Chapter 26-Let's go(2).

"It's nice to meet you Grand Duke of Cairo. I'm Rion Max de Morgan, this is our first meeting isn't it? I hope this trip will be good"

Rion greeted him politely first. To my surprise I forgot to greet him, however, it was important etiquette.

"That stupid monster means mutant?"

Alexis stopped his words as the sound of an explosion came from outside, as if someone was attacking us.

A threatening long howling sound rang out, it was one of the sounds of monsters inhabiting this forest.

I was about to get out but Alexis got in the way.

"Please stay inside, I'll be out for a minute"

After saying that he came out. I don't follow, however, if I come along then I'll just be a burden. The power I have is still not strong, if I join the fight maybe an explosion-like event where it will happen again.

A transparent barrier appeared, protecting my horse carriage and the other horse carriage. The one who made that protector was the Grand Duke.

The monster seemed to be about to attack again, but someone came jumping in front of it then slashed at the monster's fangs which made it retreat.

My eyes immediately focused towards the weapon belonging to the man fighting the monster. It was a sickle, a beautiful white scythe was in the hands of the black-haired man.

Grand Duke Cairo. He fought the huge monster with his cold face.

The monster brought some subordinates, the size of the other monsters was smaller so it was easy to take care of them.

Alexis, prince of Rion and some knights who come to fight other monsters, while Grand Duke of Cairo fight the big wolf monster alone.

My eyes continued to focus on staring at the Cairo Grand Duke's fight against the monster. Very cool, that's a word I can say for his fight.

The wolf monster still had not given up even though he had already lost his fangs, he looked at the Grand Duke with a look of hatred like he wanted to kill him.

The distance between my carriage and the Grand Duke was a bit far, therefore I could not hear what he was talking about.

But for sure I saw him grinning, a glowing golden thread directly surrounding him. I was amazed to see how he looked at that moment, so cool.

after that he jumped and slashed the head of a wolf monster like slashing tofu, but the monster was very difficult to kill but the Grand Duke did it easily.

That golden colored mana, it was like I had seen it somewhere, but somehow it was so hard to remember.

After the head of the monster died, the surviving monster immediately escaped. The fight is over now.
