Bloody Dragon Swordsman
Episode 89's. The End of the Big Fight

“You are only the person responsible for announcing the rules of the tournament. How dare you act high and mighty? ” Ye Mo said coldly. “Do you really think that the Limestone City does not have strong warriors? Do you want this bag? I can give it to You – it if any of you can take it from Me. ”

Not even a single person could see how Ye Mo sent the leader flying. All they knew was that Ye Mo had to be at least as strong as a Spirit Cultivating Ninth Realm warrior in order to be able to injure him, even if it was a sneak attack.

"How dare you!" the leader cried out in pain as he stood up while holding his chest. "Friends! Bring her! We will show him how it feels to fight the Qingyun Alliance.”

With his orders, the warriors of Limestone City retreated several steps. However, the seven disciples standing on the stage did not move in the slightest.

"What are you guys doing?" the leader shouted as he saw none of them take any action. "Get him!"

"Ma Xuanyi!" a cold voice suddenly shouted. “What do you think you're doing? Do you think you are capable enough to represent the alliance?

His voice was cold but clear, like water flowing in a river. A girl in her 20s in a white robe stood on the notice board while an icy blue scarf hung around her neck.

Both his appearance and curves were on par with Qi Ying, especially the cold aura around him.

Everyone turned their attention to the girl.

Even Ye Mo was surprised by his sudden appearance as he did not detect his arrival. He could feel the coldness on his back from his smile. If Xiao Yue's smile was warm and friendly, then her smile was cold and deadly.

"T-no-no, I didn't do anything," Ma Xuanyi staggered as her body trembled in fear.

"Then hurry and announce the rules!" the girl said coldly. “You must understand how important your first mission is. You should directly return to the alliance after the tournament ends!”

Ma Xuanyi nodded and quickly put up the notice. Before he left, he turned around and gave Ye Mo a warning through his eyes, as if he was telling him, "You're dead!"

The white-robed girl also glanced at Ye Mo before a cold wind blew and a pair of wings grew behind her back. In just an instant, the girl flew like an angel away.

As soon as the Qingyun Alliance disciples left, the crowd started chatting.

“Beautiful young girl. He looks like he's in his 20s, but he's already mastered the Energy Wing!”

“The Qingyun Alliance is really full of geniuses. We will definitely have a great future ahead of us if we manage to get into it. ”

"Damn it, I'd be struck by lightning if I could get a beautiful and strong wife."

"I don't think lightning strikes will be enough."

"Come, let's check the rules."

Five temporary arenas will be installed in the square for the tournament, which is usually elimination-based. Warriors could challenge anyone standing in one of the arenas.

Only warriors who had won 100 matches would earn the right to enter the next round without any dispute. The loser will be eliminated from the tournament.

If no challenger is able to win 100 matches, then the soldier with the most wins in an arena will qualify for the next round. The winners of each arena will duel for the top five spots in the second round.

Not only would the warriors of the Qingyun Alliance be in place to maintain order, but the disciples of the other two great alliances would also be there to host the tournament.

The Qingyun Alliance would be able to recruit the first two places, whereas the Wushuang Alliance would be able to obtain the third place, and the Tiandi Alliance would obtain the last two places.

The main reason why the tournament only accepted participants under the age of 15 was because the Three Major Alliances would only accept new recruits no older than that.

The crowd started discussing the tournament after they saw the rules. Some warriors who thought they could win by chance lowered their heads because luck played a big factor in the elimination match while the new rules meant that they could only win through their own strength.

Ye Mo was about to leave after he read the rules when Ye Changsheng walked into the square with Ye Hou behind him. Both he and Ye Changsheng's eyes met, but Ye Mo quickly withdrew his gaze.

Ye Mo's greatest enemy right now was Man Qi, not Ye Changsheng. Even if Ye Changsheng became stronger, he was only still a Ninth Spirit Cultivating Realm warrior that Ye Mo could defeat easily.

“I told you, you better live until I get back. But it seems like I don't need to do anything, ” Ye Changsheng said, thinking that Ye Mo's chances of survival against Man Qi were very slim.

"Our battle will definitely come," Ye Mo said lazily. "You better be ready to use all your strength, or you won't even fight me for a second."

Even if Ye Mo was surprised by Ye Changsheng's sudden growth in strength, he was still weaker than Ye Mo.

“Don't get ahead of yourself too much,” Ye Hou smirked. “Now that Changsheng has reached the Ninth Realm, he will not budge under your little attack. As for your fight with Man Qi, you only dug your own grave.

"Losers should keep their mouths shut," Ye Mo provoked. “Let's meet in the arena tomorrow. I'll show you both how far we're apart now. I used to be able to defeat you in three steps. Now, I only need no more than one finger.”

Ye Mo walked past them and left.

"Changsheng, you have to defeat him tomorrow, no matter what," Ye Hou sighed as he watched Ye Mo leave angrily. "We have to show him what the Ye clan is from."

"No," Ye Changsheng suddenly said. "We'll meet on stage tomorrow, but I deliberately lost to him because being first or second doesn't really matter."

"Wait, what did you just say?" Ye Hou asked in admiration. “You will lose on purpose? Don't you want to maintain your position as the best genius in the Limestone City?

"This is what my father wanted," Ye Changsheng said as he walked towards the notice board. “The best in Limestone City means nothing to me. You'll know what I mean after the tournament ends.”
