Chapter 74 - The fight at the start(2)

I opened my eyes slowly, when it was just a dark state that I saw. Seeing that made me think of things I hadn't thought of in a long time.

"Am I dead again?"

Dead for the third time? Ha! I can't believe that. I'm trying to remember what happened before I was in this dark place.

I turned towards Duke Cairo who was already far behind me, wait a minute! Is he not going to help at all!?

As if reading my thoughts, Duke Cairo shouted.

I clenched my hands tightly, for some reason at the moment I really want to hit Duke Cairo. Is he kidding!? I can fight such a monster! His level of strength is different from the enemies I have always fought.

I turned around and looked back at the black thing, it slowly changed its shape.

He was transformed into a giant that had pitch-black horns, his face was creepy and his strength was enormous.

Julius opened his mouth, looking at Zion.

Zion flinched, then a magic circle was created under Zion's feet. Zion looked at Julius with a surprised look, then she laughed.

"Bwhahahahah! Fucking grandpa! You've prepared magic to seal half the power I've been struggling with!?"

It was beyond belief, Zion felt her strength disappear in half. He was almost perfect, but Julius managed to take half of his strength.

Not only did he not try to dodge, the rope of ice chains that pierced into his body suddenly appeared and it was clearly Julius.

He was silent from earlier to lure Zion closer towards him, also preparing a magic that ate this much mana. Julius must have made use of the mana of nature that he could use, therefore he only survived to save his mana.

Julius said, he still maintains his sir to seal Zion's power.

Instead of feeling upset and angry, Zion laughed again, making Julius confused.

He asked with an unhappy face.

"Why are you laughing?"

Zion lowered her face as she laughed, then she stood up and looked straight at Julius.

His gaze looked very condescending, he seemed to feel sorry for Julius who had clearly cornered him.

"You think how many lives I took to recover my strength? I used many lives, the lives of teenage women who had pure mana. And-"

He paused his speech for a moment, as he paused his words Julius felt the heat entering his body, when he was fine but suddenly he felt a burning feeling that was very painful.

Julius immediately fell down, he sat weakly while squeezing the chest that felt very burning.

While Zion was still staring at him, she closed one eye and continued her words that had been delayed.

"You don't think I wear darkness, do you? Actually, almost all of my strength can recover because of the darkness and dark magic I got from the corpses of the creatures I collected during these 4 months. You're a fool for taking it for granted, from a long time ago, a person who had the white attribute wouldn't match the black attribute. Hows it? You feel burning, right?"

Zion ended her speech with a gentle smile, but in Julius' eyes it looked like a cunning evil smile.

He was mistaken, Zion was already a traitor so getting where the darkness was was an easy thing for him, even though all the power he had in his body was recovered because of where the darkness was, he would not go crazy.

Zion, he's become darkness itself. Even his level of dark power felt abnormal.
