what is the difference between a noble and a common noble in this novel?

the grand noble is the one who used to seal the evil demons. {Cendric,Black, Dracovillia king, Queen Ataya of Elfy kingdom and Suzue queen of Koto} kingdom (later there will be further explanation). because the services they do are very large so they are referred to as great nobles as well as their descendants later.
