"elsha... " The monik calling out Elsha's name trembled slightly because she didn't hear any of the guests' voices or someone talking.

"Sister Arzu." said Monik again when there was no answer from anyone, Monik kept his eyes closed because he was really scared.

"Happy birthday to you.. happy birthday Monik... happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday Monik." Monik was very surprised and immediately opened his eyes, he saw all his family was standing there holding Monik with a happy smile. Monik looked at everyone in disbelief, he was still silently staring as if glued to his place.

"Happy birthday my wife" said Arzu hugging Monik from behind, Monik was very surprised and immediately turned his body.

"Sister Arzu." said Monik staring at the bead of Arzu's eyes, Monik immediately embraced the owner of a handsome face that had not met for several days and was very much missed.

"I'm sorry" said Arzu breaking her arms and cupping Monik's face, Arzu kissed Monik's lips at a glance and looked me in Monik's eyes.

But suddenly Monik felt his head was very heavy and his gaze became blurred until the cake that Monik was holding fell on the floor. Arzu who realized it instantly caught the Monik body that was beginning to dim.

"Monik, what's wrong with you?" asked Arzu in panic. Monik blinked his eyes several times and then Monik was unconscious. Everyone panicked to see the Monik.

"Bring Arzu's hospital." exclaimed Inna who was so panicked. Arzu carried the Monik and immediately brought the Monik to the hospital.

"You guys stay here, let us go to the hospital" Inna said.

"We follow" said Yeni who answered a nod by Inna, then they immediately followed Arzu. Elsha who did not want to miss immediately ran after them.

"Stay on with the show, don't worry" Alex said, with a nod from everyone.

Arzu kept pacing back and forth waiting for the doctor who handled the Monik to come out, then shortly Inna and the others approached Arzu.

"How's it?" ask Inna to worry.

"It's still being handled by the doctor" Arzu said with her pale face.

"So Monik's sister had vomiting in the street, she said stomach acid" said Elsha who got the attention of everyone.

"Monik's brother does have acid reflux disease, and some days he rarely eats" said Moli who managed to make Arzu feel more guilty.

"I've said not what you did was outrageous Arzu, from the beginning I did not agree you did this plan." exclaimed someone who suddenly appeared. Everyone stared at the man, he was Elya.

"I will not forgive you if something happens to my sister" said Elya ketus.

"It's Elya, don't talk like that, Monik will be fine." said Inna approached Elya who was still staring at Arzu sharp. Then not long after the doctor who handled the monik came out.

"Doctor Arzu can come in for a second?" the doctor named Reva.

"Yes doc." said Arzu who immediately went in with doctor Reva.

Arzu felt even more guilty when he saw Monik lying weakly on the barankar.

"Doctor Arzu, your wife's condition is very weak. He lacks nutritional intake, you should pay attention to your wife because this is very fatal for pregnant women." said doctor Reva who managed to make Arzu surprised.

"Ha-pregnant doc?" asked Arzu nervously.

Arzu still could not believe what he was hearing.

"Thank you doc." said Arzu replying to Reva's hand.

"Then I say goodbye first" said doctor Reva who answered a nod by Arzu. Arzu stared at Monik, still asleep, He approached Monik and sat right next to Monik. Arzu kissed the head of the Monik gently.

"Thank you." said Arzu stroking the Monik cheek.

"Wake up." whispered Arzu fused his forehead with a Monic forehead.

"Hmmmm." muttered Monik as he regained his senses, Arzu who heard that immediately stared at Monik. The monik blinked his eyes several times as it felt glare. He touched his head which was very painful.

"Son, why are we here?" ask Monik when he is fully aware.

"So you fainted" said Arzu smiling at Monik. The monik that saw Arzu's expression felt very strange. Monik looked at Arzu with question marks. Arzu kissed Monik's forehead so deeply, the moniker of closing his eyes frowning out the warm sighs in his body.

"You are pregnant dear." said Arzu stroking Monik cheek, Monik was very surprised to hear Arzu's speech.

"A-i'm pregnant?" monik asked in disbelief, Arzu nodded her head with a smile. Monik shed his happy tears, Monik immediately hugged Arzu while sobbing.

"I Love You." said Arzu kissing the curve of Monik's neck.

"I Love You too." said Monik increasingly tightened his embrace.
