Ara told her husband to prepare the IGD room because he would soon be taking patients to the hospital. Ken who heard that said it.

On the way, Ara continued to see the state of Sofia who could only remain silent without speaking. While Ara was already filled with questions in her heart.

Alex and Wiliem bring their own cars. Zee goes with Ara in the ambulance.

Ken, who had just finished his duties, returned to accept what the wife asked for.

A few hours later, they arrived at the hospital. They are immediately greeted by Ken and take him to the IGD room. Ara went back to her room to check on something.

Ken checks on Sofia, then decides to take care of her due to her worsening condition. Alex and Wiliem can only follow what the Doctor says.

Zee takes Alya tuk to Ara's room. There's a private room to just rest. Because Alya was asleep, Zee finally put her there.

"What are you looking for, brother?" ask Zee who just came in.

"Ahh, there is no. Just patient files," Ara replied briefly.

"I can put you to bed, Al here?" ask Zee.

"You're like anyone, she's my daughter. So sleep!" exclaiming Ara.

Zee smiled, putting Alya to sleep slowly. After that, Zee returned to accompany Alex and Wiliem.

"Why don't you sleep?" ask Alex.

"I'm not sleepy" replied Zee.

Alex sits beside Zee, Wiliem is accompanying Sofia inside. They took turns to look after him.

"At least, rest! It's been very night" Alex said, clasping Zee's hand.

Zee just smiled, rubbing Alex's arm. Alex kisses Zee's hand, his heart calms down a bit with the love interest.

Inside the room, Ara was still searching for the file. Until Ken enters, and scolds him. " Work what? You're so nervous, honey?".

"That file, did you keep it?" ask Ara.

"File, what file? Why, are you looking for him?" ask Ken.

"Ken, Alex and Willi are the ten-year-old children we had heart surgery on. I, found Alfa's heart, Al's heart. Ken," explained Ara with teary eyes.

Ken could not believe what Ara said, but approached him. Looking at the king dang wife.

"Ken, look at my sister! He was dating one of them. You remember what Uncle Ars told me. He wants Alfa and Zee to reunite. Even if it's just the heart" explained Ara.

Ken stared intently at his wife because he could not believe that Ara kept such a secret with Ars.

"Uncle, Ars and aunt loved Zee so much. He was even willing to give the heart of Alpha to others, so that someday they could be together. Although the body does not belong to Alfa," said Ara with sobs.

Ara still remembered how the face of her sister, Alfa the handsome face always adorned her dreams. Every time Alfa came, she would keep smiling at Ara.

That night, Zee and Alex fall asleep in the waiting chair. While Wiliem slept inside while waiting for Sofia.

Sofia's eyes opened, looking at the ceiling and then the hospital wall. He saw the boy sleeping beside him.

"I'm in the hospital?" sofia closed her eyes again.

Sofia stroked Wiliem's hair very slowly, her tears just dripping down. Memories of the past were increasingly evident in his eyes.

Ken returned Zee's embrace, rubbing her back slowly. Calm the brother lovingly. Zee's getting quieter and calmer.

Indeed, since Alfa's departure, Zyan accompanied Zee in every sleep. Meanwhile, Ken was like a father figure to Zee, since Earth died. Ken's embrace calms him down.
