. "It turns out you're busy flirting with your patients, doctor?" Alvi walked over and sat down next to Avril.

"I just checked it." Noah sniffed in annoyance.

"Hey cheat you fucking doctor. You just ran away." Shouted Alvi. Then looked at Avril and Galih alternately.

Amidst the commotion, someone opened the door and entered with something in his hand.

Galih turned around followed Nadia from behind who smiled at Alvi before completely passing away leaving the room.

"What's? Galih is really going to go? Is he seriously going to leave me and Alvi here? And what the fuck is he? A blanket? Does he think this is a hotel?" Avril muttered her head.

"I'll excuse you, sir." Ray said very politely.

"Alright" Alvi picked up the pouch Ray was carrying.

"Ahh Ray's. No need to work tomorrow. Rest up. I'm giving you a day off for a few days. I know you're tired." Alvi's words made Ray turn around and smile in response to Alvi.

"All right, sir." Then Ray passed by from behind the door.

Avril put her body back on the bed. Alvi sat down and took off her suit. Then lay down his body, and occasionally check his phone.

Alvi turned to Avril who had been staring at him.

"What's? Is there something on my face? Or are you fascinated by my good looks?"

"Dhhh...." Avril glared at the twisting of her eyeballs.

"Then? Why are you looking at me like that?" Avril did not answer Alvi's question. Avril closed her eyes, sighing deeply several times.

"Have a sleep so you can recover quickly." Alvi was back on the sofa.

Avril stared at the roof intently.

"Will Aldi hate me after this? Shit... What kind of coincidence is this?" Avril forcefully closed her eyes, and fell asleep in her sleep.

Alvi clenched her hands, then rubbed and slapped her own cheeks.

"Sadar Alvi's... Avril deserves to be happy with her choice. Don't force your ego to have Avril." Mumbled Alvi while continuing to rub the rough hair.

"I can't blame Aldi for this either. At first they were together." Alvi let out a long sigh then turned to Avril who was asleep.

His gaze had not changed since the first time Alvi saw him. The look of affection and wanting to make Avril happy.

Early in the morning, Avril opened her eyes, a ray of sunshine emanating from the window beside her. Turn open the curtains, and sit on the edge of the bed.

"Did you cry last night?" Avril nodded then hugged Galih tightly and went back sobbing.

"Aldi's here, but I call him Alvi." Lirih Avril interrupted his sobs.

"Then she left?" Avril nodded back. Galih took a long breath.

"I don't know the situation, but I can understand." Galih gently rubbed Avril's head in her arms. His affection for his sister was truly beyond doubt.

Alvi opened her eyes, finding Avril who was hugging a man. His sight was still a little blurry.

"The aldi..." Alvi's words made the brothers turn their heads.

"Away awake?" Ask Galih. But Alvi kept narrowing her eyes and making sure that the man was really Aldi. But when it was clearly visible, Alvi let out a sigh of relief and rubbed her chest.

A doctor and nurse came in and went back to check on Avril.

The nurse slowly released Avril's infusion. Avril closed her one eye holding in an ache. The nurse smiled as she cleaned up some of her medical equipment.

When the nurse left the room, Noah was still inside and talking to Galih.

Alvi first brought the goods to the car. And met Aldi there.

"Alvi.." call Aldi.

"You're picking up Avril?" Tanya Alvi approached.

"No. I just want to make sure." Answer Aldi.

For a moment both were silent.

"Do you love Avril so much?" Both asked simultaneously.

"Of course." Reply at the same time.

The two stared at each other.

"What about your fiancee?" Tanya Alvi turned her gaze away.

"And you? What about my brother?" Ask Aldi.

"I'm not in a relationship with your brother." Alvi replied firmly.

"alright. It's obvious my brother is expecting more from you." Said Aldi leaning his body on the car.

"Why did you accept that match, it's obvious you're still expecting Avril?" Alvi asked, looking at Aldi.

"I am indebted to Syifa's father, given a matchmaking offer in return, even if we agree to it. I initially refused, and I was about to propose to Avril when I returned." Aldi took a long breath.
