San Francisco, California.
(Dark River Headquarters.)
“Have you heard from our man?” Nelson lit a cigarette and smoked it slowly.
“Seems not.” Jacob replied without looking, he was just busy fiddling with the laptop in front of him.
“Immediately let you know if there is any news from them, or your parents are in danger.” Nelson threatened, he got up and took the champagne bottle and the glass stored in the drawer, then poured it for himself.
He walked towards the window, DarkRiver headquarters like an office building in general. A twenty-story skyscraper, Arnold's room where Ricard is now on the twentieth floor allows him to see around the city quite well.
A room with white paint that dominates every corner of the wall, there is a closet containing various liquor neatly arranged by type complete with large and small glasses. There are also other cabinets that contain a collection of firearms produced by their factory with a variety of sizes and shapes, there is a sofa with a table in the middle. There is also a work desk with chairs that turn against the window, the window itself is made of glass with curtains that can go up and down automatically.
At his own desk there are special equipment CEO in general, namely laptops and so on. With a picture of Arnold and four friends posing like a soccer player.
Nelson inhaled the smell of champagne before taking a sip, looking out.
“You know, sometimes revenge is not bad.”
Jacob was not poking around, he was still busy with his laptop.
Nelson smiled to himself, while drinking he looked at Jacob who was unceasingly struggling with his laptop.
“What are you working on? Relax for a moment, and have a drink with me.”
Jacob neither refused nor agreed.
“Master, I got a report that they are currently in one of the malls not far from Sacramento.” Jacob switched the conversation.
“Good, I'm sure Abel can definitely finish them off well.” Nelson looks very confident, while Jacob continues to curse him in the heart.
Nelson's phone rang.
“Halo.., what? Immediately catch it, this time bring them alive or, bring one of them only we can use that as bait.”
Jacob picked up the signal that something had happened, only he did not have the courage to ask. It was Nelson's turn to call.
“Who recommends Abel? Quickly tell and bring the person here.” Nelson's tone of voice slightly increased when he called someone, which Jacob could conclude that he was calling was his assistant.
Shortly after, a man in a neat suit entered the room.
“You're looking for me sir?”
“Sit.”
“I heard you proposed agents Abel and Faith in pursuit this time.” Nelson smoked a cigarette, as he exhaled his smoke soaring in the air.
“Ya Mr.” The man looks pale, regardless of the color of his skin which is pure white.
“On what basis? Do you know well how they perform?”
“I got a lot of information saying that Abel is the biggest enemy of master Rose, plus Abel often bring Rose up in front of his colleagues.”
“Ya sir.”
“Stupid! You only hear from Abel's mouth. Abel and Faith though they were both, still they were not comparable to Rose.”
The man began to sweat, Jacob glanced at him a glance at the man's body slightly trembling and Jacob's instincts said that this man would be finished off.
“Jacob.” Nelson's voice made Jacob turn. “Tell this man how Abel and Faith.” perform
“Abel and Faith are the best killing agents, but in some cases they are a little careless and often attack their victims in the crowd. Abel and Faith were once assigned to assassinate the head of one of the companies that cheated on Deathknell's stock project, and Rose also happened to have the same assignment. They had a fight to prove who could kill first, but in less than ten minutes Abel and Faith were defeated by Rose. And Rose succeeds in her mission, which makes Abel always compare them with Rose.”
Jacob took a breath. “And it seems, lately Abel and Faith became fugitives for the police as the main suspect in the murder of one of the leaders of an electrical company in San Diego, not just one. Many cases where they become prime suspects for premeditated murder, because as described at first. They always attack victims in crowded places.”
Nelson listened while smoking his cigarette which slowly began to run out, the man in the suit fell silent without a sound.
“You know, I just got word that Rose's entourage was attacked in a mall. A lot of recordings that show that and make me have to eliminate all the evidence that exists.” Nelson smoked his cigarette one last time, before throwing it on the floor and stepping on it.
“You know how much money I have to spend because of your stupidity?”
The man was so scared Jacob could feel that he was shaking.
“A..I don't know, I got an email and it contains Abel's note. He has extraordinary abilities, and in that note is not explained about his failures or fights with Rose.”
Nelson walked casually up to the man and gave a cue for the man to stand up. “This, please hold my glass.”
The man stood up and tried to defend himself, Jacob felt sorry to see him but what power there was nothing he could do to help the man. Nelson walks into Arnold's gun collection cabinet, he picks up a 45-volt Revolver with a cold-studded hammer stick and a sturdy, fat frame, similar to the firearms commonly used coboys in western colt films in the nineteenth century.
“You know, this is the kind of weapon I like the most since the first time I used it.”
Nelson held the gun gently as if it was his most precious item.
“In addition to strong, this type of Revolver is very good and accurate to shoot the target right in their brain.”
Dorrr......
Prankkkp..
The sound of gunfire accompanied by blood spurting everywhere, the man in a suit was already lying with a gaping hole in his forehead. Jacob who was shocked saw the incident almost out of breath.
'Yes god.’ Inner Jacob.
Seeing the fresh blood flowing with the characteristic fishy smell made him slightly nauseous and wanting to vomit, Nelson saw it and laughed a little.
“What are you hemophobia?” Nelson chuckled, he walked out of the room and two black men with tall, burly bodies stood at the door
“Bring this corpse out and throw it into the crocodile cage, oh yeah. Don't forget to find someone to clean up the glasses in the room.”
Jacob looked back at the corpse lying right beside him before being carried by the two men who had been ordered by Nelson, Jacob gulped while praying.
“Yes God, may my parents and I always be in your protection, amen.”
