Bamboo Flute Swordsman

Bamboo Flute Swordsman
Chapters. 14. The Lifter

On a clear morning by the river, a young man was busy cleaning himself, his face grinning several times to feel the freshness of the river water.

This river is named Batang River, sometimes the young man looked at the Batang River flow from upstream to downstream but the young man did not find the end. All the young man found was the shadow of a village across the river and there were several tilapia fish swimming approaching gallantly.

This young man was none other than Jaka, the Swordsman of Bamboo Flute.

"It's so crazy, you think you're the only one who's good at swimming!" exclaim Jaka.

Jaka then turned his face to the right and to the left, after feeling quite safe Jaka took off his robe and immediately jumped into the river.

"Ah.. freshnya." said Jaka, it feels like for a long time he did not feel this sensation.

"Where did the tilapia go, why did it suddenly disappear?" ask Jaka to himself.

Jaka then swam to the middle and dived a bit deep, after seeing the herd of tilapia Jaka then chased after him. It didn't take long Jaka had managed to catch two tilapia fish as big as an adult's palm and immediately rose to the surface.

Jaka momentarily dried his body in the sun early in the morning and returned to wearing his robe. Jaka then made a fireplace and burned the two tilapia fish. Once it is mature enough Jaka eats it voraciously.

Mata Jaka at a glance saw there is a residential area across the river, Jaka could not see it clearly because the distance is very far. Jaka intended to cross the Batang River by running on the water, but suddenly his sharp ears caught the sound of very fine footsteps from behind.

Jaka then jumped on top of a tree that was quite high, on top of the tree he hoped to find out who the owner of the foot sound was.

Not long ago appeared an old man walking leisurely near the Batang River, his stature was thinly tall, and had a sharp eye gaze. The old man's eyes moved to and fro and stopped at the remains of the fireplace. Instantly the old man pulled one corner of his lips upwards.

"It turns out there was a boy who was watching me" he said slowly but stabbed in Jaka's ear.

How can the old man know Jaka's presence, while Jaka has eliminated his presence to the lowest point.

"Great, the old man can know my whereabouts." muttered Jaka, this old man must have very high knowledge. Jaka then jumped down, there was no point in staying hidden he thought.

"Ah. it turns out that there's a boy here. Though I was just guessing." said the old man then laughed without sin.

"Damn it. This old man is trying to play me." Jaka cursed in the heart.

"Sorry uncle, did I interrupt your trip?" ask Jaka politely. Jaka behaves so for two reasons, the first is because Jaka does have good ethics and the second is because Jaka does not want to be involved in unnecessary problems.

"Oh, of course not, I just happened to pass by here and meet you. I want to go to the village across the street." replied the old man politely, pointing across the river.

The old man looked at Jaka from head to toe, he had never met Jaka before. There was a feeling of admiration in his heart when he found out that the young man before him had a very high level of canuraganism.

"Hm. I'm not an uncle's boy." Jaka grunted in annoyance.

"Hahaha, you get angry easily. All right, what's your name, master swordsman?" the old man repeated his question.

"My name is Jaka uncle, if uncle who?" Jaka asked back.

"People call me the Lifemaker." replied the old man.

This old man is indeed quite famous in the martial jungle, every swordsman who becomes his opponent then it is certain to die lifeless. This old man had a very great study, the study was named Ajian Brajamusti. The good news is this old man is siding with the white stream.

After getting acquainted enough, the old man moved very quickly across the river. In just a few breaths, the old man had been at the end of the river. This showed that the science of lightening his body had already reached the perfect stage.

Jaka just shook his head to see the greatness of the old man, it turns out that this world is so vast. Just a few days away from the top of the mountain, Jaka had met a warrior figure who was at the level of a magic swordsman. Maybe the next day Jaka will meet more other magic swordsmen. Jaka then went after the old man across the river.

In the main courtyard of a kingdom, thousands of soldiers were lined up neatly. The main leader of these thousands of troops is Maha Patih Argadana, Maha Patih has just reached the level of the early stage magic swordsman.

Furthermore there were ten people who were at the intermediate stage expert swordsman level, each of them leading an army that numbered a thousand soldiers. Then the thousand soldiers were further divided into several small groups of a hundred. This hundred-man army was led by ten warriors whose abilities were on par with first-rate warriors. All the soldiers seemed to be ready for battle.

It was also seen that some people who were sitting were watching the thousands of troops with smiles of victory. They believe his army is able to shake the entire territory of the Matraman Kingdom.

Not long after that Maha Patih Argadana came closer, then bowed respectfully,

"Report to His Majesty the King, the whole army is ready to carry out the order."

"Good.I like the work of your uncle patih." replied the man who turned out to be the King of the Son, the king of the North Matraman Kingdom.

"We cannot move His Majesty yet" said a middle-aged man who was near the King's Son. This middle-aged man was roughly in his fifties, he was a former martial artist who was successfully recruited by the King's Son. His stature was stocky yet quite tall, his right leg was limping, and he had only one eye. He is a figure named Sengkuni, now he serves as an advisor to King Putra.

"What do you mean by Uncle Sengkuni?" ask the King of the Son.

"We must wait for a reply letter from the East Matraman Kingdom and South Matraman. If indeed they refuse our request, then we must attack first. But if they agree, we can directly direct the troops to the territory of the West Matraman Kingdom" said Sengkuni explained at length.

"Alright uncle, I agree with your plan." replied the King Son.

The King of the Son then asked Maha Patih Argadana to rest the entire army before facing the upcoming battle. Then they dispersed themselves.
