Chapter 59: Sorry and thank you for everything

In room.

William lowered his body to put Evelyne's body sitting on the edge of the bed. Seeing the woman only speechless while bowing her head made William fall silent while standing up to go get something. “Liam, let's talk for a while” Evelyne said while holding William's hand so that the man did not leave.

Hearing that, William looked over. He knew Evelyne asked him to speak so that he could explain everything, but according to William all the events that had just happened did not need to be explained again. “Talk later, I will be there to take something” William replied as he released Evelyne's hand which was now on his wrist.

“...” Evelyne fell silent.

While William back up his legs to leave Evelyne who was still sitting quietly on the edge of the bed. Before long, William returned with a large box in his hand. The man walked up to Evelyne by pulling up his chair with one of his hands still free.

He placed the chair in front of Evelyne and sat down to make the two sit facing each other. William placed the box beside his seat, the warm big hand now turned to lift Evelyne's head which was still bowed. “You till when are you going to lower your head? Don't you feel pain in the neck?”

“No, it won't hurt” Evelyne replied as her head lifted, thus making an encounter between Evelyne's and William's views.

The man in front of her smiled slightly, then stroked Evelyne's cheeks that were now wet from crying. “What makes you cry like this? Are you afraid of something like that? Don't you like that forced kiss?”

“T-no! I don't like it! That's very painful. I didn't know what was wrong with him, he came and said that I had a relationship with him, and when I rejected all his words. He hugged me tightly, even kissing me forcibly. I want to fight, but I don't know why it's so strong that I can't keep up with the power.” Evelyne explained with overflowing cries.

William was stunned when he saw that, the woman who was considered strong, stubborn, statue-hearted and an expression that could not be guessed was now crying loudly in front of his eyes. The heart that felt that, suddenly responded with a painful feeling like it felt like it felt what Evelyne felt.

Even his calm feelings were now again worrying about this woman in front of him. His body that had been silent now moved suddenly from his seat to hug Evelyne who was crying after.

Seeing the woman cry again, William really could not dwell on this incident. Even Evelyne's weak side now saw him for the first time. “Already, don't cry! Everything that happened today, I make sure it doesn't happen again later.” William said as he stroked Evelyne's head gently.

After Evelyne's cry had subsided a little, William let go of the hug so that he could see how the normally calm and flat face had now become muddled from crying. “Do you feel better?” william asked as he looked at Evelyne's face filled with tears.

Evelyne nodded slowly, William who saw the response of the woman was just silent as he sat back in the chair he had brought to sit in front of Evelyne. “If it's quiet, do you mind if we treat the wound on your lips?” ask William who asked Evelyne for a permit.

Hearing the question, Evelyne again nodded her head in response without making a sound. William smiled when he saw the nod from the woman in front of him, “Alright, let's treat this slowly. Feel free to say hurt if it hurts, okay?”

Evelyne answered at a glance, and let the man carefully apply some medicine on this wound on his lips. He even did it gently, fearing that he would hurt Evelyne. “Oke, it's done. Now you sleep, it's night!” william said as he tidied his things into the box.

William moved from his seat to go to the next room where it was always a place to store useful items if there was a problem that occurred. “Liam?” call Evelyne in a quiet voice but the man can still hear clearly.

“Yes, what's wrong? Do you need anything?” william asked as he placed the box on the dresser, and the man quickly walked over to Evelyne, who was now staring at him hesitantly. Evelyne who saw William not so go to the room also made herself immediately retract her gaze and turn to another direction.

“T-no, not so! Sorry..” said Evelyne.

William smiled, then calmly stood in front of Evelyne who was now throwing away his face like he did not want to see his face. “What's up? Why did you retract your words?” william asked as he held Evelyne's head with his big hand.

“Nothing, I just want to say “Sorry and thank you for everything” Evelyne said with a small smile on her face.

William nodded, then lowered his torso slightly to have a quick peek at Evelyne's forehead. “Goodnight”

“Hn..good evening” Evelyne responds to that kiss with a slightly fluffy smile on her pretty face.

After saying those words, William walked out of the room to go to his study. While Evelyne, he told her to go to bed first, and she also apologized for not being able to accompany him tonight. Understanding William's condition, Evelyne did not mind staying by William for the night.

Because in his present life, there was still a lot of time for him to cure the disease from the man's heart. “One heart later, that heart will open wide until you know that you have made a big mistake in your life. You can do as you please, but never regret if all does not match the fact”

“T-big master!”  call someone from behind.

Hearing the call, William turned his head. Seeing a man kneeling in front of him with his head lowered. “I'm sorry my mistake master, I failed to look after Miss when you weren't there. I really regret it” said the man in a loud voice.

“If you know it's your fault, then I don't have to bother to explain it back to you about the punishment you'll get later” William said in a cold voice.

The man nodded quickly, “Iya master, I know it”
