Chapter 47 (Gaze of love and longing)

Jefri still silently stared at the face of the woman he missed so much, because he did not believe he was still given the opportunity to meet with Nayla, until finally Jefri realized from his daydream because Andri raised his voice.

"Please enter Mr. Kevin," said Andri.

"Oh yes, thank you Mr. Andri," said Jefri, then entered the house Andri and Nayla.

Jefri felt a tightness in his chest as he saw many of Andri and Nayla's wedding photos displayed on the wall.

You can be happy on top of my suffering. Just look at Andri, soon I will take Nayla, because Nayla is still my wife, Jefri said in his heart

Andri shows Jefri the bathroom, while Nayla invites Angela to sit in the living room.

"Please sit down Miss, I'll get you a drink first" Nayla said.

"There is no need to bother Madam, we are only briefly here," said Angela who felt heartbroken when she found out that Andri was married.

Moments later Andri sat down next to Nayla, and immediately hugged Nayla's body tightly.

"Darling, how our hero, what hero we do not trouble Mother?" andri said by gently stroking Nayla's stomach, then kissing her.

"No Mas, Alhamdulillah Our son is not fussy. How's the presentation going, right?" ask Nayla.

"Alhamdulillah, the presentation went well, and we have signed a cooperation contract, so at this time we will review the location" replied Andri.

Angela is upset to see Andri being romantic with Nayla.

Why does Mr Andri have a wife? though I had planned to approach her, Angela said in her heart.

Moments later Kevin joined Nayla, Andri and Angela, and Jefri accidentally sat in a chair near Nayla, so Nayla shifted because she felt uncomfortable being close to a man who was not her muhrim.

"Sir Kevin, we're going straight to the location or is Mr Kevin going to have a drink?" ask Andri.

"We should not celebrate our cooperation with food first, I happen to feel very hungry because it has not yet breakfast" replied Jefri who wanted to stay longer near Nayla.

Why does Mr Kevin's gaze on his wife Mr Andri look different? that gaze was like a gaze full of love and deep longing, Angela's mind was now wondering.

"Sorry Mr. Kevin, I happen to be still full because I had breakfast before leaving for the office, but if Mr. Kevin and Miss Angela want to eat, my wife happened to have cooked. Honey, Nayla's cooking is a lot, right?" Andry.

"There is still a lot of Mas, then let Nayla warm up the cuisine first yes," said Nayla who was about to stand.

"Don't need to, baby, Nayla just sit here, let Mas warm her up. Is it okay, Mr Kevin, to eat with a potluck?" ask Andri.

"It's okay Mr. Andri, I happen to prefer home-cooked meals" Jefri replied.

Andri goes to the kitchen to warm the side dish, and Jefri sends Angela a message to go to the toilet.

After everything was gone, Jefri suddenly hugged Nayla's body which was about to stand up.

"Astagfirullah, what did Mr Kevin do?" asked Nayla who was surprised.

"I miss you so much Nayla, I miss you so much baby" said Jefri who could not hold it all back, so Nayla continued to rebel trying to break away.

Just as Nayla was about to shout, Jefri silenced Nayla with a kiss.

Nayla cries with what Jefri did, but she is currently helpless, as Jefri does not let Nayla move in the slightest.

"Please let me go, sir, we are not muhrim, it is not appropriate for you to commit indecent acts against me."

"Nayla I'm your husband Jefri, why would you betray our love? why are you so easily married to Andri?" jefri asked, so Nayla was silent.

"No way, there's no way you're Mas Jefri, Mas Jefri is dead, so you don't have to admit me as my late husband" Nayla said.

"Nayla have you forgotten all that we've been through all this time? I love you so much Nayla, I can't live without you" Jefri said, and moments later, Andri's voice rang out.

"Eh, I'm fine Mr. Andri," Jefri replied in shock.

So that was just my shadow? what would Nayla's reaction be like I imagined, if she knew who I really was? jefri now wondered.

"Mr Kevin, Miss Angela, the food is warm" Andri said, and they all set foot on the table.

The hearts of Jefri and Angela feel hot when they see Andri who continues to hug Nayla's body as if she does not want to separate a bit from Nayla.

It could be Andri hugging my wife, just look at Andri I will take back Nayla from you soon, Jefri said in his heart.

Jefri is eager for Nayla to take the rice for him, but now Angela is taking the rice and side dishes for Jefri.

"Thank you" Jefri said briefly.

Jefri and Angela started eating, and Jefri ate so voraciously because Nayla's cooking was really good, and Jefri missed her cooking so much.

Nayla, Andri and Angela were astonished to see Jefri eating so voraciously as someone who had not eaten for a week.

What happened to Mr Kevin? after Mr. Kevin had an accident, it seems like Mr. Kevin's personality changed, when usually Mr. Kevin never likes home-cooked food, Angela now wonders.

"Mr Andri, Mrs Nayla, I'm sorry that I finished the meal" Jefri said after the meal.

"It's okay Sir, we're happy if you like the food" Nayla said.

"Feeling Mrs Nayla is really good, I didn't realize I had spent it all" Jefri said, looking full.

"Mr Kevin is okay, right? I forgot that Mr. Kevin is allergic to shrimp" Angela said in a panic.

"I'm fine, why?" ask Jefri who does not know if Kevin is allergic to shrimp.

"Luckily, sir is okay, but Mr. is allergic to shrimp," replied Angela who already looks panicked.

"Already Angela you don't need to panic like that, it seems like my allergies are gone when eating Madam Nayla's cooking."

Kevin looks reluctant to move from the house Andri and Nayla, so Kevin again pretended to be sick stomach again, and asked permission to hitch a ride to the bathroom.

"Mr Andri, Mrs Nayla, can I go back to the bathroom?"

"Please sir" replied Andri.

Jefri went back into the bathroom thinking about how he could stay near Nayla for longer.

"What more reason do I have to find to stay near Nayla? if I kidnap Nayla now it's impossible because there's Andri and Angela" Jefri said.

Andri, Nayla and Angela have returned to sit in the living room after previously Andri cleaned dishes used to eat Jefri and Angela.

Nayla is very lucky to have a Husband who loves her very much, even Mr. Andri treats Nayla like a Queen, Angela said in her heart.

A little while later Jefri rejoined, and now Jefri pretended to feel weak.

"Mr Kevin why?" ask Angela.

"I have a stomachache, it seems to catch a cold" replied Jefri.

"Then we go to the Hospital, sir, so that you will get well soon" said Angela.

"I just need a short break, you should go to the office again, let me take a short break here" said Jefri.

Angela looks confused as she is unlikely to let her Boss continue to be at Andri's house.

"Miss Angela doesn't have to worry, let Mr. Kevin rest here, I won't go back to the Office either" Andri said, and Jefri was disappointed that Jefri wanted to be alone with Nayla.
