hesitated to sit down.

"Miss not to be confused." Said Mrs Rumi. Avril simply smiled and sat down near Alvi.

"Mom not eating?" Avril asked, looking at Rumi.

"No miss." Answer smiled. Then all the servants left the dining room.

"Emmm Alvi. Which one is that?" Avril asked without looking at Alvi. Alvi choked on hearing Avril's question. Avril quickly gave Alvi a glass of water.

"Hey. come on. Don't be romantic in front of me." Noah said.

"Who's the doctor's romantic scene?" Avril glanced sharply at Noah.

"You guys" Noah replied.

"Why are you suddenly asking Dina?" Alvi asked staring coldly at Avril.

"I-I just want to know..."

Dina came back with a glass of guava juice Alvi requested.

"It's Dina." Avril looked at Dina, and accidentally spilled the juice in her hand on the Avril dress.

"What are you doing Dina?" Alvi said with an angry tone.
