63. Party with NPC

Sania's voice sounded from the bird puppet that had a rune call. We used that rune to communicate with each other.
{Hey you think I'm not busy either? I'm looking for Grock's request material... Hello Sania are you still there?.}
There was no reply from Sania. I only let out a long sigh when I realized that the connection had been severed. My gaze then turned to the six boys who were following me from the village.
They look confused, maybe these kids are afraid to make me report.
“I think we should help the parents in the field.” said Byrome.

According to the information I have obtained there are some requirements for entering NPCs into the Team. The first is to make sure the NPC is not in a hostile condition to the player.
‘Yes who wants to make a Team with enemies.’
Then the second level of relationship with the NPC had at least reached [Introduction], but this requirement had no effect if the NPC was a slave of the player.
‘My level of closeness to the villagers has reached the level of [Followers] which is three stages higher than [Introduction].’
‘But by the way in this game there are indeed slaves?.’
Then the final requirement was the willingness of the NPC itself to enter the Team. Slaves are not entitled to refuse an employer's order, they will enter the Team if the employer wills it.

After knowing the requirements to create a Team with an NPC, I immediately practiced it using a guinea pig in front of me.

I became confused by the contents of Tim's statistics menu. I don't understand why all the children have such strange names except Byrome who is called the Swordman.

Figuring it out deeper I used a mini map to view the statistics of all the children in more detail.
