ARGUS
Chapter 71's

Arzu stared at Cella's wedding invitation so closely. Then he threw his eyes out the window. The clouds look so dark. Only a small flash of light graced the sky. Yes, now Arzu is on his way.in 10 hours he just arrived in the land of uncle Sam. To pick up the woman he loves.

"I hope you keep your promise, Cella, you'll take me again" she said. He closed his eyes slowly. I hope time will go by quickly.

The sound of cabin crew notifications continued to be heard due to bad weather. Arzu let out a huffed breath. If this is the way the walk will feel long. Arzu confirmed his sitting position. His mind also branched, between love and his baby. He had to leave his heart to get his love. In life, it takes struggle and sacrifice.

The long wait now yielded sweet fruit. He smiled widely as his feet managed to step on the foreign ground. It goes with certainty. Only the address contained in the invitation as a guide.

Arzu's heart began to race when he saw the door of the Gerald family's mension. With doubt he knocked on the door. The sighing sounds so clear.

Arzu pressed the doorbell several times. He rubbed his hands because the weather outside was so cold. There was no answer from inside. Arzu patiently waited, he researched the entire courtyard of the house directly connected to the highway.

"Sorry sir, can I help you?"

Arzu was shocked when he heard that voice. He knew her so well. Arzu turned his body slowly. Those beautiful eyes were perfectly rounded when they saw the figure before him.

"A... The arzu?" he said so tekajut. Arzu smiled faintly as she looked at Cella's surprised face.

"It's so cold, can I come in?" said Arzu hugged herself because her body was completely cold.

"Ah, sorry. Please come in." said Cella shifted her body to let Arzu in.

"Do I interrupt your time?" asked Arzu while looking around the house.

"No, come on. Mama and papa are inside." said Cella walking ahead of Arzu. Arzu nodded and followed the girl. His eyes kept on the girl's back. A smile was engraved on his lips.

"Ma, Mum. There guests. Cella was in the room for a moment." said the girl leaving Arzu without even turning her head.

'Do you really hate me? To the point that you don't want to see me anymore?'

"Arzu, please sit down." said papa Cella staring at the confused wife. Arzu nodded and sat down on the sofa.

"I'm sorry, tan, I'm interrupting your time" Arzu said, staring at Cella's parents.

"No, we're relaxing. Why come here so soon? Isn't the wedding this weekend? Are you also having a need here?" ask Marcel, papa Cella.

"Em, yes, om. There is something I have to fight for." said Arzu who managed to make both confused.

"Ah, mama you're not coming?" now Juju, Mama Cella is starting to make a sound.

"Mama can't go tan, the twins are not there to guard. They are still very small" said Arzu who was answered nodding by the two.

"Oh yes, do you plan to stay here or stay somewhere else? If we are here we will prepare a room for you. We haven't been prepared, because we didn't expect you to come so soon" said papa Cella.

"Em, it was actually my goal to come here for a more important purpose" Arzu said. Juju and Marcel were throwing eyes at each other.

"Owh, must have been transferred here, huh?" said Juju smiling. Arzu smiled and shook his head. Marcel looked at Arzu intently, as if he understood Arzu's intention.

"Ma, can you meet Cella?" marcel held Juju's hand.

"What's Pa for? Mama is here. Anyway Cella seems to be getting ready. Soon Gerald picked him up." said Juju who managed to make Arzu surprised.

"Ma, come in Cella's room for a second. Papa has to talk to Arzu one eye." Marcel repeated. Juju pursed her lips.

"Can you speak with your eyes? Yes, mama to the room first." said Juju, he smiled at Arzu. Then immediately go.

Now the mood has turned gripping. No talk came out of Marcel's mouth, nor Arzu's. Arzu tried to flinch, though he was a little horrified by Marcel's gaze.

"Tell me what your real purpose is?" ask Marcel so flat.

"There's nothing else you can fight here. It's too late" said Marcel, laughing.

"It's not too late, before Ijab kabul said. It's not too late. Sorry if I was presumptuous." said Arzu staring fixedly at Marcel.

"Huh, I salute you for being so confident. But I'm sorry, until anytime I won't let go of my daughter for you. He already belongs to someone else. The marriage was done yesterday. No more chance for you sir." said Marcel like a dagger that hit Arzu's heart. Arzu shook his head slowly.

"What about this invitation? Everything is clearly written here." said Arzu showed the invitation. Marcel laughed crisply.

"It was just a wedding invitation. Marriage can be done at any time. Cella decides to speed up her contract. So you're too late. You should have fought for my daughter before, but you prefer someone else. Yes, you better find someone else. Let him be happy." said Marcel getting up from his seat.

"I'll tell them to prepare the room. Take a break, the journey from there is quite long" said Marcel patted Arzu's shoulder. Then he immediately left. Arzu closed his eyes, he again digested every word Marcel said.

"No, this can't happen" he said clenching his hand. His face is now starting to blush. Arzu got up from his seat, he looked around like he was looking for something. He walked over to find Cella's room.

Chequek! Arzu was shocked when the door of a room opened. There already stood Cella with a pretty neat appearance.

"Arzu's? What are you doing here?" cella asked as she tidied up her hair that slightly covered her pretty face. Arzu stared at Cella so closely.

"Aren't there any more chances for me, Cella? You said if I fought for you, you would accept me. But why are you lying and giving false hope?"

Cella was shocked to hear Arzu's words. He stared at Arzu so intensely.

"Fake hope? I've been waiting for you long enough Arzu. You're saying I'm giving you false hope? Do I have to keep waiting for you Arzu? Do I have to wait and hope for you, until when Arzu? and you never saw me at all. I'm a woman, I need reassurance and also have self-esteem" Cella said. Arzu was silent for a moment.

"Can you give me a chance, Cella, I'll fix everything. I pledge. I realize, I love you, Cella."

The deg! Cella's heart stopped instantly. He never thought Arzu would say something he wanted to hear. But it's too late.

"Sorry, it's too late for Arzu. I gotta go. My husband is waiting outside." said Cella. But he quickly held Cella's hand.

Arzu drew Cella's hand until she returned to her original position.

"Look me in the eye and tell me that you don't love me anymore. Tell Cella, after that I'll go." said Arzu with flaming eyes. Cella's breath is now hunting.

"Release Arzu. I gotta go, don't be like this. If my husband knows how?" cella said with a panicked face.

"Tell me if you don't love me, Cella!"

"I don't love you, Arzu, loose." said Cella trying to release her hand from Arzu's grip.

"Look me in the eye and say it one more time" said Arzu, staring at Cella.

"I... Me, I don't love you." Cella looked Arzu in the eye. Arzu smiled with satisfaction.

"You still love me. Your eyes can't lie. You still love me so much, Cella. Ah, I'm so relieved. You can go." said Arzu, releasing Cella's hand. Cella is very surprised and confused by Arzu's attitude.

"Go with your husband, I'll wait for you to come home." Arzu said, turning her back to Cella. Cella looked at Arzu's back with a puzzled look.

Cella walks slowly with a chaotic mind. He never thought this would actually happen.

'He loves me? Is that true? It's like a dream. But why did he say it now? Why not that night?'

Clear details began to slide on his cheeks. He touched the thing that was coiled on his ring finger. She could not betray her husband. It's all too late. Cella brushed her cheeks violently. It can't be like this, Gerald can't know what he's feeling right now.

Unlike Arzu, he sat languidly on the edge of the bed. Pleasure, disappointment and sadness mixed into one. Marcel's words continued to ring. This is all his fault. But it doesn't matter, at least he knows that Cella still loves him. Maybe they won't be able to reunite.
