Seeing Cam speechless with an unreadable expression, Fanny quickly added. "If you mind, I won't repeat it again. I promise this will be the last time I cook in your kitchen."

Cam feels guilty for freaking Fanny out. She has to say something before Fanny misunderstands. "No problem. I'm just not used to seeing people cooking in this kitchen.

"Even maid?"

Cam shakes.

"Then you can wait in the dining room. Soon the cooking is ready."

Not knowing what to say, Cam obeyed Fanny's words, he deliberately took a sitting position facing the kitchen to keep Fanny's eyes on him.
