The day was getting late and even began to cover the fog. Rain slowly began to fall on the earth. However, the sign of the arrival of the husband has not been seen at all. The woman with a home-based hymn cannot sit quietly, especially the hour has shown at two in the morning. Drowsiness had already attacked him, but he tried to fight the drowsiness.

Doubtfully she tried to contact her husband, anxiety was eating away at his soul and body. The call was connected but not lifted at all, making Shandra exhale full of disappointment. She finally gave up and chose to lay her body on the living room sofa. His eyes began to shut because drowsiness had attacked. His flat face looked so peaceful and calm while asleep, but it was only about an hour or so, because the ringing sound of his phone rang in the middle of the silence of the night. Little by little his closed net began to open, his forehead frowning as an unknown number stamped there. With doubt his thumb picked up the phone.

"Good night. Is it true with Shandra's mother?" greet the man across there. Shandra's forehead shrinks when she finds a foreign voice.

"Good night. Yes with myself," Shandra said.

"I from the hospital want to tell you that Mom's husband had an accident. Can you come immediately to the hospital," he said that made Shandra's body stiffen instead of playing.

"Well, I'll be there soon," Shandra replied. After the connection was cut off quickly the woman took the car keys and ran them towards the destination.

His lips never tired of chanting dhikr and the best prayer for the husband he still questioned his condition. Was this what had made her feel overwhelmed by an overwhelming anxiety? It felt like his joints were limp to set foot back in the white paint-dominated building. A shadow a few months ago danced around his brain. The fear was very obvious the twenty-five-year-old woman felt. However, he was so good at covering up his feelings with a flat face as usual.

"Sorry what can I help you with, ma'am?" ask a receptionist when Shandra just got to the hospital. About four o'clock in the morning he arrived at the hospital.

"Is there a patient on behalf of Farhan Hamid Firmansyah?" tanyakanya. In his heart he prayed that the person who had contacted him was just a prankster.

After checking the patient's data, the receptionist nodded slowly. "She, Mom. Patient just got rushed to the ER."

The deg! Shandra's heart just kind of slumped down. What she was afraid of became a reality, with a careless step she swung her legs towards the room where her husband was. Arriving there he was stunned to see two men standing not far from the door of the room.

"What happened to my husband?" shandra asked as soon as she arrived right in front of the two people. The two people were a little surprised and confused, but after hearing Shandra mention the word 'My husband' they could make sure that the young woman in brackets was the wife of the victim they helped.

"We found Mom's husband's car that had hit a roadblock. For more details the police are still investigating the case, ma'am," replied one of the two.

Shandra immediately sat on the long chair behind her. Covering his face with both hands. Why did God give him so much trials and trials? She had just recovered from the wound of losing her mother and now her husband had experienced the same thing that happened to both parents.

"Because Mom has come, we say retreat. Excuse me, ma'am," he said.

"Shandra what's going on, honey?" her mother-in-law's voice made the woman turn to the source of the voice. After performing the prayer he contacted his in-laws and father to immediately go to the hospital.

Shandra only shook her head weakly. "I don't know, Mah. But from the testimony of the hospital and also eyewitnesses said that the car that Mas Farhan was driving hit the road barrier," he said weakened at the end of the sentence.

The woman who had entered old age slumped and sat beside her daughter-in-law. As a mother her heart ached to hear the harsh reality that befell her only son.

"How is Farhan now?" ask his father-in-law to the son-in-law. Shandra's eyes glanced at the lamp above the door, the lamp is still on and indicates that action is being carried out in there. "Still handled, Pah."

Rahman moved his hands on the wheels of the chair he was sitting in, approached his daughter and hugged her body tightly. He could feel how the fear dominated his daughter's feelings now. "Everything will be fine, son," he said slowly.

Shandra just kept quiet and tightened her embrace. No matter how much he confronted and rejected what he was feeling, but still his heart could not be lied to that he felt excessive anxiety and worry.

After the embrace was released, Rahman stared at his daughter's sad face. Her heart was so sliced at the sadness she could only see, her daughter was so good at covering up what she was feeling. "You must be strong, dear," he asked, gently stroking the princess's head.

The sound of the door being opened rang out, they swiftly approached the doctor who was still in the doorway. Fatimah immediately charged the doctor with various questions, while Shandra could only shut up and hear the explanation that the doctor said.

"The patient had a mild head injury that caused a temporary disruption in his brain function. Due to a strong enough impact the patient also experienced severe bleeding. But thank God for His power we can save patients" he said.

Fatimah's legs were squeezed at once to hear the explanation of the doctor who handled her son. Tears he could not stand anymore, they just fell and fell over his face. Firdaus so deftly sustained his wife's weak body. While Shandra is only able to stay still and look down deeply.

Head injury (head trauma) is a condition in which the structure of the head has an impact from the outside and has the potential to cause interference with brain function. Based on the severity, head injuries are divided into three, namely mild, moderate, and severe head injuries. Mild head injuries can cause temporary impairments in brain function. Similarly, patients with moderate head injuries who experience similar conditions but in a longer time. And for people with severe head injuries, the potential for long-term complications to death can occur if not treated appropriately.

"But I'm sorry, sir, ma'am, we can't save the woman who was with the patient. The victim had a severe impact on the chest, then his ribs were broken and pierced the lungs. It makes the victim short of breath, though,

this shortness of breath occurs due to the lungs being filled with blood resulting in death. Moreover, the condition of the victim is pregnant," he continued, which managed to make them stiffen in disbelief.

A lady? Contain? Those two words made Shandra collapse on the cold floor. One drop of clear liquid water that he had been holding began to descend from both corners of his beautiful eyes. Why did this reality make her chest so tight?
