Achromus. A name that was suitable and appropriate for him. Colorless, both himself and his life. His eyes and hair were solid black combined with all black clothes. His extraordinarily vile regime has taken the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of people. It was truly fitting that he was referred to as the 'King of Darkness'.
Chroma investigated the target of the operation this time. He kills people who are disobedient, sickly, or unintentionally make mistakes. He thinks they're useless— don't deserve to live. He is not at all merciless. But Chroma couldn't comment more. He also did something that could be said to be bad.
Achromos was born as a second child and should not be the king he is today. But her older brother, Chlari, had a poor health condition since childhood. Because of this, the royal throne automatically passed into the hands of Achromos.
Little Achromos was already burdened with various kinds of training and education to become king. He didn't have time to play, at least to enjoy his childhood. His father—though it looks quite friendly—is a very authoritarian king. He would not accept the small mistake made by Achromos and all his family members. In fact, his own father who sentenced his mother to death who cheated. And Achromos saw with his own eyes when his mother's head was cut off with a sword.
It's worth it to be that cruel, Chroma thought.
His hard life made Achromos a king who was not much different from his father, even more cruel. He never smiled a bit either. Chroma sometimes asks why there are people who can not enjoy life better, including himself.
Life is only once, the heart.
Chroma applied the medicine to her red neck while grimacing. Achromos' hand remains clear. He then covered it with neck decorations. After that, she immediately glazed over, tidied up her dress, styled herself, and walked casually out of the toilet.
Chroma's neck still felt a little throbbing. The grip strength of Achromos is enormous. It is only fitting that he always won the war, because he was incredibly strong. But he was perfectly suited to be called the King of Darkness. What kind of man dares to strangle a girl—even his future wife— with such force?? Although for Chroma it was nothing, but if an ordinary girl was strangled, she might have cried out in fear.
Chroma gulped her saliva while smiling— felt tense as well as enjoying it. His mission this time was indeed a little troublesome because he had to meet directly with his target and disguise himself as someone else. But for a long time he did not get a challenging target operation like Achromos. Chroma so imagined what he would do to be able to finish off the life of the cruel king. Is Achromos going to turn to ask for mercy?
"It's more interesting than I thought." Whisper's happy.

"This is the tea, Princess, Your Majesty." A waiter put two cups of tea on the table then walked out of the room.
Chroma looked at Achromos who was reading the document seriously.
Hmph, it turns out he really works, grunts him in the heart.
Achromos glanced at Chroma, feeling his gaze that had disturbed her concentration. As soon as their eyes clashed, Chroma immediately smiled sweetly.
"Your Majesty, what if the tea is drunk first? You've been working an hour without stopping, you better rest." Said.
Achromos looked at Chroma with a flat gaze. He felt this woman was so strange. He had almost killed him a few days ago, but he was still in his palace— in front of him. And he smiled. And usually everyone he almost killed always ran away in fear.
He watched the girl in front of him closely. Her body was so tiny for her age of 18. Her hair was light brown. But that's not what caught his attention. His eyeballs. He only realized Chroma's eyeball when he strangled her earlier. The eyeballs were golden and glittering. He had never seen such a beautiful eyeball.
Achromos cleared his throat and placed the document roughly on the table. He then grabbed a cup of tea and drank the contents with a single sip. Chroma smiled as she sipped the tea slowly.
"Oi!" Achromos said as he put the cup down violently and looked at Chroma who was trying half-dead to drink the tea gracefully.
"You," Achromos squinted his eyes. Somehow Chroma was agitated, afraid that her disguise might be exposed. "Your lipstick is smudging."
Chroma looked at Achromos with a face of disbelief. He then put the cup to the table in annoyance. I don't know why Achromos has always pissed him off not playing.
What the fuck is this guy??? He has absolutely no manners! Inner Chroma was upset.
"Well," Chroma said with a smile in her heart. "I also sometimes want to look natural."
"Hoo.." Achromos sangsi. He then confirmed his sitting position—yang leaned casually to sofa—and straightened his back.
"Hey, I want to ask you." He said while looking at Chroma seriously.
"What mean?" Chroma asked, not expecting the sentence to appear from Achromos' lips.
"Where did you get those eyeballs?"
"Eyeball? It's.." Chroma was silent for a moment. He feels confused. Golden eyeballs are something that is very rare. There was one clan that was famous for its distinctive golden eyeballs, but they were almost extinct and never found again. There was no way Chroma said she was part of that clan, because none of the Hecca Royal family came from that clan.
"What?" Tanya Achromos was impatient.
"I don't know. Neither of my parents had golden eyes. Probably from my ancestors." Answer Chroma origin.
"Hm.." Achromos looked into Chroma's eyes deeply, making Chroma feel a little uneasy.
"Why?" Ask Chroma.
"No." Answer Achromos flat. He then took back the documents on the table and resumed his work.
After that, they both—Chroma more precisely—silent until the afternoon. He was completely unconcerned, as if he was just invisible air.
Oh, dearGod. Why is there someone this thick? Her thought.
Chroma then took a sip of the last drop in her teacup and sat down to lean back. He felt very sleepy. To go to Chraz Kingdom he had to get up early in the morning to get ready and had to go straight to Achromos. The distance from the Kingdom of Hecca to the Kingdom of Chraz is also quite far. He was tired from that long journey. In addition, the Achromos room is surrounded by very large windows, making afternoon sunlight penetrate and make the air warm.
Before long, Chroma's eyes slowly began to shut.
