"Mas.." The screams filled the room. Arzu who was still asleep was immediately awakened.
"Darling, what's wrong with you?" arzu asked to find Cella's whereabouts.
"Here I am..," cried Cella from the bathroom. Arzu rushed towards the bathroom.
"What's wrong?" asked Arzu worriedly. Cella smiled widely while showing a thin object in her hands.
"Positive" said Cella with enthusiasm. Arzu heaved a sigh of relief. He thought something happened to his wife.
"I'm pregnant, you're not happy?" Cella pursed her lips when she received no response from Arzu. Arzu who saw that instantly pulled Cella in his arms.
"Thank you" said Arzu, kissing Cella's head so deeply.
"I thought you fell, I was so worried. Next time, don't shout like that" Arzu continued. Cella laughed crisply at hearing that.
"Too happy mas, reflexes," said Cella buried her face in the chest of Arzu's field.
"So we made it?" asked Arzu so pleased. Cella nodded enthusiastically.
"We will give this happy news to children" Arzu continued. Unceasingly Arzu kissed Cella on the forehead.
"Mas, I'm afraid they won't take it?" said Cella. Arzu smiled as she cupped Cella's face.
"They'll be happy, rest assured." Arzu kissed Cella again.
"What if Al's gonna get jealous?" cella asked a little worried.
"We'll handle it together, and he'll take it. I think Al would be very happy, believe me."
"I hope it is like that, ma'am," said Cella reassured herself.
"Yes, let's go out. It's enough you stand up" said Arzu who was in Anjakkan nod by Cella.

Right now Arzu, Cella, Syila, Qila and Althan are gathering in the living room. Athan was playing in a remote car. The twins are reading a book.
Cella looked at Arzu. He was confused where to start. Arzu embraced Cella with warmth.
"Syila, Qila, Althan! There is something you want to tell and papa. Come closer," said Arzu opened the conversation. Syila and Qila closed the book. Without saying much, they approached both of their parents. Althan ran a little. He sat on Cella's lap.
"Will you take us on vacation?" qila asked with sparkling eyes.
"Good idea, Sunday we're going for a walk. Place, as you wish," Arzu replied. The three of them immediately cheered cheerfully.
"Em, you want to say something. But it must be a promise, do not be angry at the mother," said Cella staring at her son and daughter alternately. There's a sense of anxiety in Cella's heart.
"Promise," said the three compact. Cella smiles. Take a deep breath.
"OKs. In a moment, you'll have a sister." Cella looked closely at her three children. They seem silent. Makes Cella a little worried.
"You angry?" cella's getting worried. Cella looked at Arzu. Arzu let out a heavy sigh. He stroked Cella's shoulder gently. Cella's eyes began to heat up, she looked down lethargic.
What if they really can't accept his sister? What am I supposed to do?
"Mother, thank you.." said Syila walking up to Cella. Cella was so surprised, she raised her head. Staring at Syila, Qila and Althan took turns.
"Why did you cry?" tanya Qila wiped Cella's tears.
"All of you shut up, you think no one wants to have a sister." Cella's getting sobbing.
"We were surprised, Bun. Why are you so whiny, anyway?" syila hugged Cella gently.
"Mother, don't cry." Althan was crying. Arzu who saw that smiled. Pulling Althan in his arms.
"Mother fear, you will be angry again. Mother does not want you to ignore mother again," said Cella hugged her two daughters.
"Qila, I'm sorry, Bun. Mommy's scared for Qila, right?" qila buried her face in Cella's neck.
"No dear," said Cella, peeping Qila's forehead deeply. Syila who saw that smiled.
"Mother, when will sister come out?" althan asked, no longer crying.
"Still a long time darling," replied Cella.
"No! Al wants men. In order to play a robot, Al does not want to play cooking continuously" protested Althan with his lips manyun. Cella who heard that laughed. His sadness just evaporated.
"Wish your sister healthy continues in the mother's stomach," said Cella. Syila and Qila nodded enthusiastically.
"Mother, can sister kick?" qila asked close her face to Cella's stomach.
"Don't love, a few more months can just kick in." Cella rubbed Qila's head gently.
"Mother, Syila listen. Mama died giving birth to us, right? Is your mother also going to leave us?" asked Syila who managed to make Cella and Arzu surprised. Cella hugged and continued to kiss Syila and Qila's heads in turn.
"If God allows you to remain with you, you will remain with you. Right now, you need your prayers. Pray for a healthy mother and sister, until your sister is born. Your dear mother, no mother wants to leave her child dear."
Cella returned to shed her tears.
"Syila will continue to pray to God, so that she will continue to be with us. Mommy can't go like mama, who will take care of us if you leave? Syila dear mother," said Syila kissed Cella's cheek.
"Mother loves you too" said Cella hugging them tightly.
"Why do women always cry?" althan asked Arzu. He sat in the confessions of Arzu. Look at the women crying.
"Because their hearts are so soft, we as men should be a backstop for women" Arzu replied.
"One more thing, our job is to wipe away their tears of sadness" Arzu continued. Althan nodded. He got up from his seat. Approaching Cella who was still crying while hugging Syila and Qila.
"Mother," call Althan gently. Cella looked at Althan.
"What's the matter, baby?" cella asked as she stretched out her hand. Althan sat on Cella's lap. Looked at Cella's face.
"Mother should not cry, Al will always accompany mother. Al also wants to be a backrest when mother is sad. Papa says it's a man's job to wipe away a woman's tears. So, you don't cry anymore, do you?" althan said like an adult. He wiped the tears on Cella's cheek. Cella smiles. He kissed his very smart son.
"Smart kids, you're so lucky to have smart kids like you. Kiss your mother" she pinta pointed at her cheek. Then, Althan, Syila and Qila kissed Cella's cheeks in turn.
"I love you mother" they said compactly.
"So just mommy? Papa no?" tanya Arzu pretended to sulk.
"No," they answered compactly. Cella who heard that laughed.
"Ok, then there's no vacation. All cancelled" said Arzu casually.
"Well, can't be so dong pa. Yes, we love papa," said Qila approached Arzu who still had an angry face.
"Yes pa, Al also loves papa. Only more dear mother," said Althan hugged Cella tightly.
"Unfortunately not sincere, still not a holiday" said Arzu was about to leave. But it was quickly put down by the twins.
"Dear, we love very much the same dad. The holidays are still going, right? Besides papa sama mother is always busy, we once gather together cool."
Arzu smiled hearing that. He rubbed the heads of his two daughters.
"Papa's kidding, where are we going?" ask Arzu. Syila and Qila thought hard.
"For a long time we have not been to the sea, it seems exciting" said Qila enthusiastically.
"Ep... Agree! Then to the sea, pa?" syila sarcasm.
"How is the queen mother and the prince? Do you agree we're going to the sea?" arzu asked Cella and Althan who were still sitting on Cella's lap.
"The queen will go wherever her majesty goes" said Cella.
"Al want to play banana boat, can you?" asked Althan with enthusiasm. He descends from Cella's lap and runs at Arzu.
"Not scared?" tanya Arzu pulled Althan in her lap.
"Not dong pa, Al men. So can't be afraid," Althan replied with a wide smile.
"really? What about snakes?" tanya Qila smiled mischievously.
"Sister!" althan blurted his lips. Althan was very afraid of snakes.
Arzu, Cella, Syila and Qila laughed as they looked at Althan's cute expressions. They see so enjoying togetherness that is very difficult to happen. As a doctor, Cella and Arzu were always preoccupied with their duties in the hospital. Luckily their sons and daughters understood the circumstances of their parents. Therefore Arzu always give and agree whatever the wishes of his children.
