. Avril was silent to the question.

"Baren and I have been friends since Alvi's childhood." said Avril.

"Then what do you think?" Ask Alvi in a high tone. Why was his attitude suddenly frightening? Inner Avril continued to wonder.

"You're always jealous when I'm close to another girl. But you casually without thinking about my feelings, at any time close to them. I appreciate Avril. but do you also value me as your future husband? Don't you think I exist?" Alvi asked who was now focused only on the streets as if reluctant to turn to Avril by her side.

"Sorry.." wry Avril looked down helplessly if she had to look at Alvi's scary face. Alvi rubbed his face rough, and did not want his anger he vented on Avril.

"I'm the one who apologized to Avril." He still spoke with a loud tone.

"Ma. sorry.." said Alvi again sounding annoyed.

"You're still angry." Avril lowered her head to grip the strap of her sling bag.

"No Avril." His jerks made Avril flinch.

"Sorry.." - Avril's lyrics, but they sound like whining.

Several times Alvi pinched her forehead violently like she was frustrated, or lost direction.

"I'm the one driving." Said Avril about to grab Alvi's hand.

"What's wrong Avril..."

"Just me..."

"I said no." Again Alvi yelled at Avril which made Avril shriek in fear.

"Sorry Avril, but don't provoke my frustration."

"Who is fishing? You're the grumpy yourself." Avril muttered her face.

"You angry?" Alvi asked turned to Avril.

"No."

"Lied." Avril did not answer again.

"Can? You mad?" Alvi's question was serious but sounded mocking.

"I said no." Now it's Avril's turn to be upset. Alvi silenced hearing Avril who replied in a high tone.

The two remained silent until the car stopped in the parking lot. But Avril was astonished, why was it that only she came out alone? Alvi glanced to hold her smile because it was clear that Avril's face was curious.

Avril passed without looking back at Alvi's car.

"What would happen if I really lost you?" Alvi softly sighed heavily.

The ringing of his phone reads Ray's name there.

"What Ray?"

"Sir. there was a sudden meeting on the part of the company P. And Mr. Adam asked the master to attend." Ray said without further ado.

"I don't have a contract with him Ray."

"Maybe we'll talk about it, sir."

"All right, I'll go to the meeting room later."

"Later?"

"Yes later. Now I want to be alone first."

"Is your father sick?"

"My heart hurts Ray..."

"Hungs? Did you contact Noah? Or I'll call the doctor for you."

Suppose he met with Joseph or Ray. Avril heaved a heavy sigh making the atmosphere even more unreasonable.

"Why are you?" Ask one of the men.

"Nope-no. My mood is bad." Avril replied smiling clumsily.

"Your face is beautiful. You must not be an indiscriminate person." Say to other employees. His words made Avril even more annoyed. But forcedly, Avril threw a smile so as not to offend the person.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Ask again with a little closer. Avril shifted with the intention of staying away from him.

"Hey stop. Don't seduce an intern, you could be considered harassment." Reprimand the female employee who is now protecting Avril.

"I just want to get acquainted."

"From your words and tone, you don't want to just get acquainted."

"Why be taken seriously? Isn't that sweet lady?" Avril only fell silent without looking back, or glancing at him.

"Wahhh you're arrogant as well it turns out! Can I ask you?" Avril now dared to look at her with a flat face.

"How much are you worth last night?" Avril's clenched hand held back so that her anger would not overflow.

"Don't respond. Pretend you don't hear it." Whispers of female employees, and was responded to a nod by Avril.

When the elevator rang, Avril was about to get ahead of the disrespectful person. But he lost quickly, the man confronted Avril by not caring about the people around.

"Alvi..." lirih Avril hoped Alvi was suddenly there.

"You call someone? Who?" He dared to grab Avril's hand.

"Please let go of my hand, sir." Avril firmly ventured.

"You're pretty polite sweet boy." He smiled cynically.

"Take him off. You want to be called in chief for harassment?" Again the man did not hear his friend's reprimand.

"It's said to be harassment if this girl refuses right? But you see, he's so calm."

"really? But you better keep your hands off her. That's if you don't want to get in trouble." Roby's voice surprised them. Roby glanced at Avril who was flat looking at him. In Roby's eyes, Avril's gaze was now as cold as Alvi's.

"I'm his new friend, Mr. Roby."

"And I'm his superior. I don't like it when my subordinates are bullied by you."

"Well, you're getting bigger Mr. Roby's head. Not because you were directly trusted by Mr. Alvi to be responsible for the stability of the company when you are not there, you become arrogant like that."

"I said keep your hands off her." Roby's voice is rising. The employee, known as Feri, released Avril's hand.

Avril with her expressionless face just passed by Roby.

"This is your last warning. Don't ever bother Avril again. If not, you're dealing with me."

Feri felt challenged to approach the beautiful girl named Avril.

"So his name is Avril?"

"And I hope you're polite enough in front of him."

"He who? Just an intern."

"He who? As long as she's a girl, you should be able to appreciate her." Feri smiles cynically and is shocked as the female employee beside him claps for Roby.

"I support you sir." Then the female employee passed by leaving them.

"Good morning sir." Greet them simultaneously.

"Robys. I just wanted to ask you how it is."

"Mrs is fine sir. But there are some insects that I have to exterminate sir." Roby answered with a still down.

"Don't make trouble if you don't want to be like Devia."

"Understand sir."

Joseph entered the elevator again. Not yet had time to advise Feri, Roby again lowered his head with a tense face when he found Alvi walking towards him.

"Call her. I have business." Alvi said stop right near Feri.

"Understand sir." Roby replied then passed to the staff room and before long, returned with Avril behind her.

Feri frowned wondering who exactly the girl was.

"Follow into my room." Alvi said with a flat expression.

"I have a job. Doesn't work start soon?" Avril was no less flat looking at Alvi.

"I'm waiting in my room right now, if you don't come don't blame me if you're sorry." Alvi turned around and passed away leaving a question in Avril's mind. Whatdoes thatmean? Why should Avril regret it?

"What's wrong. There's still time to finish your report." Roby said softly as he turned to Avril.

"Ck. Just let me in this room." Avril answered slowly.

"It seems like there's something you want to talk to the lady about." Said Roby again with an increasingly worried face. With a forced and lethargic step, Avril caught up with Alvi who was still standing right in front of the elevator door.

Alvi pulled out Avril's phone and thrust it right in Avril's face. Avril glared with sparkling eyes.

When Avril was about to seize it, Alvi raised her hand until Avril jumped up and down unable to reach her phone.

"Return! That's mine." Whiney Avril

"Is that how you ask for your goods to be returned?"

"Alvi..." pampered Avril as if he did not care for any employees who watched them and left questions for Feri.

"Request the right way!" Avril then fell silent and only let out a long sigh, then threw her smile wide.

"Mr Alvian Revano, father-in-law of Andre Darmawan. I am Avril Vania, the future daughter-in-law of Maya's mother, asking for Mr. Alvian's mercy to give me my cell phone immediately."

"Your smile is scary." Said Alvi who was reluctant to laugh even though Avril was so adorable. His face now looked as if it was enduring the sadness with furrowed brows and eyes that were so withered.

Avril looked more intently into Alvi's eyes.

"You sad?" Ask Avril worried.

Alvi lowered her hand and preceded entering the newly opened elevator. Avril followed him from behind and continued to pay attention to Alvi's flat but not cold demeanor.

When the elevator door closed, Alvi stared fixedly at Avril and avenged similarly by Avril with a thousand questions.

Alvi slowly carried Avril in her arms.

"I'm sorry. Don't be mad." Lirih Alvis.

"What's wrong. I get it."

"Don't leave me."

"When did I leave you?"

"But you've always kept me quiet. And it hurts so much you know?"

"That's because you started."

"And for that too, forgive me." Avril simply smiled without answering.

Until the elevator doors are open, Alvi refuses to release Avril from her arms. Because Alvi already knew that on the top floor, there were rarely people passing by.

"You don't want to let me go, sir?" Avril looked up by trying to escape from Alvi.

Alvi releases Avril and exits the elevator, but after that, Alvi hugs Avril again from the side and the two go hand in hand.

Alvi closed her eyes by leaning her head on Avril's head.

"You're going, right?" Avril asked when she realized Alvi's different attitude. If you just miss or are just pampered, it may not have to be now. Alvi really appreciate their busy time.

"Know where? Ray told you?" Alvi asked without answering Avril's question.

"Oh..." Avril turned her face away from contact with Alvi.

"Don't get mad."

"I'm not angry Alvi. I'm just worried." Avril stopped and looked at Alvi with implied meaning.

"How long?" Avril asked forcing her smile.

"About 1 month. That's if it's on schedule."

"What should be 1 month?"

"After S, I have to go to London and meet my uncle. I haven't had a chance to talk to them yet."

"alright, but take care of yourself. Your heart too." Lirih Avril.

"Don't be sad, or I'll be less willing to leave you."

"I'm fine Alvi. I don't want to be selfish for demanding priority from you. You have your own world, and I will always believe in you." Alvi smiled at what Avril said.

"Is this the reason why he was suddenly possessive?" Avril muttered smiling and lowered her head.

"Why smile?" Alvi was curious, because Avril should have whined spoiled at him so as not to leave, but this was the opposite.

"You don't intend to cheat, do you?" Avril initially frowned, but then laughed out loud.

"What a beautiful thought, sir. Never mind cheating, wanting to straighten your brain I'm almost crazy."

"So you're saying that my brain isn't straight?"

"No. I didn't say. Didn't you say that at the time? You said your brain had a problem."

"You think my brain has a problem thinking about who?"

"Where do I know.." delik Avril stepped towards the elevator.

"Where are you going?" Alvi's question made Avril stop and turn back to Alvi.

"I want to work."

"Guide me for a minute." Rengek Alvi with a spoiled tone.

"You're leaving, right?"

Alvi just stared hopefully at Avril who now came back to him. Avril kissed Alvi's lips and hugged her.

"Have you? Can I go back to work? If it's been too long here, I'm not sure I'm gonna let you go, Alvi." Said Avril with an increasingly faint gaze.

"Well, I have a meeting, I can't take you back there." Avril shook her head with a flung smile reassuring Alvi that she had no problem with it.

"What's wrong. I've memorized the path." Alvi chuckled at Avril's joke.

When Avril was about to leave him, Alvi again called and lazily Avril approached him.

"What else?" Avril asked when she was in front of Alvi.

"Your phone." Avril patted her forehead with a small laugh while taking it from Alvi's hand.

'Alvi's 'Cup' warmly kissed Avril's forehead which suddenly fell silent.

"Take care of your heart. If there's something bothering you, wait for me to come home and get it done. I don't want distance to make us suspect each other." Avril nodded then stepped back away from Alvi.

Alvi stared lethargicly at Avril who was swallowed by the closed elevator door.

Then Alvi enters the room, and is surprised to find Baren sitting sweetly on the sofa.

"What are you guys doing?" Tanya Alvi scrunched her forehead.

"Didn't you say. I need to talk to you directly." Reno replied casually.

"I'm busy."

"Can I help you?"

"No thanks."

"My heart doesn't calm when I see Adam here." Reno stopped Alvi's steps.
