Black Witch Log-in
42. The woman in a hurry

Ding!

[This is the third day Minvers Lost Civilization runs. We as developers are very enthusiastic about the development of every player who continues to move forward trying to be the best]

[To add excitement to the game we added a RANKING feature and an event to be held within the next month]

As soon as I got back into the game, the notification from the system immediately greeted me. I realized that in the room I had previously occupied, this was still in the village chief's house.

When I opened the window I saw that the outside was already crowded, the residents seemed to be clearing the way from the piles of snow.

I subconsciously smiled as I saw the citizens who were carrying each other to help each other. Until my attention was turned to a fountain in the middle of a frozen village.

“Maybe it will be longer than I thought.” I close the window immediately and rush out to help the citizens.

The fountain is a teleportation feature that is still preserved from the previous Minvers. Using the fountain found in the village players can move to other cities and even other kingdoms

When I woke up after fighting the Thunder Rooster, I intended to leave this village using the teleportation fountain to the Jayakarta kingdom and meet Hanna.

But unfortunately the fountain in this village froze which automatically could not be used. “Hopefully the fountain elsewhere works correctly.” hope I.

Actually I have a fear. ‘What if the entire Fountain on the Jotun continent freezes.’ such questions keep coming to my mind.

“You should have rested, last night's work must have taken care of your Mana energy to dry. Doesn't that also make you tired?.” said Herka who had forbidden me to help her clean the yard of her house.

“No problem, I've fully recovered.”

“Really?,” Herka was surprised, she seemed to be in disbelief with what I said, “A normal human like me should at least take a few days to fully recover.” Herka finally gave up and let me help her.

When I used my shovel to dig up the snow, the snow I picked up disappeared.

Ding!

[Getting one snow scope]

It goes straight into the inventory. Realizing it instantly excited me, the work of clearing the snow would be much faster with this strange system.

“Very nice not if you have that kind of power.” Herka said.

“What do you mean god's blessing?.” I thought the old woman was talking about the inventory system.

“Not what I meant was youth.” but my guess missed.

“Hem?.” I stopped taking snow and looked at Herka who was looking at Sania with Hektor in the distance. The two were joking around like lovers.

“Five years ago before a long winter hit the whole kingdom, the young man came to me for advice proposing to Sania, he had even prepared a ring. But his intention never materialized, the long winter starved the citizens, losing legs further worsened the situation. Hektor did not want to be a burden on Sania, he never said his proposal to the woman and tried to keep his distance.”

Amazingly, this old woman told at length the love story of others without worrying about her words heard by the person concerned.

“But thanks to you, I can see hope in the eyes of the young man growing back.” Herka smiled widely, as if she saw her own grandson who came home to bring his partner.

“I'm very happy with that, but I don't deny if the problems caused by the fake legs that Hektor used are quite troublesome.” I looked at some residents who were watching us. They were people whose limbs were incomplete, and wished for me to make something like Hektor's artificial leg.

“Do you feel annoyed with them?.” Herka looked at me deeply. It makes me feel uncomfortable.

“One more month will be held strength contest of the Travelers. I have to get stronger and help my friends calm down the contest.”

“I see, you want to hunt monsters to level up.” I nodded in response to Herka's words, “No matter what, the blue print you made I memorized correctly. I can make the item myself, but the problem is not enough silver we have.”

“Ahahaha... it is not possible. due to crop failure the citizens fell in poverty, there is no way they still have silver.”

In the end Herka explained the matter to those who wanted a prosthetic leg. Knowing if one of the ingredients made fake feet was silver most of them immediately gave up.

“But don't worry. Mr. Hektor has returned to his healthy condition, he is able to fight now. With this we can re-build the bridge and open transport access.”

Hearing Herka's words there were no more complaints from the citizens, they felt grateful because Hektor had been able to return to duty. It again made me wonder why the man was so relied upon by the villagers.

“Halo are there people?.”

After I finished helping Herka, I visited Sania's shop intending to change weapons.

“Welcome!.” Sania came from the second floor, a red face, she looked limp as she walked. ‘What happened above?.’ I was so curious that I opened the map, and seeing that Hektor was currently also in the Sania store right above me the woman looked panicked as I stared at the ceiling.

“Ja... so what do you need.” he stuttered as if he was hiding something.

“I need a new weapon, do you remember our conversation last night if I am not suitable to use the sword?.”

“Ah right, but sorry I don't have another weapon.”

“What?.”

Sania said most of the weapons in her shop had been distributed to residents for hunting. There were only three swords left on the shop wall, all three of them looked so well-preserved and were the only valuable items in the store.

“No villagers can afford to use it.”

“What is it because of the level limit?.”

“True, it takes at least level 20 with a job warrior branch in order to use the great sword below, then level 35 job warrior branch and senior level Sword art for the katana sword in the middle, then level 35 sword warrior branch, and the last one.... ” Sania stops while trying to remember the terms of using the last weapon.

It was a Repier, a type of sword so thin with the main technique of puncture attack. These three weapons were so beautiful as to tell that they were the strongest. I tried to use them one by one but there was nothing I could use.

“It's heavy!.” I tried to lift Rapier which looks very light, but in reality I couldn't even lift that thing even a inch.

“This is bad, how will I hunt monsters if there is no weapon I used to use?.” I am confused.

“What if you visit forging, it's possible there are still weapons.”

“Forging?.”

Sania immediately informed the location of the forging workshop. It was the only forging still present in this village, Sania also said that the previous three weapons were the work of the forging.

“Well glad you came Estrid, may you get the weapon you want.” she smiled as she pushed me out.

“O...oy?.”

Sania escorted me out of her shop, she pushed me and was in a hurry, I don't know what made her that way. “What does it have to do with Hektor?.”

Leaving the Sania shop that was closed as soon as I came out, I also headed for the forging cottage.
