CEO of Maksa Marah
Chapter 10 Ervan's threat

Two days later....

Ervan is now in the hospital administration room with Alan and Tirta. He had decided to force and threaten Sarah, in order to accept her offer. He could not wait any longer, for the woman always asked for time to think, as if stalling for longer. Meanwhile, Ervan is getting desperate because of his parents.

An administration official was counting Sarah's hospital bills for several days.

“This, sir,” attendant gave Ervan a piece of paper containing details of his treatment and nominal.”

“Only this?” Ervan saw two numbers listed with zeros following behind him.

“Iya, Sir. All 18 million, for care and room meant special nurse.” Evidently.

“How about the babysitter?”

“It's out of the hospital, sir.”

“Alright, add the number 280 million.” Ervan returned the sheet paper.

“Ap ... what? But, Sir?” The officer tried to refuse.

“Nothing but-but, are you fighting me? Do or find a new job!”

The officer looked at the doctor Alan, who was already nodding his head. Then go back, type on the keyboard board, print and then hand it back. He noticed the movements of Ervan, who was staring at the sheet paper. For a moment the attendant sighed, looking back at the face of the owner of this hospital building.

Ervan left followed by Alan and Tirta behind him, the man's face looked scary today. Even Alan who used to joke with her, felt reluctant to approach her. Both of them, just keep stepping following Ervan without asking about the bloated hospital bills.

Tirta walked up to Ervan, opening the door because the man's mood was very bad today. Ervan entered without knocking let alone greeting the occupants in the room. He saw that there were no drip poles hanging and the woman was cleaning her belongings, as if preparing to leave the hospital.

“What are you doing?”

“I'm in order, sir, want to go home.”

“Go home? Hah.” Ervan smiled obliquely, then handed a piece of paper to Sarah. “Take this.”

“What is this?” Sarah received the paper, read it carefully, and then again aloud. “280 million. I only treated five days, why this much?”

“Not 280 million, but 300 million. You have to pay me 300 million, today.”

Tirta and Alan stared at each other, shaking their heads and not daring to make a sound. The two, not wanting to comment, let Ervan do it his own way.

“300 million? What do you mean 300 million?”

“280 million is your fee during your time in the hospital and special nurse for you. The rest is a babysitter's hire for your son. You understand?”

“Bapak is blackmailing me? This bill is very unreasonable, about the nurse and caregiver you offer, I never ask,” said Sarah who began to pull out her horns.

“But, you didn't reject it, did you. I'll give you a choice of 300 million or marry me.”

“What? So, you set me up?”

“So, what do you think. You just choose one, otherwise your illegitimate child will be a guarantee.”

PLAQUES

Sarah's chest rumbled, her face flushed with anger. Clear crystals, starting to look fertilized his eyes and slowly falling. Because of him, his son had no father, now he insulted his own son. Sarah could not resist the humiliation that concerned her son alone. Moreover, someone who does not know the struggle of his life. He landed a hard slap on Ervan's cheek, leaving a clear imprinted mark.

“You slapped me?”

Ervan's eyes flashed, his pride fell, humiliated by a low and despicable woman to him. Ervan's jaw hardened, swinging his clenched hand to retaliate, but was held back by Alan's and Tirta's screams that prevented him.

“Ervan, she's female,” exclaims Alan.

Ervan hung her hands in the air staring intently at Sarah who was like she was not afraid of him. The woman challenged him just because he needed help. With a breath that was still going up and down, Ervan pushed the woman's body, until it fell down between her belongings.

“Listen, you're a lowly woman. Do you think, just because I need your help I'll behave well. You're wrong, even if my life is in your hands I won't beg.”

"Then, do you think that by forcing and being rude to me, I will accept your persuasion?"

Sarah smiled bitterly, slapped with reality, a rude man who did not deserve to be the father of his child and the secret would be carried to the grave.

“I've changed my mind. I don't need a holy-spirited woman, like you. You slapped me today and I will not forgive you, you better prepare to be unemployed and hospital bills, I want you to pay cash,” Ervan said, still overwhelmed with anger.

"Good."

Sarah got up clenching her hands, she tidied up her clothes then, walked out. He entrusted his son to the nanny and left the hospital building. He spread his gaze, looking at a bank located across the street. Sarah still keeps the money Ervan gave her back in the form of a check. Checks worth 1 billion, he cashed and he kept it in the account, just in case he needed it.

Sarah ran and crossed the street, headed for the bank. After an hour, Sarah returned with a bag of black crackles. He stepped in, staring intently at the rude man who was still sitting quietly.

“Take it and our business is done.” Sarah landed a crackle bag on the table, then went to clean her things.

Ervan opened the pocket of crackles, saw the fractional money of a hundred thousand and fifty thousand. Ervan was shocked, looking back at Sarah who was behind him. He ruffled his hair, frustrated, grabbed a crackle bag and dropped under Sarah's feet who was still arranging his bag.

“Where's this money from?” he grabbed Sarah's hand to stand in front of him.

“I already paid the bill, so please please go.” Sarah turned her face the other way.

“I asked, where is this money from?” Ervan screams to hold Sarah's chin to look at her.

“That's none of your business, sir. My lowly woman can get money from anywhere.” Sarah glared, answering with a reminder of Ervan's insults to her.

‘You ...” Ervan was at a loss for words to answer, his plan today was not sweet enough to make the woman hate him.

“Yes, I'm a lowly woman and have an illegitimate child. Are you satisfied?”

Sarah stared intently, she did not want to feel weak by pleading and bowing her head. This time no, he firmly in his heart without lowering his gaze.

Seeing Sarah and Ervan's tension, Tirta and Alan immediately pulled Ervan out of the room, preventing this man's anger from exploding. Moreover, the woman did not seem to be willing to budge. Tirta walked with Ervan's hand, followed by Alan behind them. Until they get to the parking lot, Alan opens the car door

let Ervan in with a flushed face.

“Pacify him,” Alan told Tirta who was already sitting in the steering chair.
