Arzu was greatly shocked when someone violently broke through his spatial door.

"Is this how you treat your sister's wife Hah? not coming home all day? I thought it was just a brother who was sad and disappointed when he heard that your baby didn't survive, huh? Brother Monik was not disappointed, he was so hit by the leg" cried Elsha staring at Arzu sharp, Elsha did go to Arzu's apartment to see the state of Monik. But he was very surprised when he saw the Monik beragis with a puffy face. The Monik state is also very messy, he does not sleep all night because he continues to think about Arzu because guilt re-envelops him.

"If that's what you want to talk about you should go home, I still have a lot of work" said Arzu flat, Elsha who heard it staring at Arzu sharply.

"Read this, now you will remain angry at Monik" said Elsha threw an envelope bearing the hospital logo on Arzu's desk. Arzu stared at the envelope curiously and immediately took the envelope to open it. He read all the writing in the letter and rounded his eyes, he immediately looked at Elsha who was also looking at him sharply.

"Is brother satisfied now huh? Brother should support and become a force with whatever happens to Monik's brother, not leave Monik's brother like this. He was devastated, brother Monik really needs our support" said Elsha who has now shed her tears, Arzu looked at Elsha guiltily.

"Did he know all this?" asked Arzu, Elsha shook her head because no one had told her about the Monik that it would be difficult to get pregnant again.

"Don't tell him this" Arzu said, pocketing the letter and running home.

Arzu opened the door of her apartment quickly, she ran towards her room. He stared at Monik so guiltily that a doctor was currently working on Monik.

A slap landed right on Arzu's cheek, Arzu was shocked because Inna slapped him. This was the first time Inna had slapped Arzu in the face, which meant that Inna was very angry with her gaze.

"Do you not have Arzu's heart? Don't you have the feeling of leaving your wife who is still weak and needs your support beside her alone? Do you think Monik isn't hit with everything that's going on?" snapped Inna gazed at Arzu sharply, today Arzu heard the same words from the mouth of the person she loved the most.

"Arzu apologized Ma, Arzu was wrong" Arzu said looking at Inna with her guilty face, Inna shook her head in disbelief at her son's attitude.

"I apologize to your wife" Inna said with reddened eyes as she was furious at her son. Arzu nodded and immediately approached Monik who was still asleep due to the effect of the medicine given by the doctor.

"Sorry sir, you better not let Monik's mom drop back. The condition of his body has not recovered properly, so he must rest a lot and do not stress because it will endanger the health of the buk Monik. Then I say goodbye first" said the doctor who handles Monik on Arzu, Arzu nodded slowly while continuing to look at Monik.

"I'm sorry" said Arzu kissing the hand of the Monik, he kissed the Monik's forehead so deeply.

"Thank you mama is always there for us" said Arzu woke up from his seat and immediately embraced Inna, Inna smiling back at Arzu's embrace.

"Yes ma, thank you for always being there for your children" said Arzu stroking Inna's hand.

"It's my job, baby, it's already then mama went home first. Keep the monil well" said Inna who was answered nod by Arzu, Inna immediately went to go home because Samuel would come home from out of town.

Arzu continued to stare at Monik's still-sleeping face, occasionally stroking his Monic cheeks and kissing Monik's hand.

"Monik apologise brother... Monik apologize.... " Monik delirious with a very slow voice, but Arzu can hear it because the position is very close to the face of the Monik.

"Wake up baby, I'm here" Arzu said in Monik's ear, Monik moving his mouth as if to talk but restrained. Arzu could see sweat as big as corn kernels coming out of Monik's forehead, Arzu patted Monik's cheeks to open his eyes.

"Honey, open your eyes" said Arzu checking the state of the Monik, the body temperature of the Monik is very high.

"No." cried the Monik who immediately woke up from his sleep, his breath was cut off and the sweat on his forehead began to pour on Monik's face.

"I'm here" said Arzu who immediately embraced Monik, Monik crying and hugging Arzu so tightly.

"Don't leave Monik, Monik is afraid" said Monik, whispering slightly, trembling with great fear.

"No, I will always be here" said Arzu stroking his Monik hair and kissing the head of the Monik so gently. Monik calmed down, Arzu broke his embrace and cupped Monik's face.

"I'll always be here. I'm sorry" Arzu said, clutching Monik's lips, hugging Arzu tightly while crying.

"Shhhht, don't cry baby. Rest again yes, I will accompany you" said Arzu who answered a nod by Monik. Arzu helps Monik lie down and lies beside Monik, hugging his body tightly.
