Chapter 83 - Goodbye Cendric

A sharp sword had suddenly appeared right before Elios' eyes, too late the sword must have penetrated into his fist.

"I remember"

Rion said, he immediately made a shield to protect Elios and himself from the witch's continued attack.

Meanwhile somewhere, Black has already taken Cendric to the place where Julius is.

Kasumi makes a strong protector who surrounds part of the region to hide Julius who is almost dying, then Black put Cendric there.

"What happened what is he?"

Julius said when Black got there, things look a lot better now.

"Cendric fought Zion, then he bounced away because of Zion's attack and now it seems like his soul is a bit disturbed"

Clearly Black was short, he was staring at Cendric with a worried face.

Julius came closer to him and then touched Cendric's head.

Cendric was a demon king who had black horns, meaning he was still gray and could reach any stage. If a black spirit is included in his body then he will experience an excess of negative energy, and the worst possibility is that Cendric will turn into Zion and have red horns.

"How did that happen? Cendric was strong, he could definitely withstand that black spirit right?"

Julius shook his head in response.

"If it used to be possible yes, but he has received a lot of wounds now be it inner or physical. You know the suffering that Cendric went through up until now, don't you?"

Black nodded, of the many people only he knew how much suffering Cendric was going through.

He was nicknamed as the cruelest demon when young even though the reality was not like that, then he was betrayed by his own brother after that Rheea was present as a medicine for him, he said, but because of different races Rhea had to die first and leave Cendric.

At that time he almost went crazy for losing the person he loved the most, and destroyed everything until he saw a baby similar to Rhea.

It was Kasumi, since then Cendric's emotions were more controlled and he failed to become an evil demon like his brother who was sealed.

A few years later Kasumi fell into a coma, Cendric slumped back in fear of losing his little daughter.

He did everything he could to get Kasumi up, as a year passed he still wished for Kasumi to return and he finally woke up.

Black bites his lower lip, he does not like to see his best friend suffer, but he knows that Cendric is very strong so he does not prevent him when he wants to help Kasumi.

However, it turned out that his strength was decreasing now.

'our fight against the Undead must have drained most of his strength, therefore he has now become sensitive and easily turned into an evil demon'

"Is there no way he can come back and not turn into an evil demon?"

Black asked with great hope, he was sure there was a way for that.

Seeing the confidence in Black's eyes made Julius exhale deeply.

Julius' inner speech, then he nodded.

Seeing the response made Black breathe a sigh of relief, then he put Cendric in the place Julius showed.

The arena that had protection from Kasumi's power was quite extensive, in the forest there was a stone cave, and Julius was there.

Black put Cendric on the rock inside the cave, he then stood still next to Cendric.

"You get out, I'll do it myself"

Julius said as he sat next to Cendric, then placed his hand on the temple of Cendric.

Black nodded, though hesitant to leave them but he had to do that because Julius asked for it.

After believing Black had come out, Julius began 'treating' Cendric who had a blank look.

"Alright, I've met my beautiful grandson anyway, I think it's time I told Sea and Rhea this"

Julius murmured softly, before a white light started to come out from his hand.

Fresh blood flowed on the tip of Kasumi's lips, he received Zion's punch that aimed at her stomach.

'it hurts!'

Kasumi tries to endure the pain, seeing Kasumi's efforts make Zion laugh.

"I've said no, your powers are not perfect and you still can't kill this perfect me"

Said Zion, he mocked Kasumi who tried to fight him from earlier.

Kasumi's strength is strong, Zion must admit that. However, the distance between their powers was different.

Although Kasumi had already received her true strength, but it was not the most true one.

Zion was satisfied with what she had, then looked back at Kasumi with a condescending look.

"I think it's time you died, I think,"

He said with a gentle smile, Zion's hand was already holding a black sword then he began to direct his attack towards Kasumi who was still struggling.

"Good bye"

Kasumi held her breath as the sword and Zion were right in front of her, but she suddenly disappeared from in front of Zion.

Zion gasped, then looked down and saw two men standing there. They were strangers in Zion's eyes, yet he knew who they were from the power they exuded.

"Pair, they're Kasumi's couple"

Yohan and Davian show up there, Davian cradles Kasumi which he takes when Zion is about to kill him.

Seeing the faces of Davian and Yohan somehow made Kasumi feel better, despite the blood in her mouth.

Davian and Yohan stared at Zion with sharp eyes, they would not let her be hurt like this.

"I want to kill him"

Yohan said with sharp eyes, she had already taken out her strength now. A blue mana glowed around him, as if it was a spirit.

"We're going to kill him, he's the one who almost killed Kasumi's daughter"

Reply Davian, he had a gaze that was as sharp as Yohan's.
