Chapter 10: Tragedy in a peaceful city

“Wear well, and do not let anything get damaged in the least!” William turned his back to Evelyne “I'll be back to work, you have fun!”

Evelyne nodded quickly, while William again walked away from her to return to his original place. Evelyne saw William leave with an upright and tall body made her instantly catch a glimpse of Dion Bruce's shadow, and it made Evelyne's facial features instantly change drastically.

The look of her beautiful eyes full of joy is now replaced by a cold and sharp look like she wants to finish off someone in front of her, the aura in his body also instantly turned horrible to make some people around him instantly shudder with goosebumps.

But the smile did not last long because he saw in a narrow and dark alley there was a middle adult man with a crying child. That, of course, made Evelyne spontaneously stop his car, then get out of the car to walk after the man and the little boy.

When entering, Evelyne had absolutely no trouble finding his way inside the alley. Until his arrival in a closed room, Evelyne could see in the turn of the alley, there was an old man in neat clothes who was scolding and yelling loudly at the little boy to tears.

Plus Evelyne just realized that there was also a shabby woman kneeling on the legs of the man with his weak body. The woman cried like she was begging for mercy, but since she was already carried away by the man's emotions could only heed the cry of the woman and continue yelling at her little child.

“Master, please stop yelling at my son like that. He's still too small to get it.” The woman said while crying. While the man looked at the woman under his feet with a disgusting look, “If she was a child then why? Are you going to spoil her like that?”

“He has destroyed my phone!! Don't you know how expensive the phone your son has destroyed?!!” Said the man when he saw the woman was far away from him, while the little boy who had been crying near the man, now he was beside the woman with tears that kept dripping.

It certainly made the man feel dizzy with the cry of a child so loud, even the man had to cover his ears to approach them. “Can't you stop crying?!!” the man grabbed onto the shirt of the little boy, then gripped it so tightly. “Master, please forgive my son! He only cried out of fear, please don't act rude to him.” Said the woman while holding the big hand of the man earlier

Feeling upset with the woman for meddling too much made the man rise from his seat and throw the weak woman's body against the wall.

Bugh!!

The woman was weak there with a body that was already very painful. “How many times do I have to tell you not to interfere?!” a thunderous voice now rang out in Evelyne's ear, until her heart was in great pain. “B-how b-can I-can't interfere, if you yell at my son like that?” said the woman with a body that wanted to get up from there but could not because of the pain in her back.

“Mother!!”

The boy cried when he saw his mother in pain. Wanted to approach but the man blocked his way and instead took his position. Evelyne could see so clearly that the man was walking toward the woman who was still lying on the ground. The woman continued to cry because she had to endure the painful pain in her back, until she did not realize that the man was already in front of her.

“Hey!” call the man who made the woman raise her head to see the man crouching in front of her. “I probably won't bother with the problem earlier...but on condition...you have to accompany me every night”.

The woman was stunned when she heard the words that came from the man's mouth, even Evelyne who was hiding saw it was shocked when she understood the man's intentions.

“T-no!! I-I can't! I-I'm married, b-how can I do that to you?” the woman shook her head in fear, while the man only smiled pervertedly as his bead turned towards the woman's body. “T-no! N-no! You cannot do that to me!!” the woman curled up to cover all the slightly exposed parts of her body, while the man looked like a pig who wanted to eat his food greedily.

“Seeing the woman with your eyes that are disgusting, really makes me sick!”
